- Claudia (8/5): Buena conexión y limpio - La parada de tren/ metro. más cercana tenia buenas conexiones. La zona era muy buena y tranquila, empresas y residencias a sus alrededores. Para ir al aeropuerto no tardamos mucho. El personal era amable. Se pueden dejar las maletas antes del check in y después del check out Nos quedaban habitaciones disponibles y tuvimos que elegir la opción para fumadores (y no lo somos), por cuanto la limpieza fuera buena el olor a tabaco se notaba siempre al entrar. Y no me gustó nada que una habitación no tuviera ventana que se pueda abrir y más si es para fumadores. Pero esto se debe a las leyes sobre el tabaco de Japón.

Location was excellent Front desk personnel were not very communicative, we were expecting our luggage and they never advised us it has arrived to the hotel even though we asked to let us know. Changing rooms for the last night, we asked to register for both reservations and they could’ve helped us to move our luggage and they refused, this is a very simple operation in most hotels can do for you; they asked to leave the room wait at the reception for 4 hrs and then installed us in the new room. Very uncomfortable, they managed to avoid this operation but not vey nicely, it was appreciated. The carpet was dusty, not clean at all, we end up with allergies after 5 nights The mattress needs to be replaced the lifetime is obviously given.

- Ziprick (8/5): - The staff were amazing! We showed up quite late but they still showed us great hospitality! The rooms were a tad dusty, but was made up beautifully and for the price you can't go wrong! Also, a 10 minute walk from 2 train stations so it was super easy getting around. They had a luggage storage area where we were able to lock up our bags after check-out so we could go for one more walk before we headed to the airport. We would definitely stay here again! +1 more point for quick cooling AC for a couple of Canadians coming from negative degree temps adjusting to the warmth of Tokyo! The mattresses were a little uncomfortable and the pillows were quite stiff, but we made it through.

Cool luggage storage solution in the lobby. Bed was quite firm. Not sure if that’s from 3 weeks of firm Japanese beds culminating into thinking this bed was extra hard or whether it was actually extra hard.

- Nakanishi (7/5): - Die Lsge ist perfekt, nah zur nächsten Bahnstation, alles ist innerhalb von 20 min per JR Linie erreichbar, teils auch zu Fuß. In der Nähe gibt es 7Eleven, Lawson und einen Family Markt sowie Restaurants. Das Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich nicht kippen, so war ein lüften nicht möglich und die Klimaanlage war nicht wirklich leistungsstark.

Personeel leek de ene keer meer geïnteresseerd dan de andere keer, maar dat is met alle mensen zo.

Although the room was cleaned every day, it was FULL of dust. I am allergic to dust and suffer from asthma. From the first night I slept there, I started experiencing my usual symptoms, which got worse with each passing day. I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t sleep because of it, I felt like I was suffocating at night, and I was constantly sneezing and coughing. I haven’t had such severe symptoms since childhood, so you can draw your own conclusions. As soon as I left for the next location, everything disappeared as if by magic. This is not about facilities or a demanding guest. it’s about a person’s health and the dangerous environment they are exposed to. I am also attaching photos. The laundry drying room is A NIGHTMARE. Those dryers have probably never been cleaned of dust and lint. Clothes come out worse than when you put them in. The breakfast was mediocre, and the man at the entrance kept staring at you while you were eating, making it feel like you were in a prison during mealtime.

The cleaning staff was the only one to care about guests there. Summary: We were asked to pay a ¥32,000 surcharge (over 50% of our ¥57,176 total) to fix a simple booking error for an identically priced room. Management was dismissive, spoke no English, and lied about room ventilation. Full Review: I want to be transparent: the initial mistake was ours as we accidentally booked a smoking room. However, the hotel’s "service" was non-existent. Upon check-in at the hotel, we were told that switching to a non-smoking room—which is the same price online—would cost an additional ¥32,000. We rejected this. When we entered the room, it was unbearable due to the smell. We discovered the window levers had been physically removed to prevent any fresh air from entering (if it were for security, they could have easily made them open from the top). We returned to the lobby and asked for the manager, who spoke no English despite this being an international business hotel in Tokyo. She offered only "templated" answers and zero solutions. Most concerning were the three contradictory stories we were told about the windows in just five minutes: That windows cannot be opened by anyone in the hotel. That staff open them only for cleaning. That they are locked for security. We explicitly stated we were fine staying in a smoking room if we could just have a source of fresh air for health reasons, but we were met with total indifference and told we were "the first to complain." We didn't ask for a free upgrade; we asked for honesty and basic hospitality. We found neither here.
