- Janusz (7/5): - bardzo dobra lokalizacja - kilkaset metrów od Placu Św.Marka. bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania Niestety cena zdecydowanie za wysoka ( pokój dwuosobowy mniejszy - cena ponad 400 EUR za dobę) Hotel tłumaczył że w tym okresie są problemy z dostępnością miejsc noclegowych w Wenecji ( m.in. rozpoczęcie Światowego Biennale Sztuki w Wenecji )i hotelarze wykorzystują okazje sprzedając pokoje po dużo wyższych cenach niż n ormalnie - ten Hotel podobno sprzedawał pokoje dwukrotnie drożej. (?!)

- Pierre (8/5): Hôtel calme au charme vénitien idéalement placé pour visiter Venise et ses îles. - Tout proche de la Fenice et de la Place Saint Marc et pourtant très calme. A 5 mn du vaporetto. Hôtel au charme un peu désuet qui convient à l'ambiance vénitienne. En famille nos avons pu bénéficier de 3 chambres, toutes différentes mais proches les unes des autres d'où la sympathique ambiance pour ces vacances. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners bien fournis et excellents. A l'accueil des jeunes gens polyglottes et souriants. Depuis nos chambres vue sur des arrières cours mais c'est le pendant du calme. Le temps était parfait mais on se pose des questions sur l'efficacité de la climatisation.

- Calvin (10/5): Well located and comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff - Great central location, a few minutes walk from St Mark’s Square and other attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, a special thanks to Andrea at reception, who gave us really good advice to help us with our sightseeing. The breakfast was also very good, provided us with a great start to each day.

- Maria Chiara (9/5): - Eravamo in tre persone e le camera era molto spaziosa. Il bagno era molto grande e aveva addirittura due lavandini. La colazione eccellente. Nonostante l’ambiente piccolo, c’era un’ottima selezione di cibo. La posizione è molto buona e fedele alla descrizione, 400 m da piazza san marco. Cinque/sei minuti a piedi e sarete arrivati. Personalmente non do l’eccellenza alla posizione perché nel mio soggiorno a Venezia mi è capitato sempre di cenare in zona Rialto e quindi il ritorno a piedi all’hotel era un po’ più lungo. Ma questa è stata una mia scelta e, a posteriori, conoscendo ora Venezia, sotto questo punto di vista avrebbe potuto farmi più comodo un hotel in zona Rialto. Ma vi assicuro che la posizione dell’hotel è molto buona e che, se volete mangiare nei pressi dello stesso, nelle stradine intorno all’hotel è pieno di osterie

- Carlos (9/5): Excelente hotel para visitar Venecia a pie y en familia. - Hemos disfrutado de unos maravillosos días en Venecia, y eso gracias al hotel Ca' Alvise. Su ubicación es privilegiada, muy cerca de todos los lugares iconicos de la ciudad. La habitación en la que estuvimos alojados era muy espaciosa, las camas muy cómodas y el cuarto de baño inmenso. Las toallas y ropa de cama de muy buena calidad también. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, se notaba que el staff cuidaba los detalles en todo momento, siendo especialmente serviciales. Para desayunar siempre había sitio, ya que ponen a disposición 3 ambientes, y ordenan las mesas rapidamente. Por último, han instalado recientemente un ascensor, asi que ahora es completamente accesible. Volveremos! Todo fue perfecto.

L'établissement ne correspond absolument pas aux standards d'un 4 étoiles. La décoration est défraîchie et l'entretien laisse à désirer (joints de baignoire refaits grossièrement). Confort médiocre : Chambre sous les toits équipée de façon très sommaire. La literie est à revoir : lit étroit et matelas en fin de vie, ce qui est inacceptable à ce prix. Absence totale d'isolation phonique entre les chambres, on partage l'intimité des voisins. Petit-déjeuner décevant, composé de produits industriels (salade de fruits en conserve). Aucun effort sur la qualité des produits frais. Un établissement qui survit grâce à son emplacement mais qui nécessite une rénovation profonde et une montée en gamme réelle de ses services. Rapport qualité/prix très insuffisant.
- Mark (7/5): Old world style but getting stale. - This is the 3rd time I have stayed here. The hotel is well situated for the Accademia, The Guggenheim and St Marks Square. There are a number of restaurants nearby and it's easy walking from the Rialto Bridge (less than 10 mins). The staff are always friendly and helpful. The laundry service is very good and quick. The bed was really good too. The new lift installed last year is a real help with moving heavy bags more easily. The main issue with the hotel is that the facilities are starting to look old and in need of replacement. The bath is too small to easily stand in the shower and also does not have a handle to aid access - older people need that to ease access. The pillows are terrible - like rock and thin. There are too few electric wall sockets; not useful when people have to charge electrical items all the time these days.

- Boss_83 (10/5): - Poloha, cena, vana z vířivkou, slušná snídaně, a velice ochotný personál. Mohou z rodinou jen doporučit. Pokud pojedeme opět do Benátek tak už nebudeme asi bydlet jinde. 😉😄😘 Pokoje by mohly být modernější, ale zase to mělo nádech Benátek a atmosféru.... 😉
