• Ian (7/5): Excellent location when visiting Rome - Excellent location within easy walking distance to the station, metro and bus terminal, comfortable beds, modern room and bathroom, pleasant staff, good continental breakfast (breads, cold meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt etc, no eggs, bacon or sausage). Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Within walking distance of some of the attractions i.e. Colosseum, Forum etc. Luggage storage facility available if required. No news channels in English, very poor WIFI, impossible to set the water temperature in the shower which varied from very hot to ice cold as you showered, no tea / coffee station in the room. €50 fee to extend check out from 11 am to 2 pm and €26 fee for early check-in both to be paid in cash. The credit card when checking in has to be a physical card not a virtual card resulting in my payment through Booking.com having to be credited and then re debited again at the hotel with my physical card which leaves you more open to card fraud.

Detalle que nunca se menciona en ningún lado ni en las condiciones de pago y que, además, fue el medio de pago validado por Booking.com. Debieran adaptarse al mundo moderno en el que no trasladamos nuestras tarjetas físicas por seguridad. Una pena.
• Anna (8/5): Fantastic location - Great location only 3 min walk from Termini Station. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Internal lock on bedroom door didn't work, mini fridge wasn't cold. Breakfast room was chaotic on Sunday with only one lady trying to do everything. We ended up having to clean a table for ourselves. Much calmer on the Monday morning however.

About a 10 min walk from the Coliseum, 3 min walk from St. Mary Major Basilica, less than 15 min cab ride to the Spanish Seps. If you don’t plan on staying in the room very long and your touring the city all day, this hotel is great for that.

Caffè espresso decente nonostante fatto con una macchina automatica. Spazi della camera giusti. Colazione appena sufficiente in termini di scelta e qualità dei prodotti. La struttura è abbastanza vecchia soprattutto nell'arredamento delle camere e nei bagni. La pulizia della camera non è perfetta e le finestre non sono insonorizzate

• Nava (5/5): Decepcionante - Localização Tivemos problemas com o pagamento da acomodação pelo booking e, devido a isso, tivemos que realizar novamente o pagamento da acomodação, só que dessa vez em dinheiro. O quarto é bem diferente das fotos e o banheiro também. O chuveiro é pequeno e pouco funcional, além de que, sempre que tomávamos banho, molhava o banheiro inteiro. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, já que na descrição do hotel, dizia que era um excelente café da manhã e bem completo.

The room lacked drinking glasses, and when requested, the staff replied that the hotel did not posses wine glasses. And in terms of friendliness, quite a bit was left to be desired.

Literalmente saía apenas dois fios de água e pegando fogo, uma temperatura que não ajustava por nada no mundo. Na segunda noite, conseguimos tomar um banho de "gato" limpando apenas as partes íntimas. Camas desconfortáveis. Café da manhã com as louças extremamente sujas, com pouca opção e era uma competição por croissant, absurdo! A equipe da recepção bem antipática.

Pleasant reception staff but one staff in the dining room that serve breakfast - Great location, only 8 minutes walk from Termini train station where the airport shuttle coach dropped off. Room was basic but has the necessity. Newly refurbished room with upgraded bathroom. Only one rubbish bin in the bathroom, need to provide another in the main room. No complimentary bottled water but mini supermarkets are nearby for supply. You are required to hand in the bedroom card key when you leave the hotel for the day - not sure why, maybe for security purpose, this is a first that I have to do that in all the hotels I have stayed in! This didn’t sit well with us so locked our suitcases and take our valuables with us when we a go out.

• Ma. Eugenia (5/5): Medio pelo, bueno para una noche de paso, no para estadía más larga. - Lo mejor, la ubicación. Cerca de Termini. Además, se puede llegar caminando a la mayoría de las atracciones. La habitación que nos tocó es vieja, en el tercer piso, el baño no tenía presión de agua, casi no salía agua del bidet, la ducha escasa y el duchador se caía, tuvimos que atarlo para poder bañarnos. El primer día no limpiaron la habitación.

• valérie (7/5): Emplacement idéal pour un court séjour - L’emplacement parfait , à 5 min de la gare et proche du centre historique où tout peut se faire à pieds (15 min ) , bus Termini qui vous ramène toujours à la gare . Le réceptionniste à l’accueil formidable, le seul qui parle français, très serviable et sympathique. Petit déjeuner un peu léger et produit de qualité légère, manquait les œufs et des aliments salés, jus de fruit en poudre coupé avec de l’eau … couloirs très bruyants mais bonne insonorisation des fenêtres qui donnaient sur la rue . Ménage un peu moyen …

Adelantado algo asi en el mail, segui diciendoles que no eran las condiciones cob las que yo hania pactado por la plataforma y que debian respetar eso si operan con la.misma, ahi dd golpe cambio el tenor de la.conversacion y sin mas me acepto la tarjeta. Ergo querian pago en efvo Una verguenza Por lo demas estuco todo.bien salvo que el baño era bastante pequeño y dremaba muyyyy mal por lo que habia que apretar el boton hazta 4 veces!
• Lisa (6/5): Hotel is in a great lotion needs customer service improvements. - The property’s lotion to the train is perfect and it’s across the street from a great little restaurant. It has wonderful redone bathrooms and comfortable clean beds , nice and generous with the soap and shampoos. Nicholas in the later evening was warm and accommodating with a great sense of humor. Our initial check in woman was brisk and border upon abrupt. Upon checking, we were given a nice room with a view of view of our street however noticed a smell of something foul. We were eager to walk to a near by church therefore we mentioned it to the front desk later and the gentleman gave us a deodorant spray. We used the spray before and after dinner that day and were told a technician would check the room. The next day after going to Vatican it was worse. We were finally moved long after 24 hours of putting up with the issue with no follow and only upon complaining again . This is also a big building and the elevator is necessary but very time consuming. Lastly do leave yourself 3 hours if are going to the US , we were given the advice by multiple people who worked there that two hours were more than enough, it is not. It would be nice if breakfast started at 7 instead of 7:30.

La chambre et salle de bain refaite a neuf. Un detail : Il manque un porte savon pres du lavabo. On ne sait pas ou le poser. Ou mieux: pourquoi ne pas integrer au mur un distributeur de savon. Petit dejeuner est correct, sans plus.
• ADRIANA (5/5): Gostei, mas não sei se voltaria para esse mesmo hotel. - Muito bem localizado, amamos a localização. Banheiro, chuveiro não funciona direito , Qdo chega no hotel pra fazer o check in eles não avisam antes e pedem pagto total em dinheiro. Isso pegou muitos hóspedes de surpresa.
• JULIABS (6/5): - Gostei apenas da localização que era próxima a estação de trem para viajarmos. O café da manhã era muito ruim. Não tinha ovos. Frutas só maça, laranja e pera (inteiras, sem descascar). Cama super dura, ficamos com dor nas costas. Chão do quarto sujo, a meia branca logo encardiu. Mas o pior de tudo foi terem nos cobrado 25 euros por terem montado um berço para minha nenem dormir por 1 noite, sendo que este custo não havia sido mencionado em nenhum local do anuncio no booking, bem como eu não pedi para instalarem o berço. O que eu fiz: 2 meses antes da nossa estadia, eu perguntei no chat do booking se eles tinham berço disponivel. Essa pergunta nunca foi respondida pelo chat do booking, e então, levamos um berço portatil de nossa casa casa. Mas para minha surpresa, no dia do checkin recebemos uma mensagem de que um berço seria montado e de que nos seria cobrada uma taxa (sem mencionar qual). Eu pedi para removerem e não cobrarem e o recepcionista masculino simplesmente foi irredutivel na cobrança e ainda fez comentários negativos sobre meu comportamento em pedir a remoção da cobrança, insinuando que ele não sabe como funciona com os brasileiros, mas na italia é assim. Péssimo atendimento.

• Christopher (8/5): - Room was comfortable (but typically small). Bathroom was tight was manageable. Dining options across the road. Very close to the main train station and easy walk to some major tourist attractions.
• Paxton (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE. Prior to arrival, the hotel was paid in full. Upon arrival, the front desk stated that the tourist tax must be paid in cash & card would not work. He instructed my husband to find an ATM & would not allow us to check in until it was paid. After walking to 3 ATMs we were able to find one that was working. Checking in, the staff made a copy of our passports & informed us that EVERY TIME we exited the hotel we must return the room key to the front desk. This seemed a bit strange to us, the staff stated that the key is better left with them. Everytime you would request your key back, the staff would have to reactivate the key for you (sometimes forgetting & you would have to go back downstairs for reactivation). The staff would also act like they are doing you a favor, many times too busy on their phones to greet you while tossing your key back. On the second day of our stay, our room was “cleaned” & only one of two towels were replaced. I asked the front desk staff if we were able to get an additional towel since we only had one towel for two people. The staff member went in the back behind the staircase where the clean towels are stored & stated that she did not have one additional towel to give me & that the towels back there were for tomorrow. We found another hotel & upon leaving I asked for a receipt, however the staff could not find any evidence of my stay, & told me that she could email me a receipt tomorrow. Terrible place, terrible experience.

• Sofy (4/5): - Had stayed here previously yet this was a very different experience. We were rushed at breakfast and pushed to move whilst trying to make breakfast. We'd paid for breakfast and were told its from 8-10 yet staff were cleaning up and food wasn't refilled at 9am. Staff atcdesk were reluctant in answering questions so we were reluctant in asking. Wouldn't recommend it again!

• Anita (7/5): - Doručak bi mogao biti malo bolji, sa više ponude kao npr. jaja, ali svakako se može naći nešto za sebe. Sobe su bile čiste i uredne, kupatilo i wc odlični. Posteljina čista, kreveti su po mom ukusu malo tvrđi, a udobni. U sobama nedostaje koš za smeće, a bilo bi lijepo imati i kuhalo za vodu, te čaj i kavu. Osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Nedoumica oko plaćanja. Prilikom rezervacije preko Booking.com smo ostavili broj kartice i sve je uredno rezervirano. Malo prije našeg dolaska, Booking je javio da hotel ne prihvaća karticu i da moramo ažurirati inače ne garantiraju rezervaciju. To nam je odmah bilo nejasno jer je kartica važeća s dovoljno sredstava na njoj. Kad smo došli u hotel, rečeno nam je da moramo platiti cijeli iznos u gotovini, da neće prihvatiti kartično plaćanje i da moramo biti zadovoljni što su nam sačuvali rezervaciju. Ovo je velika zamjerka hotelu i definitivno nepoštena praksa. Dojam je kasnije popravio ljubaznost osoblja i čistoća soba, ali bih razmislila dobro bi li i drugi put rezervirala smještaj u ovom hotelu.
