- William (10/5): Peaceful, relaxing birthday in a lovely hotel on the Left Bank with helpful staff. - We wojuld not stay anywhere else in Paris. The staff,especially the blonde woman, on the desk during the day is especially helpful, The breakfast is wonderful To be served breakfast on nice china first thing in the morning is a luxuty. Plus the hotel is located in the wonderful Left Bank near all kinds of restaurants and cafes.

Emplacement parfait pour accéder au ministère et au musée Nous avons réservé sur une mauvaise date par erreur et si l’agent d accueil était parfait, le directeur a refusé de rembourser alors que nous avons tout de suite prévenu. Pour le prix c’est vraiment très peu commercial. Nous choisissons de ne plus réserver dans cet hôtel pour notre équipe a l’avenir pour cela.

- dmlail42 (10/5): Lovely hotel in a great location - Lovely hotel with included breakfast. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind to American tourists. Highly recommend. Beautifully decorated. This hotel immerses you in old Paris style. Very very safe. There is a person at the desk 24/7. After a certain time at night you must be buzzed in for safety. This hotel is steps away from everything you might want. Tons of of great places to eat, shop etc. If you are a smoker there is a very nice little patio courtyard you may use. We used their laundry service ($) but clothes were returned same day and perfect. Only downside is the bed size. We are small people so their largest bed was okay for us. The biggest bed here is between a USA double and queen. The bed was in excellent condition and a very firm mattress which is great for my back. However a taller or heavier couple might find the beds a touch small.

The only down side was the room was very small & didn’t have a fridge. It was fine for 1 night I think if I stayed again I would opt for a larger room & ask for a fridge. Staff friendly.

Klasse Ausstattung von Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer über Pflegeprodukte. Großartiges Frühstück, es wird auf jedes Detail geachtet. Egal ob noch warme Croissants oder tolle Marmelade oder Obst und Eier. Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Vielen Dank!
- gurdeep (4/5): Rubbish - Walking in looked great but that’s it after that was completely the opposite Shows it has parking available but parking was ridiculously priced off street parking as nearly €280 per day! When we arrived it looked nice at first then the lift was so tiny the rooms where very small the receptionist as nice at first but when I wanted help she was completely unhelpful and rude afterwards. I didn’t even have my breakfast as I wanted to leave asap. Way over priced for what it was.

The hotel is small and stylish, not on a busy street and walking distance to city sights. Very clean and friendly service overall - staff spoke good English.

- Jenny Miller (10/5): Fabulous - Loved this hotel - my daughter (21) and I (63f) - we asked for and got 2 single beds. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the receptionist (I think she is Polish), but she was fantastic. Loved the location and the room. Lift is very small, but given we were on the 5th floor and in Paris, having a lift at all was a bonus. Continental breakfast was great - croissants to die for. You can order hot food which is extra but the scrambled eggs with bacon were delicious. Check out is at 12 and they will hold your luggage - our flight was at 9.30pm - the hotel held our luggage until we went to the airport around 5pm. Location was great - walking distance to Buses and the Metro which can get you everywhere. Small supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Totally recommended

And mainly that they charged me 100 EUR from my account as they told me that if you dont have credit card but debit they need to take deposit, i do not understand for what if there is no bar in the room, no fridge, the furniture is poor but mainly i still do not have money back on account. And such info is missing on pages of booking.
