- Sarah (9/5): A quiet, clean hotel. Good location. - The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. There is free coffee in the lobby and tea in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower with lots of hot water and good pressure. The hotel is right near a metro station so we were easily able to get around the city. There are several restaurants nearby, we highly recommend trying Nagai for Hiroshima style okonomiyaki - it's just across from the hotel!

- Mary (9/5): An exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel with outstanding service and a great location for exploring Osaka. - The hotel is located in the business district, which made for a quieter and less hectic stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The shower was amazing! The hotel is within walking distance of the subway, making it easy to reach all the major sightseeing spots in Osaka. I arrived before check-in and left my luggage at the hotel while I explored the area. When I returned, the staff had already delivered my bags to my room. I stayed for two nights, then went to Koyasan for one night with only a day pack, leaving my main luggage in storage. When I returned for my final night, my luggage had once again been placed in my room. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the breakfast was delicious! Nothing, I truly enjoyed my stay.

- Marko (10/5): Sehr preiswertes Hotel, 50m zur U-Bahn, sehr gutes Frühstück - Sehr schönes Hotel, stilvoller als die üblichen Standardhotels. Sehr freundliche Rezeption, ordentlich großes Zimmer. Das Fenster war leider nicht zu öffnen, aber es sind ohnehin größere Straßen davor - von denen man bei geschlossenem Fenster quasi nichts hört. Gutes westliches Frühstück, teils frisch auf Bestellung, teils Buffet. U-Bahn Station direkt nebenan, eine Station vom Bahnhof. Für den Preis ist das Hotel definitiv 10 Punkte wert! Fenster nicht zu öffnen.

WC automático y ducha espaciosa. Nevera con agua. Limpieza si la solicitas previamente. Personal muy amable y profesional. Mucho silencio en todo el hotel. WIFI perfecta. Hay café/té en Recepción. Desayuno con 5 platos a elegir (formato sandwich) y, aparte, yogur, fruta, sopa, zumo no natural, cereales y café. Nada de bollería, ni fiambres, ni huevos, etc. Reserva de hora para desayunar por comedor pequeño. Ubicación alejada del centro, pero tranquila y con metro a no mucha distancia, dependiendo a dónde quieras ir porque el transporte urbano es un poco complejo.

Very comfortable beds, great shower and shower products, and the room was clean and modern. The rooms are much nicer than the photos. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to do our own laundry at the hotel. We stayed here twice on our trip to Japan and would definitely stay again. Nothing

Room is great size, beds are the comfiest beds I've slept on, the duvet and pillows were amazing. When you as host provide your guests with such a great way to rest after a long day of walking and exploring, it is very appreciated. I liked having Netflix to unwind in the evenings, location was amazing and well connected, quiet and close to everything. Free coffee was appreciated too. When I come back to Osaka, I am staying here again for sure. Everything was perfect.

- Severin (8/5): - Das Zimmer und die Lage waren super. Zusätzlich gab es unten beim Empfang eine Kaffeemaschine bei der man sich kostenlos bedienen durfte. Tolle Sache! Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und schön. Leider hat es nicht in jedem Stock eine Maschine für das Auffüllen von Wasser. Aus diesem Grund mussten wir dann jedes Mal einen Stock nach oben. Das klingt jetzt ein wenig zu Grosskotzig aber wenn man jeden Tag mindestens 20k Schritte macht, dann schaut man auf das ;-).

- SIMONETTA (8/5): Piacevole - Posizione centrale Vicino alla Metro Silenzioso e pulito Caffè caffè latte gratuito Il letto matrimoniale era esageratamente grande in pratica tre piazze !!! Piumone troppo pesante ma non c’erano altre coperte. Manca l’armadio e ci sono n. 4 grucce in due persone. Anche la colazione non era una granché.
