hunter one (2/5): - Not really good location and some of the hotel staff are very rude and don't even respond to your questions just keep telling me different things and the ac didn't even work and took the key from the room during my time out for walking and it's was very hot and the bed was awful and broken spring and the pillows was hard hammer Not really good place and just waste of time and money for the hotel abousluy not worth the money and it's not 4.star hotel just dump and very far away from everything and just big ripped off and just nice to you when you check in after that you left in the dark

Luca (8/5): Piacevole - Comfort delle camere, posizione dell'albergo, dimensione della camera, colazione e parcheggio. Anche la connessione internet era abbastanza buona. Non ho provato la cucina, ma basandomi sulla colazione non posso dire che si mangi male. La rubinetteria del bagno era in condizioni pietose, arruginite, piene di calcare, diciamo che è arrivato il momento di fare manutenzione perchè da senso di sporcizia, anche se le camere erano pulite.

O box de banho é muito pequeno tambem mal da pra temperar a ducha. O hotel no geral é bom apenas um pouco afastado para quem chega a noite no transporte publico a caminhada do metrô ao hotel é meio deserta.

Giancarlo (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno, dintorni da rivedere. - Personale disponibile, preparato, gentile e collaborativo. Colazione buona e con una buona varietà di prodotti, sia dolci che salati. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Bagno moderno ma con qualche piccolo lavoretto da fare per sistemare la doccia. Poco distante dalla metropolitana e dalla fermata dell'autobus. Il soggiorno è andato bene. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, preciso che non è da addebitare alla struttura. Il percorso per raggiungere la metro è pieno di "insidie": rifiuti, vetri rotti e resti di materiali usati di notte, vista la presenza, dopo le 23 circa, di ragazze in attesa di clienti. La tassa di soggiorno, decisamente alta, potrebbe essere riutilizzata per ridurre il degrado. Non dico di dare una "guest card" come in Alto Adige, con mezzi pubblici gratuiti, ma almeno rendere fruibili le strade alle migliaia di turisti che affollano la sempre splendida Roma.

Bas (9/5): Prima en fijn hotel met goede faciliteiten alleen de locatie is iets minder. - Wij hadden met 4 personen een familiekamer. Deze was erg ruim en de kamer was erg schoon. We hebben 4 nachten in het hotel verbleven en dagelijks werd de kamer schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe schone handdoeken. Alles rook erg fris. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid, zeker voor Italiaanse begrippen. Ruime keuze in hartig en zoet. Het personeel is vriendelijk en is behulpzaam. De locatie is minder goed. Het ligt wat afgelegen in een buitenwijk. De metro is wel snel (10 minuten lopen) te bereiken maar vooral als je ‘s avonds terug naar het hotel loopt moet je langs een tippelzone waar diverse vrouwen zich aanbieden. Voor ons geen probleem maar als je als vrouw alleen bent of een gezin met kinderen bent kan dit wat onveilig voelen. Het beste kun je vanaf het metrostation Marconi zo lang mogelijk aan de linkerkant van de weg blijven lopen. De dames van lichte zeden staan namelijk aan de rechterkant van de weg.

Shower stall had ridiculously small opening, I had to squize through scraping against the sharp edges of doors. Bathroom fixtures worn out and long overdue for replacement. Windows in my room were tiny and too high for any view.

ottavia8 (8/5): Hotel comodo e pratico in zona EUR - Personale molto gentile e professionale, reception e spazi belli, comuni curati e puliti, colazione con varietà e qualità molto alta (sono vegana e ho trovato tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno e diverse opzioni anche senza dover fare richieste aggiuntive). Noi eravamo in una camera standard e i bagni non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle (molti segni di usura su piastrelle, rubinetteria, ceramiche). Tutto era funzionante, ma non curato come ci si aspetta dal 4 stelle. Anche la camera era ok e con mobilio di ristrutturazione abbastanza recente, ma i dettagli non erano curati.

Elycesil (9/5): Roma ciudad eterna - La ubicacion es fantástica; un lugar tranquilo y a 3 cuadras del metro que lleva al centro Roma, esto es muy cómodo. El desayuno es muy completo, con alimentos muy variados y de muy buena calidad. El café es delicioso. La habitación es espaciosa y muy amena. La cama y las almohadas son grandes y muy cómodas; los amenities que hay en la habitación son muy lindos y tanto la plancha como la tabla de planchar muy útiles. Todo el personal es muy agradable y servicial, en especial el personal del desayuno que está al pendiente de cualquier necesidad. El parking es muy cómodo, frente al hotel y, con una parte que es gratis. Cerca del hotel (2 cuadras) hay 2 restaurantes muy buenos, a precios más que razonables La internet no es buena, es muy lenta y se desconecta continuamente; en un hotel de esta categoría el servicio de internet tendría que ser mucho mejor; máxime cuando hoy en día la mayor parte de los huéspedes trabajamos durante el viaje. En la habitación que es muy amplia podrían hacerla aún más comoda colocando una cajonera (no hay) y, en nuestrao caso somos 2 pasajeros y había una sola silla, podrían poner una silla más y la haitación sería perfecta. Por otro lado, es un hotel de 4 estrellas no me parece correcto que el bar solo esté abierto en un horario reducido de 17 a 21 horas y que para cenar en el hotel haya que reservar, máxime cuando en las inmediaciones no hay tanta oferta para poder almorzar, cenar o tomar algo

Veronica (6/5): Essenziale …con colazione abbondante ! - Un bellissimo giardino Stanza pulita, grande ma poco curata, mobilio insufficiente e buchi nelle mattonelle del bagno, anche in camera nel soffitto, due brandine come letto per le mie figlie, insomma da un quattro stelle e 440€ due notti … uno si aspetta molto ma molto meglio !

Fred (9/5): Value for money at Phi Area - Value for money, spotless room which was serviced daily. Brilliant staff from reception to restaurant, couldn't do enough for you. It's a bit out of the vicinity of all the main attractions. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to Marconi metro station but the Metro is very frequent, I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes and within 10 minutes you are right at the Colosseum. There is not much in the immediate area of the hotel in terms of restaurants and bars.
