• Alexandra (10/5): Would absolutely recommend! - The location was epic - a 7-min walk from the train station and a few minutes to the major sights. The breakfast and coffee were amazing, way more offerings than we expected. It was helpful to have an elevator (luggage) but it was only one floor up otherwise. The staff were so kind, helped us leave our luggage before check in, and upgraded our room. The facilities were really nice (bathroom, comfy bed, blackout shades).

Dispone de productos sin gluten y leche sin lactosa. El recepcionista me recomendó una pizzería que cocinaba la pizza, pasta, calzone sin gluten. No dispone de restaurante, ni cafetería. Por la noche si quieres calentar algún biberón no disponen de microondas. Se podrían mejorar la firmeza de las almohadas. No dispone de rampa para las familias que llevan carritos o personas que vayan en silla de ruedas.

Je remercie particulièrement le personnel qui m’a aidé pour régler la clim (à 11h du soir) et pour réserver un véhicule de location, merci pour votre gentillesse!! Je remercie aussi le personnel du petit déjeuner, top! Le bruit des portes qui s’ouvrent est pénible et nous a quelques fois réveillé ( clé électronique, porte qui claque)

Sempre limpo, e toalhas repostas diariamente O hotel fica dividido entre as frações dos pisos do prédio, ou seja, a receção é no 1o andar, nós ficamos em 1 dos quartos do 2°andar... O quarto é mais pequeno que aparenta nas fotos, o pequeno-almoço é bom mas tem pouquíssima variedade e quantidade... Para um hotel com tão boa cotação, esperava mais e diferente.

Accoglienza gentile da parte dello staff, disponibili ad accogliere la nostra richiesta, quella di avere colazione senza glutine e lattosio! Camera pulita e molto bella. Nessun difetto, ritorneremo e consiglieremo sicuramente!

• Tiago (10/5): Excelente opção para Firenze! Reserva e vai curtir essa cidade espetacular. - Impecavelmente limpo. Localização excelente, fui a pé da estação SMN até o hotel. Instalações reformadas, lindo banheiro, ar condicionado split novinho, cama maravilhosa. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Internet super rápida. Atendimento extremamente atencioso. Adorei ficar e retornaria. Vale a pena. Só alegria! A recepção fica no primeiro pavimento acima do térreo, mas tem elevador para quem não quiser subir a escada. Para mim não foi problema nenhum.

• Claudio (10/5): Lo más funcional para disfrutar cómodamente Florencia - Ubicación óptima, a pasos de todo y muy cerca de la estación a la vez. Personal amabilísimo (gracias Virginia y Dario por su amabilidad y disposición!!). No dudaría en elegir este hotel cada vez que pase por la ciudad joya, y no dudaría en recomendarlo. A rivedervi a presto!

• Luciano (8/5): Localização espetacular e quarto super confortável. - Localização espetacular!!! Acesso do hotel na rua um pouco estranho e box do chuveiro no quarto que estamos era super apertado.

• joseph (10/5): Value for money in the heart of Florence. - This hotel was situated in the town in Florence.The hotel was secured. There are a lot of shops and restaurants below the hotel. There is a good restaurant below the hotel that serves good pizza and Florentine steaks. The room was modern and very clean. It is about a 10-15 minute walked from Santa Maria Novella station. None.

• Claire (9/5): Fabulous place to stay in Florence - The staff were so helpfuland friendly. A great breakfast and fab location for train station & all attractions. Our room was a bit small, it was a challenge walking round the bed and not hitting the tv.
