• JT (9/5): Great value for money - Friendly front desk. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant surprise to receive a delicious ice-cream snack when we checked in on a warm day. Everything was working including the iron. All day snacks at the lounge. Thank you for the wedding anniversary gifts n card. The welcome card with words of blessing and bible were nice touches. Nothing!

• alex (8/5): - I arrived early and they provided a room straight away which was greatly appreciated. The customer service was exceptional they would go above and beyond for you. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The location and breakfast was decent. The air-conditioning in the room wasnt great and didn't appear to be working properly however it wasnt a big issue. They were prepared to change rooms for me but I was only there for one night. The sauna wasnt working properly either. All in all I would recommend this hotel. Air-conditioning and Sauna.

Wir durften früher als der offizielle Check-in ins Zimmer, haben ein Willkommens-Eis erhalten und am Tag der Abreise konnten wir uns noch mit Dusche und Co. frisch machen nach dem Check-out und vor unserem späten Abflug. Unser Zimmer war im 13. Stockwerk, ruhig und mit gutem Ausblick auf die Stadt. Die gepolsterte Fensterbank vor dem großen Fenster lud ein diesen Ausblick voll und ganz zu genießen. Ein weiteres Plus: 24 Stunden Snackbar im Foyer inklusive.

• courtneylind88 (10/5): Lovely hotel, great hospitality - Loved everything about our stay at the Quincy Hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. It was a relaxing and place to come back to after a full day out exploring Singapore, and I'd definitely choose the Quincy again on future trips!

• Darci (10/5): It felt like staying with friends. - It was a lovely boutique, hotel. The pool matched the photos. The room was quite spacious for Singapore.. and the staff were exceedingly helpful. I had been checked out for hours and they offered me to freshen up in the locker room shower before I went to the airport.. they also offered me snacks and drinks to make sure I was hydrated and comfortable.. I have never encountered this level of hospitality! I really can’t think of anything.

• Voyage56750141935 (10/5): Excellent Service! - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially Angela who was very kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. She made sure we were comfortable and assisted us whenever we needed help. The room was always clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything organized and fresh. Overall, the hotel provides very good service, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel because of their professionalism and excellent customer care. Good location too!
• Richard (9/5): Great - Breakfast was good. Complimentary ice cream and snacks and drinks is a nice touch. Good value for Singapore and a short layover stay. For two people and luggage the room wasn't the easiest fit for such a nice hotel but that would be the only negative really. Can't really complain about anything else. Got the gym, sauna and a pool.
• Asma (1/5): Absolutely crap hotel, cold breakfast and hot rooms. - Nothing at all as no air con and the water from the shower was leaking into the bedroom. 1st morning we woke up sweating to no electric, the hotel staff tried to help and moved us to a different room, in the 2 nd room we spent the 2nd and 3rd night, woke up on 2nd night sweating with no AC at 3am, called reception they advised we have no work person that can come fix it will send someone in the morning. Waited till 10.30am but no one showed up, went down and the lady said oh we didn’t want to disturb you, we advised we not slept all night we were told in the night someone will come have a look at 8am she apologised and said she would come up with us after breakfast, she went up and accepted it was hot in the room and will have it looked at and will give a fan. That evening when we came back from outside the room was warm, the lady came up and said oh not sure what’s going on will have to speak to someone and come back to us, she also advised they had been motoring the room in the day and it was cool. She went down and came back with a guy, he looked at the AC control and said I fixed it someone has changed the settings, we advised that we have not touched the controls. They left but we found that the room was still not cooling so contacted them again, the lady came back up I think she was called Sheryl, she came in and advised that she agreed the room isn’t cooling down and asked what we would be happy with, I advised we want a refund and we will move to another hotel as we are unable to enjoy our holiday, she left stating that she will come back after speaking to someone, by the time she came back it was past midnight, I had looked at other hotels but they were to expensive for us to move at that time of the night, she advised we have 2 options either move into their hotel next door or they will refund us 2 days and will review 2 days and see if can refund those, I advised it is to late for us to move out and cant justify paying so much for 8 hours before we pay for the next day.

• kristiat2023 (10/5): Much needed refresh - It's our 2nd time in Quincy Hotel and they did not disappoint. From hotel staff to the amenities like 24hrs pool and gym and light snack and drinks refreshments to room cleanliness. Still the best and most comfortable hotel I've stayed with in Singapore.

Complementary drinks at reception, the very nice helpful gentleman at breakfast and useful guide tips from staff. Nice pool, nice room and good location. Could not fault anything.

Good Breakfast and the restaurant looks very small. Singapore main avenue is located at around 5 minutes by foot and there are a lot of shoopings and interesting places to visit.

Het nachtscherm, wat i.p.v. gordijnen gebruikt wordt, sloot niet precies aan op het raam waardoor er een strook licht ‘s morgens naar binnen viel in de kamer.

The little things the hotel does like giving you a free minibar in Melbourne and the welcome ice cream at checkin and welcome basket in the room In Singapore. Thank you.

I am sad I cannot remember their names, but they made the experience amazing. - The room was super clean, and spacious (I also shared with someone). The room had a tub and shower which was also a great. The lobby of the hotel also provided free drinks, snacks, coffee and tea - this was such a bonus that we appreciated. - The location is a bit off the main Chinatown or Little India. If it is your first time in Singapore it can be alot to travel, but I visited before so this was not a problem for me. What I really enjoyed was that it was close to a lot of shopping malls, etc. So if luxury shopping is something you want to do in Singapore, this is the place for you. This will be my go to the next time I am in Singapore. N/A
• Ros16 (8/5): Good hotel - This hotel is very friendly and breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and no issues. Free coffee and biscuits at entrance were a nice touch. Nice quiet residential area and near nice shops. Given four stars out of five due to 10 mins walking distance to metro and rooms were a little tired. I would highly recommend if happy with 10 min slight uphill walk back to the hotel from the metro. If getting grab taxis it’s obviously not a problem.

Quality of hot items needs to be definatly improved order ham and cheese eggs and you could not see or taste the ham and cheese. Bacon not cooked hot items dry Waffles and pancakes were to hard to eat. The price was not a fair for the quality received. That being said you staff at check in in was great your rooms were clean and exceptional food
