• Ga (5/5): - I firmly believe there was some mold issue I put mattress, the smell when we entered the room could already tell, but once we slept on it, it was really bad. I would encourage the staff to check and replace what needs to be, other than that nice hotel and good location
• Libelvik (10/5): Buena elección - La cama muy cómoda, tenía ventanas que aislaban del ruido de la calle. Descanso asegurado. El Hotel está a 10-15 mn andando. Tiene un garaje pequeño a 20€ el día, genial porque no hay donde dejar el coche. Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado, hasta sonandose.. Desayuno bastante pobre.

Bed was as very uncomfortable and no proper duvet just an old blanket was provided. Shower was so small could barely fit

Das Personal beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich . Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unmotiviert und nicht so freundlich. Schade .

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal, incheckningen tog evigheter då allting gjordes manuellt. Rummet låg i sidobyggnad på andra våningen med trappa upp från gården. Rummet lite mörkt och unken lukt som nog gick att vädra ut.

Душевая кабина очень странно сделана, в ней нет двери и вода льётся на пол. Пол постоянно весь мокрый. Нет крючков на стене в ванной комнате , их действительно не хватало.

• Ana (1/5): Do not recommend - The walls are like paper. You can hear everything from another room. I couldn’t sleep all night. Very small bathroom. Furniture is the oldest one in the world. There is terrible smell in the room even you open window and door together for fresh air next second will be same smell. It was my biggest mistake to take this hotel

Их вытащили из нашего чемодана, который стоял в камере хранения! 7 марта в 11:00 мы приехали в отель, оставили 2 чемодана в камере хранения и ушли гулять до 8 вечера.Один чемодан черный с покупками брендовых вещей, второй чемодан с нашей повседневной одеждой. Когда мы вернулись в отель и попросили чемоданы, то мы увидели, что черный чемодан с брендовыми покупками почему-то закрыт на код! Мы его никогда не закрываем на код, потому что его легко открыть. Мы и подумать не могли, что кто-то из сотрудников может украсть вещи, и потому не придали этому значение и не проверили содержимое нашего чемодана. Тот кто украл, судя по всему, думал, что мы не сможем открыть свой чемодан из-за его кода, а ведь он легко открывается, когда ставишь 000 . Просьба вернуть наши солнцезащитные очки, пока дело не дошло до полиции! Прикладываю их фото, которое я сделала в Милане. Я их положила в чемодан, когда собиралась во Флоренцию. До приезда в отель Vasari они лежали в чемодане. Затем чемодан хранился полдня в камере хранения Vasari. 7 марта нас встретила девушка на рецепшн, затем вечером был мужчина, который нам вынес чемоданы. Затем на следующий день 8 марта мы вновь оставили чемоданы в камере хранения, и тогда там работал молодой мужчина. И когда вернулись вечером за чемоданами, там вновь работала та девушка. Просьба связаться со мной через ватс ап +7 925 551 13 00 We stayed for one night at this hotel from March 7th to 8th, 2026! And our Prada sunglasses were stolen at this hotel!!! They were taken from our suitcase, which was in the storage room! On March 7th at 11:00 AM, we arrived at the hotel, left two suitcases in the storage room, and went out for a walk until 8:00 PM. One black suitcase contained designer purchases, the other contained our everyday clothes. When we returned to the hotel and asked for our suitcases, we discovered that the black suitcase with the designer purchases was, for some reason, locked with a combination! We never lock ours with a combination because it's easy to open. We couldn't even imagine that one of the staff could steal our things, so we didn't pay any attention to it and didn't check the contents of our suitcase. Whoever stole them apparently thought we wouldn't be able to open our suitcase because of its combination, but it opens easily when you enter 000. Please return our sunglasses before the police get involved! I'm attaching a photo I took in Milan. I put them in my suitcase when I was packing for Florence. They stayed in the suitcase until we arrived at the Vasari Hotel. Then, the suitcase was stored for half a day in the Vasari's luggage storage. On March 7th, a girl met us at reception, then in the evening, a man came to bring our suitcases out. Then, the next day, March 8th, we left our suitcases in the luggage storage again, and a young man was working there. Le parking intérieur et sécurisé est un plus très appréciable, ce qui nous a permis de visiter Florence tout à pied. L’accueil est chaleureux et tout le personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, est varié et très bien garni. Le seul reproche pourrait concerner la salle de bain, un peu petite, mais néanmoins très fonctionnelle.

• Verena (3/5): - Die Lage ist supper. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, die Decke im Zimmer und im Bad hatte Wasserschaden und war teils schon schimmelig. Das Bad war winzig und die Möbel kaputt, zudem war die Duschkabine kaputt und das Wasser kam beim Duschen ins ganze Bad. Wirklich dringend Renovierungsarbeiten nötig. Das alles war mit dem niedrigen Preis auch nicht mehr zu rechtfertigen.

• valentina (3/5): Pessimo - Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale con letti singoli separati, ho avuto una camera singola con due letti accostati lungo un unica parete, uno a seguire l’altro. I letti erano accostati al muro sporco, senza testiera. Abbiamo subito reclamato la stanza che ci aspettava alla reception ribadendo che avevo prenotato una matrimoniale e che quella stanza oltre ad essere piccola per due persone, non era adatta comunque neanche per una persona visto la stato in cui versavano le pareti dove per giunta erano attaccati i letti. Alla reception non volevano sostituirci la camera, prima hanno detto che l’albergo fosse pieno poi come per magia c’era una camera matrimoniale con letti singoli separati. Dopo aver ribadito che quella assegnata non corrispondeva minimamente a quella prenotata né per spazi né per lo stato igienico, la stanza é stata sostituita ma solo perché altri ospiti non erano ancora arrivati, quindi una stanza del genere veramente è stata poi assegnata a qualche malcapitato.

• Delphine (8/5): Pas un premier choix mais stratégique pour transports. - Situation idéale, près de la gare ferroviaire et routière. Arrêt de tramway 2 pour aéroport à 5 min. Très bon emplacement pour profiter des monuments à pied. Près du grand Marché Central. Très bon petit déjeuner dans salle avec certain charme. Odeur persistante très désagréable dans chambre et salle de bain. Chambre à déco tristoune mais bien chauffée.

It had a unique charm- painting throughout. - The location was conveniently close to the train hub and within walking distance of several historic landmarks, restaurants, and other hotels. The area felt safe to walk around at night.
• Silvia (7/5): Hotel is great but be careful about parking - The hotel is located in a pleasant location right in the historic center. The room was small and clean, although with older furniture. The price/quality ratio is absolutely great. Parking is located at the gate in a very narrow alley. With a longer car, parking is difficult even for an experienced driver. Also pay attention to the fees! The booking says €20 per day, but we had to pay €25 just for having a "bigger" car (at least that's how the gentleman at the reception assessed it, despite the fact that the parking capacity is max. 3 cars regardless of whether you come with a Fiat 500 or Superb Combi)
