Não gostei do quarto que nos ofereceram, como o que estava no anúncio do booking, achei o hotel meio macabro, acho que e otipo de hospedagem que nao combinou comigo, gosto de espaços abertos, música, gente e o hotel e bem silencioso e muito no meio do mato...

Varias opciones para almorzar, merendar y cenar. En mi familia tenemos restricciones en la alimentación (celiaquía) y siempre muy dispuestos a brindarnos soluciones. Salón de juegos para niños con actividades coordinadas y excelente personal. Destaco la comodidad, atención, limpieza y seguridad del hotel. Asimismo, el contacto del transfer que nos llevo a todas las actividades extras fue esencial, excelente atención, amabilidad y predisposición de Facundo. Sin comentarios.

- Andrea (8/5): Um lugar lindo dentro da floresta! - O lugar é lindo! A piscina especial para adultos com o pôr do sol e a vista do rio é singular. O atendimento da Maria foi excelente. Bem como dos recepcionistas e a equipe de manutenção que resolveu nosso problema de imediato. Os drinks do Barmen foram maravilhosos. Na primeira noite foi muito barulho e ouvimos cada passo que davam nos corredores. Porem ao nos reportar a recepção, os funcionários organizaram um outro quarto mais afastado e muito mais lindo e calmo que o primeiro. O cardapio do restaurante de cima, nao é atrativo e poderia melhorar.

We had to leave the room by 11 AM on the day of departure. Until our transfer arrived, we spent our time at the adults-only pool surrounded by a paradise-like environment. The experience was incredibly positive and truly unforgettable. I would like to make just one suggestion. In the bathroom at the adults-only pool, it would be great if the showers were also equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Since I had already packed my personal toiletries into my suitcase, unfortunately I could not wash my hair and could only freshen up with the hand gel available at the sink. Before the flight, after swimming, I would have really appreciated the opportunity to wash my hair as well.

Las piscinas, las habitaciones El desayuno, había café en jarra térmica y había que permanentemente llamar al mozo para tomar o recargar el café y la leche. Tendrá que tener máquina de café un hotel de esa categoría al igual que la oferta de comida en el desayuno la podrían mejorar.

- Kim Marie (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel zum entspannen und genießen abseits der Stadt - Die Organisation für den Transport zum Flughafen oder Nationalpark war sensationell gut und unkompliziert. Auch die Hotelanlage ist unglaublich schön, erst recht der Erwachsenpool mit dem Blick auf die brasilianische Flussseite ist atemberaubend gewesen. Die Essensauswahl war groß und vielfältig. Wenn nicht für das Taxi, hätte man einen sehr langen Weg in die Stadt oder sonst wo hin. Was einen ein bisschen isoliert. Der Preis ist doch sehr hoch.

- javier (10/5): Amazing hotel to stay in Iguazu. - The service from everyone at the property was great. Every single person is there to make your stay great. We had a late flight the day of the check out and they hold our bags during the day and offered us a room to take a quick shower before heading to the airport. Unbeliveble Multiple pool areas with an adults only one, I think thats a great feature specially if the hotel is packed. Breakfast buffet had multiple options and they try to get you anything that is not on that particular day. We had a couple dinners at the property and the food was really good too. Great large rooms, we got one with an outdoor jacuzzi that I would recommend Only thing I would add, is more options to snack or quick bites when you are by the pool areas. But still nothing to complain about.

Tivemos problema na descarga e no frigobar e assim que notificamos, o staff do hotel resolveu prontamente! Não gostei do restaurante da piscina, pedimos 2 pratos e não estavam bons.

No está a la altura de la propuesta, el servicio de mesa propiamente dicho, es el de un bodegón barato. Los platos, en sabor, correctos; en presentación, deficitarios e incompletos, atendiendo la descripción mencionada en la carta. El aire acondicionado de la habitación, que es central, con regulación desde el cuarto, NO regula... y termina haciendo más calor que si se deja la ventana abierta, cosa difícil de aplicar dada la invasión de mosquitos propia de la selva misionera. El bondinho... cerrado... Las instalaciones del spa, solo de pago aparte.... (no me refiero a los servicios extras de masajes y demás).

- Tina (9/5): Nádherné místo - Hotel je uprostřed džungle, nádherné místo a celkové uspořádání hotelu, budovy jsou rozmístěné uprostřed džungle a ani nejsou v hustém porostu vidět, zavěšené mosty na přecházení mezi budovami jsou zajímavé, a pěšinky v džungli na procházky okolo také. Pozorovali jsme tukany. Infinity pool u baru s výhledem na řeku je skvělý. Personál velmi ochotný, objednali jsme si na hotelu taxi na výlety do Brazílie a k vodopádům. Všechno pohodlné. Restaurace na hotelu dobrá. Pokoje jsou zastaralejší, ale místo je tak skvělé, že nám to nevadilo.

The room was very spacious though the fridge didn t cool. The massage was the best I had in several years (Catalina). The hay many taxis available to drive you arround on request from one atraction to the other. Yoy dont have to wait, everithing occurs smoothly The sushi night they organized was not good but they were very concerned and compensated us in other ways

El bar inferior solo para mayores de 18 años es perfecto para estar en un ambiente tranquilo observando el paisaje. Fantástica experiencia. La calidad de la comida no se corresponde con el precio, que resulta excesivo.

Estancia amplia y con encanto. Cómoda, amplia y bonita Creo que deberían cuidar algo más los detalles. Una pequeña reforma le vendría bien. Los desplazamientos por el hotel son bastante incómodos por el pavimento.

- jerome (9/5): Une adresse vraiment mémorable nichée au milieu de la jungle que je recommande - L’hôtel est littéralement niché au cœur de la jungle, ce qui crée une atmosphère unique dès l’arrivée. On se déplace d’un bâtiment à l’autre par de magnifiques ponts suspendus au milieu de la végétation, La piscine est canon, avec plusieurs bassins parfaitement intégrés dans la nature, un vrai plaisir après une journée aux chutes. Les chambres sont très jolies, spacieuses, avec des baies vitrées donnant sur la jungle de l’hôtel — on a vraiment l’impression d’être plongé dans la nature. L’hôtel est aussi bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre de Puerto Iguazu, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des restaurants le soir.

O quarto em que ficamos apresenta forte cheiro de mofo, móveis muito antigos, falta de informações referente ao hotel no check-in, atendimento do restaurante principal merece um pouco mais de atenção.

- Alexandra (10/5): Le luxe dans la jungle - Hôtel dont les infrastructures extérieures sont magnifiques. Situé au milieu de la jungle mais à seulement 15 min en voiture de la ville de Puerto Iguazù, 3 grandes piscines, un spa, une salle de sport, tout est bien entretenu. Personnel attentionné, aimable et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Les lits sont confortables mais pas nécessairement dignes d’un 5 étoiles. Petit déjeuner pouvant être amélioré.
