• Antonia (7/5): - The hotel is quite good positioned, not very central but close to the station. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer coffee and some snacks every morning which is very nice. The room is just ok, enough space and comfy bed. The AC cannot be stopped. We complained to reception and they did find a solution but it was weird to not be able to put it on/off, just modifying the temperature and for us it didn't work.. The cleaning was also not very good. Every day they changed the towels but no actual cleaning (you could see the dust collecting in the bathroom especially).

First night was loud and the compressor was struggling or throwing an error. Noise didn't abate till 5am and pressure in the room made my ears hurt. Second night was much better - less noise and no weird pressure in the room, and I bought earplugs as well. Bed side lights did not work either

Great eats nearby at Spice Alley. Appreciate the Nespresso coffee and tea with morning snacks. Questionable room cleaning. Mold in shower. We also did not like the sewage smell and had to keep the bathroom door close. Room was tiny and lack storage space.

They upgraded my room to window room, but the window cant be opened, but still it was nice of them. There is a toilet near the specialist which I can use since I arrived too early in the morning. The facilities in the room were so good, iron and the board, kettle, microwave, tv. There is no plug near the microwave, but they did provided plug extension in the room, but it looked messy having long wire on the floor.

• Pranita (5/5): - It is difficult to think about positives for this place as there were not very many. Staff were nice but we really only had limited interaction with them: at check in and check out. Location wise it was good but we don’t know Sydney area enough to comment on whether it was a huge positive. The room was rather small for the price. It was very congested and not super clean. The quilt was wrapped in sheets so did not have a cover on it, but worse, it had a stain on it which we only saw as we were getting ready to check out. The room was booked for 2 people yet there was only one chair in the room. The toilet design was strange in that it was quite literally right next to the wall making it uncomfortable. Microwave and kettle were provided but we had to manually move them close to a power point to be able to use it. There were no plates or cutlery in the room and reception was unable to help with this. We ended up buying our own bowls and spoons etc. The shower drain didn’t work effectively and the water pools on one side.

One day, the female owner gave japjae to people who stayed. She is not so good at speaking English, but I could feel love from her. In addition, there is a white dog. Super cute.

• Jorge (9/5): La mejor relación calidad-precio de Sidney. - Hay muchas cosas que destacar, todas ellas positivas. La ubicación, a 5 minutos de la estación, es ideal. Además se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad caminando en media hora (pasando además por calles muy animadas). Es un bonito paseo. La habitación era sencilla pero muy cómoda y limpia. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. En una ciudad como Sidney no se encuentran muchos alojamientos con tan buen nivel y por un precio asequible. No hay comedor, pero en la recepción tiene un autoservicio donde te puedes servir de varios tipos de cafés, tes, chocolate... y varios productos de bollería y fruta disponible gratuitamente las 24 horas. Muy de agradecer. Y sobre todo la amabilidad del personal, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a facilitar la estancia. Destaco a Paola, que habla español y eso siempre es algo de agradecer, pero sin desmerecer al resto del personal de recepción. La limpieza de la habitación también es destacable. En definitiva: si tengo que volver a Sidney, elegiré de nuevo este hotel. Todo fue estupendamente.

Hotel offers free bread and snack during breakfast time as well as 24 hours coffee machine. Receptionists are nice and friendly as well. Would be perfect if there's tissue peper provided in the room.

Plenty of food options and plenty of shops to explore like Paddy's markets and just about every shop in china town. maybe a smart tv would be nice.

• FEDERICO (8/5): Una relación calidad/precio y ubicación más que aceptables - El hotel no ofrece mayores servicio, pero por la mañana disponen de una especie de desayuno, limitado, en la propia recepción. El resto del día también se puede hacer uso de la cafetera. La ubicación es bastante céntrica, considerando que Sidney es una ciudad de más de cinco millones de habitantes. La zona está bastante concurrida y se puede ir dando un largo paseo por calles animadas hasta la Ópera. En cualquier caso, pasan cerca muchos autobuses y tranvías. La estación central queda a 10 minutos andando, lo que resulta muy cómodo para venir/ir del/al aeropuerto. La habitación que me tocó en suerte era minimalista. Por no tener no tenía ni armario. Sin embargo disponía de frigorífico, microondas y plancha. La iluminación blanca, tampoco era para tirar cohetes. El aire acondicionado estaba demasiado fuerte y no había manera de regularlo. Aunque en la calle hacía calor, para dormir había que abrigarse bien. El cuarto de baño muy pequeño, con el inconveniente que para entrar o salir de la ducha había que hacer contorsionismo, porque la puerta abría para fuera. Hubiera sido más lógico que fuera de corredera, teniendo en cuenta el tamaño del baño.

• quimey.gine (8/5): Great Location near to Central Station - The location was perfect, it is located only 5 minutes-walk from the Central station. It is REALLY convenient to stay there. The facilities are good and the staff very helpfull. They provide you towels fro the beach and also tea/coffee during the day. It is not a 5 star, but for everything that they have it is great.

• Emilie (8/5): Will be back! - Great location, just a short walk away from trains and buses, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby by foot. Honestly was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! We got a 2 twin bed room and it was just what we needed. Simple brekky (apples, fruit salads, croissants, sometimes banana bread and muffins, don’t expect a continental breakfast, however we were happy with the selection) and 24/7 coffee and tea are offered! Smart TV could have been a plus but nonetheless we had a great stay. The staff were all so nice and always smiling and helpful. :) Beds could be a tad comfier.

• Diana (7/5): - Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in and check out. Coffee machine available in the foyer with lots of options for hot drinks. Clean and reasonably comfortable. Prices were good. Limited options for breakfast. The room set up was odd with limited space in some places. My taxi and Uber had difficulty locating the hotel.
