Room was clean
Great staff. Staff were very helpful Location wasn't good
Can only find Indian restaurants and Thai around the area.

- Janaka Gamlath (9/5): - The staff was really nice. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were there. Very comfortable stay. 10/10 for the rooms and staff. Overall very happy with the hotel and recommend this to anyone looking for budget friendly comfortable stay in Pratunam area Breakfast was not so great. Would be nice if more options are added like bakery items. Taste of the food was average.
- Vishal (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was ready at 6::00 Am in the morning Security guard was Harsh
- g0uthamanv (2/5): Very worst hospitality... Not recommended... - Very worst hospitality... Morning Breakfast they close by 10..even if you are eating they will switch off the lightings and force you to get out... Breakfast terrible... Male attenders at the reception very rude...our travel agents book this hotel... We communicated this issues to him for which he appologised
- Dhanika (8/5): Very good -
- akg_9 (8/5): Unexpectedly good and well located hotel in Bangkok - The hotel is well located, but windows need to be kept down for privacy. I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel seeing the mixed reviews, but my actual visit made it clear that all the fears were unfounded. The rooms are good, and well furnished, with AC and all the usual amenities (including bathroom slippers). While there are no electric kettles in the rooms, there is a common hot water facility on each floor and flasks in each room. There are a lot of TV channels including many Indian channels. The WiFi is free and fast. The hotel is well located, with good shopping spots within 1 km max, and is surrounded by Indian restaurants. Check-in and Check-out were very smooth, but a B 2,000 refundable deposit is required.
- Madan (8/5): Very good -
- Tourist27500059822 (2/5): Happy with the Hotel but Disappointed with the Staff behaviour - Hello There,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing this email with great disappointment. My friends and I stayed at your hotel on the 20th and 21st of October 2024. Our room numbers were 513, 515, 517, and 544. When we check in, I tried to ask the receptionist to ensure that the rooms were allocated on the same floor if possible. For no reason, the receptionist was mad at me. I requested her to calm down and said that I just wanted to know if the rooms were allocated on the same floor. However, the response from the receptionist and her colleagues was not acceptable. She started shouting at me and my friends. It almost seemed like she stereotyped all the Indian travelers and assumed that she could abuse us. She treated us like third-class people. This triggered me and all my friends. We had to retaliate and raise our voices against your staff. We didn't want such an instance to occur. We were there to have a fun and peaceful holiday. We are spending our money and booking the rooms. I assume we were allowed to request you to allocate the rooms on the same floor. I also understand that you might accommodate our request given the rooms are available on the same floor. The hotel staff could have just said "Please wait" or just "Yes". There was no reason for her to shout at us. I somehow feel like they are similarly treating all the Indians. I am not sure if they are properly trained to handle customers. A front desk executive/receptionist must be educated to talk to customers with empathy. Just because we are from other countries, doesn't give them the entitlement to abuse us. I hope you take adequate action to ensure this doesn't happen in future.
Regards,
Muthu Kumar Karuppiah

- MenakaM19 (2/5): Stuff of Nightmares - This is by far, bar none, the worst hotel experience I have endured. For context I am a Sri Lankan, also a tropical Island famed for it's hospitality. This hotel was booked by a travel agent; my first mistake, due to a really hectic schedule, we decided to allow a travel agent to make the bookings, this hotel was offered to me as a "3 Star Hotel" option, which in my home country, means a really good hotel with lovely service. My second mistake was not looking at the google reviews, I did visit their website and found them on booking.com but somehow the bad reviews just didnt register properly as I was working right up until we left. The website showed a quaint, old style hotel which we thought looked lovely as we wanted an authentic bangkok experience. The reality was so far from this that it soured our entire trip.
The pictures are entirely misleading, this is not so much a hotel as it is a HOLE. Down an awful area that can only be described as a little India but in the worst way. We were shocked to find that while we hoped for a bangkok experience, we had landed in a dirty back alley teeming with budget travel indians who were noisy, dirty, rude and were surrounded by indian food places. The hotel has no view or anything close to "ambience" its views are filthy back lanes with horrible garbage dumps and dirty laundry. We could not open our window as it opened onto a dirty street and dirtier apartments. The area the hotel is in, is locke din by a gate that charges anyone 40Baht simply to drop you off at your hotel doorstep, it's riduculous.
Service is non existent. I read that Bangkok is known as the land of smiles...we did not see ONE. The hotel staff, especially the "manager" were unbelievably rude, disinterested and absolutely uncaring of their guests. The hotel has signs everywhere telling you how many things you'll be charged for if they deem it "excessively dirty" you can be charged for towels, bathmats, umbrellas the whole thing. We were changed out 4 bottles of water for 5 days. If you do happen to run out of water in a day they will tell you to go buy your own water. they do not help you with your bags, when leaving they told us to carry our own stuff out. No one smiles, no one greets you or is even remotely pleasant to you.
The food was atrocious! We were booked for Bed & Breakfast, after our first day we never ate there again. It was just disgusting and the eating area was filthy. There is not kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room as is normal or even a spoon should you want to make your own. There is a flask and you have to traipse to the elevator and fill it up with hot water and bring it back to the room. Luckily we had brought our sri lankan tea bags with us and had to buy sugar.
There is no iron, theres a communal iron that you have to put 10 Baht into to use. Our bathroom toilet was leaking and the bed was hard and uncomfortable with old pen ink stains on the sheets. We basically stayed out all day and returned to the hotel only to sleep because it was so depressing and morbid, expecially when you keep returning to such sour faces who look at you like you are a nuisance.
We were shocked and surprised to be charged a 2000 Baht deposit which was to be held as a security in case we "excessively dirtied" the room, I later saw many reviews showing that the hotel often claims some nonsense and deducts the deposit. It's like they are offended at having to housekeep their own hotel or provide good food or smile at paying guests. We originally believed we could get some good tips and helpful directions during our stay, we quickly realised the staff couldnt care less and were not interested in speaking.
I cannot stress enough what an awful dump this place was and hope this review diverts other unfortunate tourists who maybe considering this place. The caliber of people staying here were the very cheap/crass/smelly/dirty kind which perhaps is why the hotel has evolved to be this way, but it certainly does not help the experience.
The staff and surrounding area gave the worst of Bangkok and is definitely not the experience you want to have if you are looking forward to hospitality, smiles and great memories. We were so annoyed by the time we left.
Dont ever go here.
- 654ramneeks (2/5): Very worst hotel in bankok - Very bad experience with this hotel request to all tourist please don't go in this hotel very rude behaviour staff so don't go no help full staff and not best for Indian tourist I night male so much rude and he didn't talk with English very disappointed

- EnriqueAlexxx (10/5): Fantastic Stay at The Ecotel - I stayed at The Ecotel during my visit to Bangkok, and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The food, the staff, and the rooms were all excellent. The quality of the food, in particular, stood out to me. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
- Anirban (6/5): An ok-ok deal - The hospitality factor should actually be given importance to and the breakfast food quality certainly needs to be improved
- Saravanakumar (7/5): Good -
- Myat (8/5): Very good -
- Sivakumar (5/5): Passable - Location only Reception team not know the tourist attractions
- Subhashis (10/5): My Multiple Visit to this Hotel - Very professional and fair dealings, excellent breakfast, very clean and well maintained. They should have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.
- Sagun (1/5): Bad - Earlier the hotel was good but now its the worst hotel i stayed during vacation Bathroom was not comfortable with no toothbrush and the breakfast was disaster..juices have no taste and coffee was like water. They still used the traditional style key for the room and when asked for spare key they said they dont have it.Hospitality was worst.
- V (1/5): Bad -
- Mark (4/5): Disappointing - Comfortable bed Room with a city view was a painted out screwed down window with zero view. Photos are misleading, roof leaking. Get stung for a 2000 cash deposit as soon as you go in the door. Breakfast certainly not appealing. No kettle in Room, despite having cups and sugar
- HotindTraveller (4/5): Won't opt for this hotel in sane conditions... - Being an avid traveler and a foodie, have tried to stay in this hotel lately earlier this month.
Agree and understand why other travelers have rated so poorly about this hotel. A total run down hotel with arrogant hotel team members; courtesy word may not have been on their dictionary. Didn't seem a decent environment since mostly filled up with adult entertainment (better not to describe what it is) addicts who look at every girl from a very different angle. Breakfast is a disaster. Not advisable for family with young kids or elderly to stay there. Add up a few bucks to get a better hotel if you prefer to be in the vicinity.
Nah, not again...
- Sightsee22708851667 (2/5): Ecotel hotel Staff in bangkok including managers are scammers. - Ecotel hotel in bangkok is the worst.
I went there recently at the end of july 2023.
They run scam there.
They take 2000 bath as deposit when u check in. While checkout They couldn't find one hand towel In the hotel room when we checked out.
They said they will deduct from the advance 2000 baht they took from me while check in.
Guess how much they took.
They charged me 400 baht. I was shocked..
I googled to c the price of a new hand towel. Its only 70 baht yet they charged me 400 baht.
I told them take 200 instead but this is too much. They were relentless. They dint care. They were so rude. They made me feel like they don't care abt their customers. Literally they r scamming almost everyone who were there at ecotel Hotel n Find something or the other to charge them. My suggestion is never ever go for ecotel hotel in bangkok. Don't ruin ur good trip. Am a regular traveler,
I traveled all continents beside south america and I never experienced such a bad customer service in my life from a hotel.
Hope this review can save many travelers from being scammed.
- Flyer65625565102 (2/5): This trip widely waste off cos this hotel - Worst experience, worst receptionist, worst food, terrible room service, horrible to stay , totally mood off
This trip widely waste off cos this hotel ,pls don't visit this hotel ,if your tour operators provide this hotel, better stay away from this place
- ashane2023 (2/5): Food is garbage.. Hospitality 0 - If you are going to stay in this hotel you should have find a good place to eat food, because food in here is worse not tasty and not properly cooked.and they have make waited us around one hour before we checking saying that rooms are still cleaning .don't ever book this hotel
- Kunchok (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kunchok (10/5): Exceptional -
- 848nitina (4/5): Bad experience - The hotel is in a convenient location. Room was decent
The biggest problem is the attitude of the staff. When I was trying to check in, the person at the desk was outright rude and behaved as if she was doing us a huge favour by giving us the room. They asked for a deposit amount of $100 or ₹4000 in cash
We had to carry our luggage to the room. There was no help available
Checkout process was equally bad
I also, saw people at the front desk speaking to other guests
If you are a self respecting person, you can avoid this place
- Safari16169229933 (2/5): Very bad , dont book this hotel - Hi
Rooms - AC leakage. Staff - Rude, Indians not getting treated properly, No bell boy to help in moving luggages, in bfast no indian item. Many indians stay here, very sad to say this, please dont suggest and dont book this hotel at all
- S_sengupta (5/5): Passable - AC was not very cool.
- 940jayam (2/5): Find some better hotel instead of this - There A/C don’t work properly and their breakfast is pathetic all we’re stale and even their plates were not clean properly. Even they don’t provide you the dental kit . They don don’t listen to you . Pathetic experience
- Excursion03116307903 (2/5): VEGETAIAN TRAVELLERS SHOULD MAKE THEIR ARRANGMENT ON THEIR OWN. - IF LESS THEN BIG ZERO RATING IS AVAILABLE I WILL GO FOR IT. I CANT UNDERSTAND THAT MOST OF THE PATRONS ARE INDIAN EVENTHOUGH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT DONT BOTHER TO ARRANGE FOR INDIAN COOK ATLEAST TO PREPARE GOOD INDIAN BREAKFAST,NO BELL BOY NO ROOM SERVICE NOTHING .AAP UPER VALE KE BHAROSE PE HAI.
- Sathish (6/5): Pleasant - Nothing to compliment
Room service staffs are good Not friendly staff
Broken toilet doors
- indradiky (10/5): Delicious breakfast - The hotel is basic and the staff hospitality just so so. I thought the breakfast was so so but I was wrong. The breakfast is delicious! Give it 5 stars because of the breakfast. Near seven eleven too. I will stay again next time when I come to Bangkok
- Adriano (1/5): only for Indians - nothing lots of groups so you have to keep avoiding bumping into others, horrible breakfast that we skipped because if not bad looking Indian food only shelf bread with no butter and coffee. Front desk very rude yelling at guests. Worst representation of the Thai friendliness we found everywhere else. I mistakenly booked and couldn’t have more regret.
- Tilak (1/5): Bad -
- sureshg241 (2/5): FIRST AND LAST - All the staff are very rude. The male manager is also very rude the start calling you at 11:00 for check out they will don't give you 10 minutes extra. even if you have checking late that doesn't matter , you have to check out the hotel at 11:00 a.m. they call you at sharp 11 am ..they will don't provide 10 minutes , the behaviour of the staff is very rough when you check out the staffs are looking for the matchstick in the cigarette buds , if there found it they have won the lottery the are waiting for the situation they will demand you 2000 baht it is very ridiculous.. 2000 baht is very expensive if you smoke once..they don't even provide water,or ice cube any any assistance you need..i never recommend this hotel to any body from India.
- Paramjeet (10/5): Exceptional - All Wifi connectivity
- potterprince (2/5): PROBABLY YOUR DRIVER IS SLEEPING BETTER THAN YOU !!! - Possibly the worst place to stay in Bangkok where one might haplessly stumble and wander into this cheap motel and not knowing any better sign up for the worst experience ever and completely erode away the value of delight that you have been looking forward to cherish and savour. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR SANITY and COMPASSION TOWARDS YOURSELF.
The Hotel in question where we were made to put up is more a traveler’s motel than a hotel (AGAIN ALL IN THE NAME OF PROFIT AND HUMAN GREED) - ECOTEL is the name of this purgatory ! People from INDIAN diaspora !_ Please stay away !!! Bongs ! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, you have stayed at better hotels in Mandarmani trust me !! - If an agency is selling you this hotel !!! - DO NOT TAKE IT - ASK for RAMADA instead – right opposite to ECOTEL but with MUCH MUCH BETTER SERVICE. DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. The agency can do it but it's just not doing it ! - REASON - PROFIT !
They will charge you 2000 Baht at the time of check in and return it at the time of check out and you shall be left with a piece of money that is worthless in your country ! No customer service, not a single helpful staff.. This place gives out more of a prison vibe than a hotel. Listing like this should not be allowed to exist.
The hotel in question : ECOTEL ! lacks a decent power socket bedside where you can charge your phone ! NO ELECTRIC KETTLE to make yourself a cuppa!
THEY WON’T EVEN CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE NO MATTER IF YOU HAVE ELDERLY OR SICK IN YOUR COMPANY LIKE YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS FOR WHOM IT MIGHT BE THEIR FIRST TRIP ABROAD ! THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAUL THEIR LUGGAGE BY THEMSELVES TO WHATSOEVER FLOORS AND THE HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS ABOUT IT !
The photos shall speak more than a thousand words ! (BEWARE OF THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ! - I would prefer dog food )
Honestly if you have spent your hard earned money for a vacation that you have earned and looked forward to. DO NOT choose this hotel, There are far better places. You can definitely give this one a hard miss.
- Ashish (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good, walking distance from many of the shopping centres and the BTS. It's like a station, lots of groups. The common area are crowded and the staff are limited and looked stressed. The facilities are limited and breakfast area is crowded.
- Dilasha (3/5): Poor - cleanliness too much indians and located in a remote place, surrounded by indian food, no thai food
- Kavirajsingh (8/5): Very good -
- Eloy (8/5): - Location is a bit tricky.
- Harilal (10/5): Exceptional - All
- Thu (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mogili (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olivia (6/5): clean but basic with good transport links - clean, good location for train to the airport don’t bother with breakfast
- Sarveshgg (2/5): Not good for holiday - Property is very old not maintain at all. they dont have tea/coffee cattle, they give room to 5 pm due to over booked. Breakfast is worst. closing time is 10 am but 9.30 food getting short and they will start winding up with very very rood behaviors. Reception people treat you like burden.
- Omkaresh (3/5): Poor -
- Dangol (2/5): Very poor -
- M (10/5): Exceptional - Comfort..feel good.. all hotels crew behaviour.. location.❤️
- chithrakc (8/5): Tour - Very good hotel.rooms spacious n neat.have complimentary breakfast till 10.30 am.very delicious one.it is situated at the heart of the city.a big shopping centre near by where we get all special items of Bangkok.bus station also near by.service very good.staff also very helpful
- Verified traveler (6/5): - What i like with the hotel,is just a walking distance to the mall and the area, where you can buy at the cheapest price. It is also near the DMK airport.
- Janet (2/5): - I wont recommend this hotel
Indians hotel
Hotel looks is far from picture.
- Chong (8/5): Nice hotel if dun mind this hotel is most India pp - Room clean..check in fast...just this hotel is families India ppl stay...
- RAHULKUMAR (8/5): Family Hotel - Overall value for money
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good Hotel and Good Location. Just near to market area and indian restaurant also.
- SUNNY (2/5): Bad Experience, Room dirty etc. - The room don"t have comb, toothbrush, bath gel. Also the bedsheet was dirty. The floor was tiles. Wifi was very, very bad. Breadfast cold even at 6.30am. Not worth the money. Will not stay again.
- Mlws (2/5): Horrible hotel which doesn't even fit 2 stars. - This hotel is not even worth 2 stars (maybe 10 years ago). I felt that we got deceived by the fake photos posted online cause the interior and exterior were not as it shows on the photos online. The first night we got there, the staff approached us with an unwilling attitude without a smile on his face. The receptionist didn't answer our questions correctly, and worst of all did not even give us our breakfast ticket until we asked the next day. They did not even tell us the WIFI password. The WIFI also only works intermittently. When we got to the room, we were even more disappointed. They did not provide shower cream, tooth brush and tooth paste, and asked us to get ourselves with a horrible attitude. The next day when we go for breakfast, they did not let us in because we didn't have the breakfast ticket which they should have given us on the first day when we check-in. We asked whether we can go in by showing our room key but the old lady receptionist refused to let us into the dining hall. We ran to the lobby reception to get our tickets. We saw the old lady receptionist give others who just showed her the room key access to the dining hall. We felt that this was ridiculous and an extremely unfair treatment. We also asked the lobby receptionist for direction to certain places and railways, but they gave very confusing and incorrect direction. The day before we left, we also saw tiny bug crawling on the bed sheet. Overall, a horrible hotel and bad experience.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The condition is bad as the place look run down and the service of the hotel staff is also very bad.
- Wan M Khair (8/5): Comfortable Bed and spacious room - The hotel location is close to eateries and few minutes walk to Pratunam Night Market, Room is clean but no tea making facilities even the electric jug is provided. Breakfast is just ok with less choices of pastries. The Deluxe room at the corner of the floor is very spacious with seating and coffee table
- Pablito (6/5): Regular hotel 800 meters walk from metro rail - I booked our Hotel with expedia.ca but one of the staff in the customer service said he do not know about our booking very disppointing.
- pinal kumar (8/5): Nice hotel - Good staff .Good location.Highynic breakfast..swimming pool also clean and good
- Verified traveler (6/5): Many Indian People - Too Far From City Centre,Only Few Street Food nearby hotel,Toilet Dirty and smelly,Many Indian People make hotel noisy..would not come this hotel again~
- Malcolm (8/5): Good area to stay - Every thing was good stayed last year and would stay in future
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Receptionist!!!!!! - Good place to move around. Good to shopping and look around.
But a little bit different compare with pics.
Very good People. Especially receptionist... they were very good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good, central location. - Location makes this very good, central BKK and easy to get anywhere from here. If you dont mind walking the skytrain is about a 20 min. walk. Buffet breakfast decent.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very far to shopping mall and a lot of tourists from India. Crowded with lot of Indian.
- ajay thakker (6/5): Management hope less - Hotel staff Very Good.sattf is friendly dehaver with us. But mangement not i book room 2nd april he is without any information cansal my booking .so expidia talk with tham why he cansal my room .
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable stay in the Centre of the city - Good hotel with big rooms, comfortable bed & clean utilities. Breakfast is good, well spread and with tasty dishes. We enjoyed our stay.
- ajay (8/5): Hotel close to shopping area - Good staff . good location middle of city no.shopping places walking distance and all type of food also near. Cleaning also good
- Graham R (4/5): Dreadful - The picture of this hotel on the website is very misleading. It's a very small basic budget hotel n interior of rooms is very basic budget. Breakfast is terrible n there is no air-con in the room n windows can't b open. The lamps doesn't work so room became very dark. You can pay a little more n stay somewhere better. Receptionist are very polite though. Lots of guests talking n hanging in the corridor making heat n noise even worse.
- Santosh (2/5): - If I have to I would definately ignore this hotel.. Too noisy and didn't feel comfort at all.
- malcolm (10/5): Very nice hotel, near to shops and markets - A very good 4 days, not to far from the river where you can get to the palace and the very vibrant Chinese market
- Yiu Fai Ringo (6/5): boutique hotel - hotel so far so good , location to Bts quite far , only by taxi . breakfast is not good , most guest is from middle east
- zheng zhong (8/5): Good and cheap - not bad .
- Joanne (6/5): Resonable price and location - Stayed here 4 years ago but hotel clientele has changed. Easy to get to from airport not quite central but good value. quite noisy during the night if your room faces the street
- sreejith (6/5): Overall a value hotel. - The hotel itself is not bad, however on all 3 days we stayed there, there were lot of noisy groups.
The hotel is just a 10 min walk from platinum mall. They have quite a number of wifi AP which gives pretty strong wifi everywhere in the hotel.
The service and the breakfast buffet is average. Overall, considering the price, it is ok.
- Elle (6/5): Very affordable hotel - Basically what you pay is what you get. But in our case,we got more than what we paid for! Although the heater didn't always have hot water, it was of small issue to us. The room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance (abt 10 mins) from palladium and platinum mall. However,I think because it was situated near to some pubs, loud noises can be heard in the middle of the night although it only lasted for a while. Overall,it was a pleasant stay!
- Dora (4/5): Bad - The surrounding is quite convenience but the hotel staff have attitude problem, had required room service but nobody attend to us we need to go all the way down. Required pillow there is not enough pillows to be provided
- kunal (6/5): ok - Hotel is just ok.
Near to shopping malls.
Indian food available nearby.
- krunal (8/5): Good Stay - Hotel was ok.. Location was little bit far.. Finding it was difficult..
A travel agency beside the hotel was very helpful to get tickets and info about going around i n Bangkok
- Joe (4/5): Just nearby have lots of massage shop - Very bad experience that quite far from Platinum shopping area is about half an hour walking distance to attraction area
- Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent hotel - Hotel is not far from train station and Pratunam shopping area.
Room is good and clean. I recommend this hotel value for money.
- Ju Ju (4/5): Rate reasonable - Walking distance to most shopping mall. Do not provide kettle, tea and coffee. Need to pay 30 Baht for 1 day use of kettle. Very noisy early morning (whistle blowing) because too many tour buses opposite hotel eg Ramada and Bangkok Palace Hotel.
- Cristal (6/5): Friendly and helpful hotel staff
- Overall quite acceptable consider the good price, hotel staffs are friendly and helpful but WIFI are weak in the hotel room. If you need a taxi better walk a small distance and get yourself as most taxi outside will not go by meter.
- Janet (4/5): Not as close to pratunam shopping area as claimed - Prior to my arrival I have sent email (twice in fact) to enquire whether I can travel there by airport link but did not receive any reply from them. So don't bother to email them. I took a taxi to the hotel instead.
All the taxi and "tuk tuk" I have taken when returning to the hotel do not know how to get there. It is advisable to print the map from the Hotel website and show it to them.
- Pillow (8/5): Great Stay - Me and sis stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Although not the 5 star feel, but overall was a great stay for us. For the price we paid, this is definitely not anywhere downstairs to shopping malls. Walking is a must in Bkk...but If you know how to walk to Platinum mall, central, it is actually not far. Surrounded the hotel, there are 7-eleven and some food stalls. The hotel food is excellent as well. The service staff are great. EVen though we did not book our transport to the airport from the hotel, when we were leaving, the helped us get a taxi to the hotel. Will definitely go back again! Thanks for making our stay great!
- Den (8/5): Nice Place to stay - Good place and helpful staff.
- faith (6/5): Blackout on raining day - Overall, the room was spacious and the hot water was consistent. But the wifii was unstable. There was no water boiler and just a chinese channel. There was a blackout on a raining day and it happened on our checkout day. We had to throw our luggage down the stairs as the lifts were not working. The staff said that it is common during raining days.
- SAMBIT (6/5): Great location - Hotel Location is great however there was some disconnect about the complementary breakfast. According to them its fault of Hotels.com who commits wrong things to customer. Staff are friendly but never use their Hotel Taxi service, the taxi drivers outside hotel will just charge double or triple. Use another taxi.
- PH Tan (8/5): near to shopping mall - The hotel is pleasing but the breakfast is very disappointed and not much choice.. The water heater sometimes hot and cold cannot be adjustable.
Hope the hotel management can look into this matter and will get improve next time and it will attract more tourist.
- Pushppreet (10/5): If its Bangkok, It has to be Ecotel..! - The Location of this Hotel is just convenient. The street shopping is around the corner and Good Happening Malls are at just 5 mins driving distance on TukTuk / Cabs. The Breakfast is really good with Thai, English / Continental, Cereals (Huge Variety), Fresh Cut Fruits, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Variety of Juices n Breads. The Staff at front desk were very courteous. They Gave us a room 8 Hours before their check-in Time, which was really great. They could not offer us a free late check-out which is ok. The late check-out rate is just 500 THB for checkout by 1600 Hours. The location of this hotel is Ideal. there is a shoppee inside the hotel and a Seven Eleven Store just outside which is open 24x7 and they have everything from Food to Snacks, Drinks, Beer, any general stuff...!
