- Hannah (10/5): - Wir waren in zwei Suiten der Sulthanamet Suites in Istanbul und sind begeistert. Beide hatten viel Platz und eine gute Ausstattung. Die Dachterasse in der Suite mit Meerblick ist sehr groß und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und falls etwas fehlt wird sich darum gekümmert. Hüseyin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei einem externen Problem hat er uns schnell und lösungsorientiert geholfen- wir haben uns durch ihn sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und waren extrem dankbar! Die Lage des Hotels in den kleinen liebevoll gestalteten Gassen der Altstadt ist ein Traum. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Mamarismeer und nach kurzem Anstieg 10 Minuten bis zum Sultanahmet-Platz. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Istanbul kommen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

- Inssaf (1/5): HOTEL DA INCUBO!!! - Niente Esperienza davvero pessima e assolutamente non conforme alle immagini presenti nell’annuncio. Appena entrati nella struttura siamo stati accolti da un fortissimo odore di urina di gatto che impregnava la stanza e il bagno, rendendo impossibile anche solo pensare di soggiornare lì. Le condizioni igieniche erano inaccettabili: abbiamo trovato sporco diffuso e persino scarafaggi nella struttura. Inoltre nel bagno era presente una caldaia a gas installata in modo molto discutibile, situazione che ci ha fatto sentire poco sicuri. Le foto pubblicate online non rappresentano minimamente lo stato reale dell’alloggio. Proprio per questo abbiamo contattato immediatamente l’assistenza di Booking.com e deciso di non soggiornare nella struttura. La cosa più deludente è stata la totale mancanza di disponibilità nel procedere con un rimborso corretto, nonostante il disagio evidente. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura.
- Matteo Bertucelli (8/5): Rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo, posizione meravigliosa - Posizione centralissima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal tram, a 10 minuti a piedi scarsi dalla moschea blu. Un sacco di ristoranti vicino (tra cui uno, garden 1897, praticamente attaccato dove si mangia ottimamente). Appartemento molto grande, con bagno privato grande e balcone. Tutto molto pulito. Tipica colazione turca. Non stupitevi delle mappe di google, l'indirizzo e' la reception, che e' in una traversa, gli appartamenti sono sparsi li vicino. Aggiungo, gestore davvero disponibile e gentilissimo Il doccino, che era un po tagliato (ma succede!)

- Emiliano (4/5): Prometedor pero decepcionante - La ubicación era muy buena, la habitación siempre estuvo limpia, los aparatos disponibles funcionaban bien pero el frezzer de la heladera estaba congelado y no enfriaba bien. Nos incluyeron un desayuno rico y nos ayudaron con traslados con diferentes puntos turísticos y al aeropuerto. Que las fotos de booking no coinciden con la entrega final de la habilitación, no tiene cocina que era lo que buscábamos por nuestra bebé, y nos llevaron a otra locación diferente a 6 cuadras de la reservada (con bebé incluido). Ingresando después del chek in y todavía la habitación no estaba lista. En las fotos de booking el hotel cuenta con gimnasio y no lo tiene (al menos accesible en la locación donde nos hospedaron). En el hospedaje la puerta de ingreso mide 1,50 y la otra se traba y es pesada. Nos dieron un servicio de lavado el cual dejamos a la mañana, donde nos prometieron a la tarde y finalmente la retiramos a las 23.30 siendo que al día siguiente nos íbamos a las 04.30, la cual hasta ese momento la experiencia era de regular a buena, encima la ropa estaba mojada haciendo que nuestras valijas pesen más. El taxi de regreso al aeropuerto nos dijeron a las 04.30 y llegaron 04.50 así que tener en cuenta que son muy impuntuales.

However, the actual location was still very good — only about a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque in Sultanahmet, so it ended up being very convenient for sightseeing The host was not very responsive before arrival, which made check-in a bit stressful as we had to call several times to confirm the reservation. The property did not fully match the photos or description on Booking.com, and the location was slightly different from what was listed. Some facilities in the apartment were not in the best condition or were not working properly, such as the internet, bathroom fixtures, and TV. Communication during the stay could have been better, but overall we managed to stay and complete our trip.

La literie très confortable pour dormir après une grosse journée et soirée de promenade. Personnel très serviable si besoin d'une chose on nous l'apportait. Purtroppo la nostra camera differiva totalmente dalle foto di booking, era in un piano interrato finestrato su un piccolo cortile chiuso. Non era pulitissima e l'ultima notte mancava l'acqua calda. In fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto un lettino per neonati ma non l'ho trovato in camera. Mancava telecomando del televisore e il divano era rotto. Cattivo odore dalla cucina.

- Svetlana (10/5): Отлично провели время! - У меня было несколько бронирований. Я продлевала пребывание в отеле. В общей сложности мы прожили 14 дней. В плохом отеле не будешь жить 2 недели. Читаю негативные отзывы и удивляюсь. Тараканов я не видела. Может не нужно оставлять открытую еду? Следы протечек на потолке? Да, есть. Дом старый. Да и какой он может быть в историческом центре Стамбула? Может лучше, чем делать фото протечек, лучше сделать фото цветущего Стамбула? Повторюсь из предыдущих отзывов: персонал приветливый, Хусейн всегда интересовался нужна ли помощь, оперативно реагировал на вопросы. Завтрак достаточный, все свежее. Стоимость для центра Стамбула более чем хорошая. Я не беру люкс отели 5*( где тоже можно найти недостатки), я пишу об отелях такого же уровня. Стоимость там гораздо выше. Номер большой. Все работало. Кровать отличная. Холодильник, плита-все ок. Посуды достаточно. Чисто. Уборка отличная. Постельное белье и полотенца меняли. Мы приезжаем в Стамбул ежегодно, всегда останавливались в разных местах, не повторялись, т.к. везде были свои нюансы, но теперь в следующий раз мы будем останавливаться только здесь. Большое Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за прием, качество сервиса и клиентоориентированность. Никаких замечаний

The room is cozy and pet friendly. My cat loves the rooms, she can sit on the window sill, watching the other cats outside. it’s safe for cats not to fall and the bed is very comfortable! Whenever I needed something, the manager helped and provided me with everything I needed! They are very attentive and the cleaning staff is very nice. I would absolutely recommend friends to stay at this place Everything was perfect!

Хусейн очень быстро реагировал на любую просьбу, всегда был на связи и готов помочь. Недостатки можно найти и в люксовых отелях 5*, где ночь стоит, как неделя проживания здесь, а номера по площади в разы меньше. Нам все понравилось. Никаких замечаний нет

Прежде всего хочется отметить администратора Hüseyin İslam emiroğlu , это человек, который действительно делает всё возможное, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно. Мы приехали поздно ночью, но нас без проблем встретили, всё подробно объяснили, быстро заселили и помогли освоиться. Было особенно приятно такое внимательное и доброжелательное отношение после дороги. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить за помощь с ориентированием по городу-нам подсказали удобные маршруты, рассказали, куда лучше сходить и как быстрее добраться до нужных мест. Администратор всегда был на связи, отвечал на любые вопросы, что создавало ощущение надёжности и заботы. В день отъезда нам даже помогли найти такси до аэропорта, причём сделали это быстро и без лишних сложностей. Завтраки в гостинице хорошие: не сказать, что огромный выбор, но всё свежее, вкусное и вполне достаточно, чтобы хорошо начать день. Комната была чистая, аккуратная, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания присутствовало-удобная кровать, чистое бельё, все базовые удобства. Район тоже порадовал: спокойный, безопасный и при этом очень удобный. Рядом есть магазины, кафе, транспорт-всё, что может понадобиться во время поездки. Это значительно облегчает пребывание и экономит время. В целом остались только положительные впечатления. Здесь действительно заботятся о гостях, и это чувствуется в мелочах. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и можем смело рекомендовать это место другим путешественникам.

Merci - Situé dans le centre historique de la vieille ville d’Istanbul au milieu des restaurants, échoppés du quartier historique et les dédales de cette ville millénaire. Il est difficile de s’y rendre de ses propres moyens ( en voiture avec le gps) nous avons dut prendre un taxi pour nous rendre, un système d’ouverture et de fermeture d’obstacles est nécessaire et des autorisations gouvernementales afin de préserver la quiétude.

However, upon arrival, the manager charged us 250 EUR without any explanation or prior consent. While the difference is small, charging guests without authorization is highly unprofessional. When I requested an invoice, I was initially only given a card receipt and told that no invoice was available. The invoice was only provided the next day, with the explanation that he had been too busy and misunderstood my request. This does not justify the lack of proper service and professionalism. The hygiene conditions were extremely concerning. As soon as we entered the room, we saw two cockroaches. Later that night, my wife had to kill another one next to the bed. Even worse, today morning around 3 a.m., a cockroach crawled onto my wife’s face while she was sleeping, which woke her up in shock and caused significant distress. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about basic hygiene and safety. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and there was standing water on the floor coming back up from the drain. The ventilation did not work at all, so the smell remained in the room. The shower water pressure was extremely weak. There were also clear safety issues: the water heater and electrical wiring were installed in a messy and potentially unsafe way, and some floor tiles were loose, posing a risk of injury. The bedside lamp did not work, and we later found that there wasn’t even a bulb installed. In addition, during our 3-night stay, there was no housekeeping service at all—no cleaning and no towel replacement. Overall, this property does not meet even basic standards of hygiene, safety, or service. It completely ruined our first impression of Istanbul. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été inadmissible. Le réceptionniste s'est montré extrêmement désagréable, utilisant un ton méprisant et nous menaçant d'annuler la réservation à la moindre question. Épuisés par le voyage, nous n'avons pas eu la force de chercher ailleurs, mais le pire restait à venir : l'adresse fournie ne correspondait pas à la réalité. Nous avons dû marcher 5 minutes de plus vers un autre bâtiment. La chambre était dans un état d'insalubrité totale : Propreté : Cheveux sur les oreillers et dans le lit, escaliers et sols sales. Salle de bain : Présence de moisissures (douche et lavabo) et fuite au plafond. Confort : Mobilier vétuste et une odeur de javel/produits chimiques si forte qu'elle en devenait étouffante.

Где очень старые мебели в душе сразу была катастрофа можно помыться только с трубочки . На кухне протекала вода с умывалька и нужно было подставлять кастрюлю нетто бы затопило. Розетки поломаны. А завтрак это ещё было страшнее всего дали только замороженный сырок и оливки с плесенью когда сказали заменить оливки их просто помыли и вернули назад.

However, the suite did not look like the photos shown on the booking website. The kitchen was extremely limited, consisting of only two cabinets, and it did not include a toaster or a coffee maker as advertised on the booking listing. There was mold around the sink, and we actually had to buy cleaning supplies on the second day to clean the apartment ourselves. Although the room initially appeared clean, several areas clearly needed attention. The heating unit located in the room made a lot of noise during the night, which repeatedly woke us up. The bathroom sink was very moldy, so we had to clean it twice before using it. The shower also had mold and required cleaning before it could be used comfortably. Overall, we were very disappointed with the condition of the suite. The only positive aspect of our stay was the large terrace, which helped make the stay somewhat tolerable.

- Ovidiu (1/5): After I saw the place I moved to another hotel. - I can not say I liked something. It was a scam. People should avoid that place if they don't want to ruin their vacation in Istanbul The unit was falsely advertised and the pictures are taken from another place! It was dirty, the access to the bedroom is thru a tiny spiral stair and the balcony/terrace is disgusting and unsafe! I could not believe they where allowed to rent a unit in such a bad shape. The manager did not bother to listen to my complain and did want to do a refund, so I had to make a claim at the credit card company. Please be advised that they ask you to pay before you enter the unit! In case you rent with them ask them to show you the unit first. It made a mistake because I was tired and I paid upfront.

Отель находится прямо у Голубой мечети, буквально в двух шагах от всех основных достопримечательностей. Найти его очень легко и удобно, что немаловажно для прогулок по Стамбулу. Персонал просто замечательный: очень вежливые и приветливые женщины на ресепшн и в сервисе. Если возникали какие-то вопросы, администратор решал их моментально — обо всём можно быстро договориться. Нам всё очень понравилось, уезжаем с отличным настроением. Искренне всем рекомендуем!

- Sepehr (9/5): Choose it, the hotel and staff worth it. - We arrived around on 21 o’clock and I was worried that the there would be a problem with check-in. But as we arrived Hüseyin were there and we did the check-in in less than 5 minutes. The hotel has a wonderful location. It’s near to the sea and near to the city and grand bazar. There is everything you can imagine around the hotel. Rooms are clean and were comfortable for a family. Hüseyin was really really kind and helpful. Whatever we needed, he arranged for us. To be honest, if we go again to Turkey I will choose this hotel without any thinking.

I tried to use cooker and microwave but didn't seem to work but I didn't check so don't know. Living room and bedroom very comfy. Always warm water and warmapartment. But noisy. - Elshad (9/5): Good hotel for a good price. - The hotel is very close to Sultanahmet Square. The manager is very kind and always ready to help. The room was warm, and the kitchen was fully equipped The room facilities and furniture were quite old.

La mini suites ha buoni spazi per una famiglia di quattro persone. All'interno vi è l'essenziale per cucinare, va bene per chi viaggia in semplicità. L'host è sempre disponibile e reattivo alle richieste: all'arrivo c'erano meno asciugamani del necessario per quattro persone ma alla nostra richiesta si è attivato subito.
