• Michael (4/5): - The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We were going to Disney for a day and of course, Disney Springs as well. The location was perfect for this trip. I wouldn't know where to start. The room had ZERO hot water. We were taking showers with room temperature water. In addition, the A/C unit in the living room was UNBEARABLY LOUD. The front cover was just leaning next to it so I'm assuming someone was previously working on it. This made sleeping a nightmare (no pun intended because there was no sleeping). We had to shut it off completely. The A/C unit in the bedroom was almost as loud. Finally the room we were in was right next to the elevator, so of course, we heard all the drunk people coming and going at night. Finally when we came in the front desk guy wanted to charge me $165.00 MORE than what I paid online. Thankfully I save every email. So, this was a great start in the worst room in the hotel.

• W2849BQmariat (10/5): Top Tier Staff - The staff at the hotel, specifically Kristi (front desk), Roberta (restaurant), and another young gentleman (front desk) made my work weekend more pleasant and less stressful with their kindness and efficient service. Additionally, the facility and room were very clean and up to the standards of what you’d expect in a Hilton hotel. I’d recommend this specific hotel among the many others in the area simply for the staff alone.

Room with a walk in shower was a plus. Our bed seemed to be a little worn out. The bed had a dip on the side where people sit on the edge. It was a little uncomfortable for me.

• Aline (1/5): Extreme disrespect with guests - I have never dedicated some time to write a review about a hotel, but this time I guess it is necessary. I booked a room at booking trusting that I would have a place to stay. As soon as I arrived at the hotel after a 10 hour flight from Brazil, I was informed that the hotel was sold out and there was not a place to my accommodation. The email was sent during my flight, i could never read it. So, the hotel sold more rooms than its capacity and simply cancel your reservation. So I did not have a place to go! Jamal, the employee who was there, was so empathetic with my desperation that he himself tried to find a place in other hotels nearby. He taught me how to reach this new place that fortunately had a room available. No contact from the manager for apologies, no nothing. Only one email saying “We are so sorry but the hotel is sold out”. My remarks for those who intend to book a room at this hotel: DO NOT TRUST or otherwise you may sleep at the sidewalk

The toilet in my room broke down and they couldn’t fix it once so I had to report the matter in the reception. Woman at reception does not pick up phone, had to go down and request for a new room. One of my colleagues had her HVAC unit replaced and her room changed as well. Service is shockingly bad where so many families come to visit Disneyworld. The white woman with specs - a bit elderly in the breakfast area is a racist person. A total B. She would not serve us coffee but served other white people well. Entire service , reception and that elderly woman need to be fired for the hotel to have any decent chance of improvement. Google reviews show a lot of negative reviews but we trusted the Hilton brand and went in and suffered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU DONT WANNA BE IGNORED AND HAVE A GOOD STAY.

• H7131DYbiancad (10/5): Amazing excellent customer service from Kamal and Kristi - Had an amazing stay. Room was clean all staff were friendly. But especially shoutout to Kamal gave me excellent customer service especially when I called on my first night to let him know I couldn’t arrive by 11pm for check in. He made sure I wouldn’t be marked a no show and was able to enjoy my late night at Disney. He is always smiling and greeted me every time I arrived. He really made me feel like at home and safe to stay there. Also Kristi went above and beyond and would reach out to me to make sure if I needed anything to make my stay brighter. Both gave me such amazing treatment that the next time I come to Orlando I will stay here again.

Super friendly staff, but don’t stay here if you’re looking for an easy check in. It will be my last time.

• Donald and Ceron (1/5): Started out beautifully until we had to take cold showers and downhill from there! - Convenience to Theme Parks, Shopping, Restaurants. No hot water in shower on 46 degree morning in Florida Called at 9am on the 17th and were at the park all day and came back to still cold-water and no pressure in bathroom. For nearly 2 hours tried to get maintenance to our room to no avail. They have told us for over an hour someone was in our room or on the way. Care line Marie said move to another room. Care line Mario said there were no rooms available in Orlando. Front lobby said no room to move too we would have to stay in our room for the night. ( I have that in writing). We live in Plant City. The easy answer was for me to drive home. We have stayed at this typically convenient hotel on about 4 other occasions for our weekend getaways and this was an awful experience. General or any Manager not available. Sink hot and cold are reversed Chair in corner closest to the entrance is broken Blinds do not roll up 1 washcloth in room for 2 people had to pick them up at front desk. Bedside light does not work on side closest to the bathroom.

The hallways and the rooms stink. It’s not worth the cost and you get nickel and dimed for everything. I won’t stay here again.

Pro-rated or free parking as this was not a parking garage it was the hotel parking lot!

• angelaaV8785GC (2/5): Horrible Experience, No hot water, no communication from mangement - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We were to check in this past Saturday(01-10-26), we arrived shortly after 4:00 pm (check in is at 4), we were told our room wasn't ready, we booked a king bed room, we were told they wouldn't have one for us. We didn't get to check in until after 6:00 pm. As we prepared to settle in for the night, went to shower and no hot water, reported to front desk, nothing was done. We got up Sunday morning to no hot water, contacted the front desk only to be told there was no hot water throughout the entire property. Requested to be relocated to another hotel or refund our money. We were told a refund couldn't happen as the manager was not there to do it. We were assured that we would receive a full refund for our stay and parking we paid for if we chose to check out, which we did check out. It is now Thursday no refund or reversal of charges has happened and parking has been charged and cleared our account. I spoke with the manager, Ramone Monday, he assured me we would not be charged but that I should contact my bank and dispute the charges. He assured me he would take care of everything and even acknowledged that there were many issues at the hotel over the weekend, he also assured me he would call me back no later than Tuesdau morning, as of this morning I have not heard back from,no return call, will not answer calls and can't leave a voicemail as mailbox is full. I would add, the hotel was allowing people to check in on Saturday without advising them that the hotel was without hot water. They had no problem taking peoples money but now it's an issue getting a refund or charge reversal. It is now 5 days later we still haven't received our promised refund or a call back from the manager. So disappointed in Hilton, I will stick to Holiday Inn or AirBnB .

• alexcF7363EL (10/5): Fantastic 10 Night Stay - My mom and I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfy with a lovely city view. Being from Ireland, we love to walk, and the hotel is perfectly located for it, shops and restaurants are just a pleasant 15–20 minute stroll away. For Disney, Ubers were quick and very affordable. The staff truly made our trip. Special thanks to Kristy, Maria Eduarda, and Franco for their help at the reception, and to Roberta at breakfast for her kindness. We also loved our evenings with Daniela, Yilda, and Oskar at the bar; the drinks, dinner, and conversations were highlights of our stay. My only small note is that our shower gel was empty for the first two days; a quick room inspection before check-in would be helpful. Aside from that, we felt incredibly welcome and would definitely come back! - Jennifer & Leidy

• marytH5922GU (2/5): Terrible - Would NOT Recommend to ANYONE - First mistake was booking this through Hotels.com. Don't know who has worse customer service, HGI or Hotels.com. The hotel couldn't find my reservation for a while and insinuated I was mistaken. Upon check in nor at any other time was I told it is Hilton policy to charge $27-$35 extra per night to park at the hotel. They told me they would waive it but clearly not. I could not get my room made up, after 2 days I asked them to please make up my room and they acted like I asked for an extra TV. Empathy and customer service are not in their wheelhouse. There is no free breakfast or any amenities. It's like the Spirit Airlines of the Hotel industry. We still have not received ANY receipt for our stay, and my credit card shows an extra $100 from what hotels.com said. Calling Hilton does not work, they don't care if I had an issue at their property because I used Hotels.com. Needless to say I will never use hotels.com or stay at any Hilton property ever again.

Please note that we normally stay on Disney property. We arrived around 10:30 am via Lyft and had purchased park tickets for that day. Room was not yet ready, and we were surprised to find out that they have limited space to hold customer luggage and there was no room left for our luggage. This was our only park day together and eventually we were able to work something out to store our luggage so we could spend the rest of the day at Epcot. The luggage storage issue was completely unexpected, and we should have checked this, but did not even think about it. We were told to call back to see if our room was ready. After 3:00, I started calling and was put on hold but hung up after waiting more than 5 minutes. I did this 3 more times with the same result. This is not a luxury hotel and was not advertised as such. We spent 4 nights here. We knew ahead of time that there was no free breakfast, there is breakfast for a fee. The gym is not large, but a typical gym for a hotel this size. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. The staff we were able to speak to were helpful. Room was clean but worn. Shower was good but sink water pressure was low. Mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Bed was fine and room is rather large. Our room was serviced every other day, and they left 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for the 2 of us. We did not request any more. The air conditioning was not working properly on night 3. In the morning, I called the desk to let them know and I experienced the same situation as before, being put on hold, with no one responding in 5-6 minutes. I finally said, "don't put me on hold" and spoke to a person. I gave consent for someone to enter the room while I was out, to fix the problem. By the time I returned 4 hours later, it was not fixed. We were leaving again and stopped by the desk to request again. This time when we returned it was fixed. Lyft to the parks was about $20-$22 one way and to Disney Springs was $7.78-$9.00 one way. To and from airport varies from $35-$48 one way for a standard car.

• 162wp (8/5): Positive experience - We ate breakfast a few times during our stay. Roberta was the highlight of our experience. She is an absolute delight! I highly suggest you have some coffee, cheese grits and a chat with Roberta to get your day started. Our room was clean and we slept very well. They were down to one elevator during our stay which was inconvenient but not terrible. The pool area is nice but, there are lots of lizards. You should plan to Uber or drive yourself to the parks. The shuttle service only goes to certain parks with 1 departure and 1 pick up time daily. Very inconvenient. Overall great stay.

• Sandra (8/5): - Wonderful hotel, 4/5 stars. Knocked off a star for the expensive parking, $26/a night. Other than that, everything was perfect.
• Debby (2/5): - When calling to service desk no one answered I let it ring for over 3 min. None of the ice machines worked, you had to go to the bar to get ice if someone was there. Went asked for one more towel- there was none. Had to pay for parking Sad place this is a Hilton hotel - was just sad
• Jenifer (4/5): - Room door was open when we arrived at 1 am and tub faucet was laying on counter. Gave us a new room and when we got there it was door open again. Gave someone else’s room away (lucky I called for late check in).
• Jose (6/5): - We checked in a hour early and took a different room, We didn't have the 55' TV not did we have a free hot breakfast. We were told we would have to pay for it. Parking was terrible hardly any spots available but at the very back of the building. We bought snacks from the little store by front desk and for a tea we were charged $8.00. Our room view was good but the ice machine didn't work on our floor, and the cabinet for our fridge was broken. Our phone in our room was even broke. We extended our stay a extra night and had a hard time booking it and was told to go back threw Expedia which we ended up paying more. Overall, we would never consider this hotel again.
• Joanna (8/5): - Appeared clean and it was quiet, always place to park. There was a baby snake inside building before customer service desk, but employee was notified. There was a small lizard in dinning area. Toilet made a loud noise everytime it was flushed but it worked.
• nokeysh (10/5): - The staff was very friendly helpful and professional good customer service and the food was great and it was also very clean
• Angela (4/5): - Dirty, old, mold, carpet was soaked. Dust was terrible. The staff was fantastic and all research raises.
• Tianna (2/5): - When we arrived at 4:45pm our room was not ready. We came back got the keys to our room and we immediately noticed that the carpet was damped and the bedding was not clean. We called down to the front desk and was told maintenance would come, they did not. The front office manager sent a message asking about our stay and informed him of the issues. He asked if we’d like to change rooms and we did. While the new room was clean, the shower water trickled down. There was more water pressure in the sink than the shower! I wrote front desk manager and received no response. My Fiancé and i felt unclean. What was supposed to be a getaway felt like a joke. This was THE worst Hilton Garden Inn ive ever stayed at. Never again
• Ahmed (7/5): - It was a nice place for the value. We stayed in a suite with one-king room and a decent living room with a sofa bed. The suite is large but looks outdated. We were charged $27 per night for parking which was not disclosed at the time of reservation.
