• Ludo (1/5): Voor ons was het een dure tegenvaller - Zeer klassiek hotel in een stad met geschiedenis. De lobby is modern en aantrekkelijk, maar onze Executive Suite (nummer 501) was dat allerminst... Voor ons, maar dat kan persoonlijk zijn, was de Executive Suite een echte tegenvaller. Zeker gezien de prijs van 848,- Euro voor twee nachten, exclusief de kosten van de parkeergarage. In zijn geheel vonden wij de inrichting van de kamer ouderwets, een beetje vergelijkbaar met wat je in Nederland in een kringloopwinkel kunt vinden. Het balkon is groot, heel groot, maar het heeft totaal geen uitnodigende sfeer. Bij verschillende van de gordijnen zitten vlekken, felle verlichting die niet écht kan bijdragen aan de beleving in een "Executive Suite", een kunstwerk gedeeltelijk ophangen achter een tv,...

• Bożena (9/5): - Bardzo przyjemny hotel, niedaleko centrum kongresowego/ z dobrą komunikacją z centrum. Spokojna okolica z dobrymi lokalami w odległości 10-15 minut spaceru. Do polecenia na pobyt biznesowy i prywatny. Obfite śniadania z szerokim wyborem potraw, wszystko świeże. Dobra komunikacja z recepcją, szybkie odpowiedzi, atutem wymeldowanie do 12tej. Tłok na śniadaniu w piątek oraz w weekend (w piątek o 7-ej rano nie było wolnego miejsca... sobota nieco później też nie lepiej, w niedzielę dopiero po 10tej było nieco luźniej). Za mało stolików pomimo, iż jest miejsce by je ustawić. Dodatkowa sala w weekend rozwiązuje problem tylko częściowo. Palacze przed wejściem -> są godziny, gdy nie można wejść do hotelu bez przejścia przez chmurę dymu tytoniowego. Śniadania dopiero od 7mej w tygodniu -> trudno skorzystać w przypadku wyjazdu służbowego.

• Varvara (6/5): - Чисто, удобный матрас. Рядом с трамвайной остановкой и супермаркетом. Тихий район вдали от толп туристов. Звукоизоляция между номерами отличная. Соседей не слышали. Хороший завтрак, но каждый день одно и то же. Звукоизоляция окон отсутствует напрочь!!! Мы постоянно слышали поезда, полицейские сирены, людей из бара рядом. В выходные еще более или менее, но в понедельник утром с 7:00 начался просто ад: сирены, поезда, какие-то работы, голоса, все шумело, гудело. Мы не могли спать, а нам просто необходимо было отдохнуть перед длинным ночным перелетом. Я не понимаю людей, которые пишут, что тут тихо! Наверное, они не знают, что такое на самом деле тихо!

• 867kimg (10/5): Lovely hotel close to water - A fantastic hotel. Close to new town and with a short tram ride to Old Town. Rooms lovely and clean. Only short walk and you will find water with lovely walk along with cafe and bars on the water. Breakfast great selection all different types of bread cereals yogurts and cooked items . One thing I would say is if you go down to breakfast any later than 8 and it starts to get really busy and with only one toaster you could be waiting. But would definitely return staff all lovely and friendly and helpful when it came to asking about the trams. Has a small but well equipped gym. But with all walking you do around prague you might not need it 😂

• 975siobhans (10/5): Weekend in Prague at the amazing Hermitage hotel - Everything about this hotel felt five-star from the welcoming reception team the moment we arrived to every other member of staff we met - all were friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. Everything is maintained to a very high standard & the rooms are huge & comfortable. The location is ideal — just a short stroll along the river into the old town. Breakfast was amazing , with first-class service and loads of choice. Definitely don’t skip it! Would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Dostali jsme upgrade pokoje, snídaně byla výtečná, pokoj prostorný a velmi čistý a veškerý personál velmi sympaticky! Nemám co vytknout, možná ceny na baru jsou trošku dražší, ale nikdo tam vysedávat nemusí. :-)

Close enough to old town,but in a quiet part of town. Lots of stores and cafes close by. And the restaurant in the lobby was top notch.

• Jonas (8/5): - Nice, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful, good breakfast and a nice gym with kettlebells. Definitely recommendable for a stay in Prague. Slightly far from the old town center, if you are coming for sightseeing.
• Stefanos (9/5): Very nice hotel, great staff and good value for money. Recommend. - The hotel is excellent, modern and stylish and the room is big enough and has everything needed. The staff are very polite and helpful. I did not have time for the breakfast, but was told it is excellent. The wifi did not really work for me. Also, there was no free drinkable water, all water available in the room needs to be paid. Lastly, the coffee I drank on the first morning was not replaced, so I had no coffee on the second day, something i would like while getting ready to go or for breakfast, etc.

Lokalizacja nieco poza centrum stanowi niewątpliwie zaletę (obok hotelu znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy- podróż do ścisłego centrum Pragi zajmuje nie więcej niż 10 min, spacer ok 30 min). Śniadania oparte o bardzo podstawowe i w mojej ocenie mało jakościowe produkty. Brak udogodnień dla małych dzieci. Parking z ograniczoną ilością miejsc co przy dużym obłożeniu hotelu może skutkować brakiem miejsca.

Lopend kan ook. Geen zwembad of sauna aanwezig. Wel kleine gym. Lange gangen om te lopen. Kussen te hoog. Dekbed te warm.

• Hannah (9/5): Sauber, bequem und gemütlich! - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen & schön eingerichtet, mit einem schönen Ausblick auf das begrünte Dach. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß und alles war sehr sauber. Alle Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend & freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einem umfassenden Sortiment an Cerealien und Müsli, als auch vielen Marmeladen und etwas frisches Obst und Gemüse. Das Brot und die Croissants waren in Ordnung. Auf Nachfrage gab es auch entkoffeinierten Kaffee, welcher ausgesprochen gut war! Aufgrund der bedachten Aufteilung des Hotels (mehrere Sektoren, auch mit mehreren Aufzügen) hat man nur beim Frühstück gemerkt, dass es so ein großes Hotel ist. Beim Frühstück hätte es mehr Variation geben können und auch mehr Angebote für Vegetarier - aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau!

• Mattias (9/5): Mycket bra - Väldigt trevligt och fräscht hotel. Uppgraderade till ett superier rum för 50 euro extra per natt. Det var det värt. Nära till spåevagnshållplatser men inga problem att gå till gamla stan längs vattnet. Hotelet fixade frukostpaket eftersom vi hade ett tidigt plan hem. De ordnade också taxi för 800 tjeckiska. Åker vi igen tar vi samma hotell Vi hade en jätte stor balkong. Hade gärna haft lite bekvämare fällstolar där istället flr de enkla stolarna.

The location was very quite and relaxing, while still allowing easy access to most of the city’s attractions within a 30–40 minute walk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. What made our experience truly special, however, was the incredible attention to detail and hospitality. We visited Prague to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and when we returned to our room that evening, we were pleasantly surprised with a cake and champagne. This thoughtful gesture made our stay and our trip even more memorable and meaningful. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
