Two great bedrooms , good sized kitchen and ample living room space Friendly and helpful reception staff and immediately responded to one problem we had Obvious compromise on pool/beach but super value option for those needing a decent size place to stay

The Staff was friendly, The property was very well kept with all the amenities at your fingertips and with onsite parking. I would definitely recommend the Dusit Princess Residences for your next trip to Dubai.
Verified traveler (8/5): Few faults, but overall good and enojyable - The advert said holiday includes airport transfers, which it did not. The bathroom toilet hose was leaking the while time creating a small puddle on the floor. The shower would go a little too hot even when cold. No shower, it had 2 bath-tubs and no facility for elderly people who may need to sit and have a shower. Kitchen facility fairly basic, but did have the main items. Could have done with more coat hangers. Apart from these, it was a pleasant stay, spacious lounge with good views of the marina, fairly comfortable beds, aircon working ok. Good size fridge freezer. Enough wardrobes and drawers, 3 toilets which was helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Adan (10/5): - Dusit Princess is next to marina walk we stayed in a three bedroom apartment that faces the marina it was beautiful view but there was construction going on the adjacent block and you can hear the pneumatic drill while in bed but I compromised for the view. Overall it was pleasant stay.
