- Heiko de Vries (8/5): Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen mehrtägigen New York-Trip - Die Lage des Hotels (besser gesagt mehr eine Art Ferienwohnung, die von Hilton gemanagt wird) ist sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit der Metro (Station in unmittelbarer Nähe) erreichbar. Trotz Gold Membership Status gab es keinerlei Vorteile (Upgrade, Frühstück, WLAN) - identische Behandlung wie alle anderen Gäste. Aber anscheinend gibt es in ganz New York diese Vorteile nicht mehr - leider!

The room would have been quiet had it not been for the noisy fridge and the aircon, which was difficult to regulate. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom could be better. But all in all, we had a very pleasant stay. We felt good all-around and would definitely book this hotel again.

Most of the staff (accept one lady in the rasption that was very nice and helpful and advise ass how to use the metro and the metro app) was very cold not welcoming and not friendly. Maybe it is because we are not from the us but most of the staff felt quite rode to us.

Very close to the subway line, to Central Park and easy walk to Columbus Circle. No breakfast available in the building, but lots of options close by.

- Luis (9/5): We will return to the Hilton Club at W57 - It was a clean and big room for NY standards. The bed, pillows and comforter were very comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and modern, with a big vanity and sink. There were new water bottles every day, the coffee supplies were always replenished. The bathrobes were delicious and fluffy. They received our delivery packages without fuss and no added cost. Reception was always gracious and helpful. The only drawback was that I wish the hotel had a cafeteria or restaurant on the premises. Although there are tons of places to eat around the area. something curious: On the night we arrived the guy on the reception desk told us if we wanted our room cleaned we needed to call every day and ask for it expressly. I even asked him if it cost extra... he said no. The next day before going out I called housekeeping let them know we wanted maid service, and he was totally suprised, he said there would be maid service every day without asking for it. He was very surprised and asked who told me I had to call every day for service. it was just a small miscomunication. everything was perfect, we will return. We loved the location. We have stayed in hotels all over midtown, and we love this location the best.

- luxworldtraveler2023 (8/5): A good property in the heart of NY - Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms seem a bit dated, the beds are super comfortable. The hotel itself doesn't have a lot of amenities, but the staff is wonderful and they try really hard to deliver the best service. Location-wise, you are just a couple blocks away from Central Park and there are so many great things to do around the hotel.

- Beenaround0818 (2/5): New York Hilton needs remodeling - We are frequent Hilton Honors users and I was so disappointed in this Hilton. The room was so disappointing, the window shade didn't work, the elevators were horrible, there was no coffee or microwave in the room and the concierge people acted like they wanted to talk amongst themselves and not even acknowledge me as I was waiting there. The huge positive of this hotel was William and Winston, the Bellmen. They were extremely helpful with finding city locations and giving advice.

My wife was feeling sick and the staff went beyond what was expected! They sent a care package to our room so she can recover quickly and enjoy her stay. That hotel didn't have breakfast.

- I409IHmohammads (10/5): Of all my New York trips, this stay was my favorite! - I've been to New York many times, but this time felt much better than the rest because of my experience at this hotel. Starting off with the location, which was perfect for my itinerary because it was so walkable to the subway entrance along with everything else. The room was nice and roomy, and had a good view of the street (we were on the 19th floor). What made this stay extra memorable though was the workers. Every single worker here seems like they genuinely enjoy their job, which as a customer I definitely felt and noticed it. One employee in particular, Sheril, was absolutely incredible. Most of my interactions here were with her, and she had this genuinely positive energy that really carried into the day. As mentioned, I've been to NY many times, but this trip really was made more special by her customer service that added another layer of greatness to an already superb trip. Also special shoutout to Livingston who was really helpful with getting our luggage and carrying the same type of positive energy that prompted me to make this positive review. All in all, if you're looking for a hotel with a perfect location, good room size, and excellent staff, you will not regret picking this spot!!
- Gerold (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt! - Zimmer sind ungewöhnlich groß und komfortabel für Downtown Manhattan. Das dürfte daran liegen, dass die Zimmer Besitzern gehören (Konzept con Hilton Club) und die wollen Komfort. Nicht von den 3 Sternen irritieren lassen, das ist nur weil sie kein Restaurant haben... alles andere ist 4*+ , eine klare Empfehlung. Wir würden sodert wieder buchen. Es ist im sleben Block wie die Carnegie Hall und 2 Strassen von der Südseite des Cental Parks. Nichts.
