Philippe (4/5): Just a normal stay - They offer support to find taxi and also a paid massage service. The pool also was nice Some staff at the reception are quite rude in their approach. They were not very helpful and not customer focussed at all

Rickyjb (9/5): My favourite stay in bkk - Stayed here many times now, my favourite spot away from the noise and close to eco park and nice walk to benjakitti park. Staff here always polite, helpful. Some people staying here dont respect that there is other people also staying here, shouting down corridors, leaving doors open and shouting to each other from their rooms.

The room was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The loby was frequented by prostitutes and their clients. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

ArniBerlin (4/5): Ruhiger Teil von Soi 4 - Also, die royalen Zeiten hat dieses Hotel im letzten Jahrtausend zurückgelassen. Was positiv war: Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett und Kopfkissen bequem, Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher sehr sauber. Von der Lage war es gut. Im ruhigen Teil von Soi 4. 7-eleven gleich links. Safe groß. Sauberkeit kann man vom Fußboden nicht sagen. Er war überall kaputt und aufgequollen und klebte. Das Mobiliar ist generell abgenutzt. In der Küche unter der Spüle fand ich 5 volle Mülltüten vom Vormieter. Die Bezüge der Stühle waren so dreckig, dass ich sie nicht genutzt habe. Der Fahrstuhl ist dringend zu renovieren, da in einem desolaten Zustand und langsam.

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. The moment I walked in, the smell was so foul it gave me a headache. There were more cockroaches than I could count—they were even crawling up my luggage. This place shouldn't even be open for business. It is more disgusting than you can possibly imagine. I walked away and forfeited my money because the reception refused to give me a refund. I’m losing my mind—what kind of business are you even running? Every single corner of this place was so filthy it made me gag. I’m telling you again: it is worse than your worst nightmare.

Unfortunately, my room stank of cigarrette smoke, they sprayed a bit of freshner which of course didn't work, and the rooms were supposed to be non smoking. But my brother's room smelled just fine, so I guess I was just unlucky with mine.

The building is getting somewhat tired and in need of a makeover. Some fixtures and fittings are usually broken at the Ivory. Reserve habitacion con cocina, pero no habia menage para cocinar, totalmente desprovisto de ollas, sartenes, y demas. La ducha calienta con calentador electrico y colocado a una altura elevada ( no llegaba a los botones de funcionamiento). El wifi, muy malo. La habitacion ( para tres) era espaciosa.
