• Dagmar (9/5): Sehr schöne Erfahrung! - Sehr gute Lage, Komfort, Preis-Leistung. Frühstücksbereich ist nicht sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Polster zu hoch, online-Bestellung anderer Pölster hat nicht funktioniert.
• Birgit (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksangebot in ruhiger Lage - Die ruhige Lage mitten im Zentrum und das Frühstücksbuffet sowie viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Restaurant Parken musste selbst organisiert werden, obwohl es einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz gab.
• Ngoc Thuy (4/5): Grei overnattinger - Positiv: god frokost og personalet på frokostsalen var utrolige hjelpsomme😁👍. Vi fikk påfyll kaffekapsler og vannflaske hverdag🥰. Negativ: Min mann var rullestolbruker. Hotellet hadde ikke dusjstol men bare en liten krakk da var umulig å få til en dusj i en 4 dager oppholdet😱😰. Handicap toalett ble ødelagt i 1. dagen vi var der og han ikke kunne bruke da vi ble sjekket litt senere. Vi hadde HC rom, gangen rett foran toalett var ganske mørk. Håper resepsjon personal er mere imøtekommende. At HC rom må ha ordentlig dusjstol fordi det er ulike funksjonshemmede; ikke alle som kan stå og dusje og man er i ulike størrelse.

• Daniel (9/5): - The Leonardo is in a great location, about 10 minutes walk from Alexander Platz. The hotel is perfectly clean, staff are friendly/helpful and responded promptly to all our requests. Bedrooms were cleaned every day, unlike our subsequent experience in some other German hotels. Breakfast is excellent and has a wide range of choices. Given our stay for 9 days, the room was to small and had insufficient space to store our clothes. The bathroom lacked the usual array of toiletries found in all hotels.

• Ronnie (10/5): A great stay near everything can be had here - Best thing is the convenience located near tram stop that took us everywhere. PrenzLauer Berg was really beautiful and accessible. The staff was very responsive and housekeeping. Staff was also wonderful. Our room was a large sized corner room, big shower and hot water was plentiful.

There were restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close. The staff was great. And we could leave our luggage there before check in. The hotel is very clean and cozy. Everything was perfect!

• Teresa (6/5): - Large room, plenty of space to spread out luggage. Huge comfortable bed. Close to tram line, which made it easy to get around Berlin. Old school vending machine just outside the room and free sweets and water down by the elevators near reception were both appreciated. Horrible, horrible room design. The shower door is frosted but opens straight into the room - there is no bathroom door. If you were travelling solo/with a partner I'm sure this would be fine; but I wasn't, so it was quite invasive. Would not have stayed here if I knew about the bathroom situation. Also the safe in the room did not work, and the smoker's area is right by the entrance which was disgusting.

• Ira (8/5): War alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit - Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, gute Lage und ein richtig schönes Hotel . Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr warm, man konnte leider die Fenster nicht öffnen, bzw. nur kippen.

• Martin (5/5): Ungenügender Service und Sicherheit, eigentlich schönes Hotel für Citytrip - Zentrale Lage, bequemes Bett, moderne Ausstattung Hotel wurde aufgrund von Sauna gebucht. Diese war leider überfüllt und wir konnten sie nicht nutzen. Kinderbett war trotz vorheriger Abstimmung nicht vorhanden. Personal war großteils wenig motiviert und nicht hilfreich. Im Flur vor unserem Zimmer lag ein spitzer Nagel und eine messerscharfe Rasierklinge. Unser Baby hat sich beinahe ernsthaft verletzt. Das ist unverantwortlich und sollte nicht passieren! Wir wurden im 6. Stock untergebracht und der Weg dorthin war leider alles andere als barrierefrei - mit Kinderwagen ungünstig. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Kundenorientierung und Mitdenken gewünscht. Außerdem waren auf unserem Zimmer Daten von einem anderen Gast hinterlegt. Aus Datenschutzgründen sollte das nicht passieren. Zuletzt hat uns das Personal noch Frühstück abgerechnet, obwohl wir explizit kein Frühstück wollten und auch nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Für zwei Tage viele kleine Fehler und leider einige grobe Mängel, die unnötig gestresst haben, daher können wir das Hotel für einen Kurztrip mit Baby nicht empfehlen.

• Yvelyne (7/5): après correction-changement de chambre- bon séjour comme nous avions l'habitude les fois précédentes - Avions demandé chambre calme, de ce fait nous étions au bout du bout d'un interminable couloir en pleins travaux et salissures. Nous avons demandé changement de chambre, ce qui a été fait sans problème dans une chambre à accès normal l'attribution de la chambre dans une zone limite de propreté et sécurité travaux poussière.. Heureusement notre demande de changement a été fait sans problème

• evy (9/5): - Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La stanza è comoda, la hall è bella e accogliente. La posizione un po’ “anonima”, però molto comoda perché ben collegata e non lontana da Alexanderplatz. Di fianco c’è anche un parco molto carino! È una buona scelta per un breve soggiorno a Berlino.

Hatta klima sistemini kapattığımız halde, üşümedik. Ses yalıtımı çok başarılı. Odada su bulunuyor. Kilise çanları ile ilgili herkes yorum yazmış ancak bizim odamız o tarafta olmadığı için bununla ilgili bir sıkıntıda olmadı. Fiyat-performans olarak Berline tekrar gelsem yine kalırım. Oda biraz küçük bunu bilerek gittik zaten, o yüzden sorun teşkil etmedi.

• lone (10/5): Dejligt hotel , vil gerne bo der igen - Godt værelse. Gode senge. Kaffe / te og vand blev fyldt op dagligt. Virkelig god morgenmad. Streamingtjeneste på fjernsyn Hvis man skulle på toilet om natten, skulle lyset på værelset tændes da det samtidig tændte lys på toilet og bad. Håndvask var placeret mellem bad og toilet på stuen. Lidt upraktisk
