- Neellambari (5/5): - We booked a connection room. It was good size. Very clean and the bathroom was quite big. With a perfect size living room The staff on last day said we couldn’t do late check out because it’s fully booked. But the day before I asked the lady staff and she asked me to come in the morning to make payment for late check out. The staff was a male staff in the morning he told me I can give you a dirty room. You can stay there till 5pm. Yes he said that and I was so upset and asking how can he treat me this way. I’m paying Rm150 to extend till 5pm and he dare to tell me he will give me dirty room. After lots of arguments. He got a room for us. I don’t know how magically it appeared because at first he said he was fully booked. When I check online it says room available. He kept lieing and I don’t know what’s the issue with him. Since I’m paying for the late check out there is no reason for him to do this and even treat a customer this way.

- XIUJIAN (1/5): Mensonges et non respect des prestations promises. - L'hotel devait prendre en charge les tranferts aéroport-hotel-aéroport et a refusé de le faire prétextant que cela était la responsabilité et a la charge de Booking.com qui, contacté par nous, n'a pas trouvé de solution pour nous rembourser ces couts !!!

- NOR NABILA TASHA (7/5): Nothing wow - - Location; 7e walking distance, local grocery is just opposite, the famous Kenny Hills baker’s is also just opposite. Near a bus stop. LRT/MRT is far, so you have to take a bus to KLCC/Ampang Park if you want to travel with LRT/MRT. By bus should take 5-10mins - The room (spacious, built in water filter for drinking - so no water bottle) mine is complete with small fridge, microwave, electric kettle, plates & cutleries. - Ironing facilities included in the room. - Bed is comfy * I didn’t try their swimming pool or food. * The building is old but well refurbished. - Lift card is an issue, not able to detect. Please fix or upgrade to a tap ones (there’s 2 types of card you’ll receive upon check in - 1 for room 1 for card) - Parking is narrow which is understandable because it’s an old building but the exit was a tour - The air conditioner in the room needs to be checked. Though I put 18 or 20, you can feel the coldness and after minutes it’s warm. - The bed head is a bit dusty - No direct lift from parking to Lobby. You had to take stairs. It was a hassle for me because my mom use a wheelchair. I had to drop her off at the lobby first before I park and walk up the stairs with my other belongings.

- CLAUDINE (9/5): AGRÉABLE ET TRÈS BIEN PLACÉ - L’appartement grand, literie confortable, la grande piscine, le personnel et surtout la personne chargée du ménage de notre appartement très consciencieuse 🥰 Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas, l’insonorisation des fenêtres est nulle vous entendez les voitures et les 2 roues 24h/24 à cause de la route très passante en bas de l’hôtel
