- IRINA (3/5): Персонал молодцы! Отель ужасен по своей организованности и расположению - Внимательный и очень дружелюбный персонал. Хороший завтрак, есть горячие омлеты или яичницы, приличный выбор остальной еды (все как в Турции, за что мы её и любим). В номере была питьевая вода в бутылках, чай, кофе в пакетиках и косметические принадлежности.Уборку делали ежедневно Номер без открывающихся окон. ВООБЩЕ! Это был ужас, жили как в склепе. Кондей в начале февраля - так себе история. А с учетом того, что он дует прямо на кровати и после первой же ночи проснулись с заложенными носами - вообще отвратительно. Кровати ОЧЕНЬ высокие! Зачем? При моих 175см, не могла даже сесть на кровать - роста не хватало. Ванная комната - УЖАСНАЯ вонища табаком, особенно вечером и утром! В комнате нет ни освежителя, ни ершика для унитаза. Для стольких звезд это как минимум удивительно. СПА - особая тема. Бассейн закрыт, хотя при бронировании мне подтвердили, что он будет работать. Хамам не работает, только сауна. Полотенец больших нет. В общем, мы были в ауте от такого СПА. Ну и вишенка на торте: никакой инфраструктуры. Магазинов нет, ресторанов нет, бутиков нет, только АЗС через дорогу. В общем, это худший отель в Турции из тех, которые посетила за более чем 20 лет

- Patricia (4/5): - Le restaurant la cuisine du restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment délicieuse. Les plats sont assez coopieux. Et le service est assez rapide. La chambre qui n'était pas du tout climatisée, je suis arrivé dans l'hôtel L'acclime qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout, j'ai fait appel au réceptionniste. Ils m'ont envoyé. Un défilé de techniciens sur deux jours . Et la panne n'a jamais été résolue, conclusion j'ai séjourné dans une chambre. Sans climatisation et j'avais extrêmement chaud. Et j'etouffais dans la chambre choses qui m'a declencher une allergies suites a la poussier que renvoyait la clim parce que il était impossible d'ouvrir. Les vitres. Parce que c'étaient des grandes baies vitrées qui ne s'ouvrent pas. Donc, sur ce point-là, j'ai été extrêmement. Déçue et cela m'a fait passer un très mauvais séjour. Et quand j'allais faire la réclamation à la réception pour un changement de chambre ils se moquait presque de moi , pour un hôtel soi-disant cinq étoiles, c'est vraiment du grand n'importe quoi

Seara la cina erau 5 feluri de mâncare maxim! Fara salate și alte lucruri. Piscina era foarte foarte rece! Piscina de copii nefuncțională, trebuie sa îți iei căciulă pentru înotat daca vrei sa mergi la piscina Fara băutură alcoolica ( 55 de lei o bere, asta așa ca informație pentru români! ) 😄😄😄

La cabine de bain est très restreinte alors que la douche est grande. Difficile d'avoir de l' eau chaude sur tout le temps du bain .

- Fagr (8/5): 5 stars hotel is too much for this hotel, 4 stars it’s fair - Free of charge early check in , friendly personal at reception, coffee bar & security First thing that the sauna was cold , and it’s took over one hour to warm it , second thing that the swimming pool was also cold , the personal who serving sauna & swimming pool doesn’t speak English at all. The cleaning lady cleaned our room only at the third day , because she gone home around 3 pm. Fire alarm signal make a noise twice at same day with no reason.

- Hakim (6/5): Très bel hôtel mais personnel catastrophique - Le confort de la chambre, le restaurant et la localisation La dame qui s’occupe du SPA piscine. Comportement déplacé , très hautaine et malpoli. Elle nous a gâché notre séjour par son arrogance. Nous ne sommes pas turque nous ne parlons pas le turque , elle nous a dit « ici on est en Turquie je parle Turque et débrouillez vous » . C’est la seule phrase qu’elle a dite en anglais. Je vous rappelle Madame que vous recevez des touristes du monde entier , vous travaillez pour un établissement « By Marriott » vous devez parlez Anglais avec les clients et surtout vous comporter de manière courtoise et sans manquer de respect.

Accommodation: The suite I stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. a cozy sitting area, and a stunning view of the city skyline. The attention to detail was evident, from the stylish furnishings to the luxurious toiletries provided in the bathroom. Amenities: Delta Hotels Istanbul West boasts a range of fantastic amenities. The pool area was a personal favorite. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals; I especially enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which had a selection of both hot and cold items. Staff The staff truly made my stay unforgettable. Everyone, from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping team, was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. Location: Situated just a short taxi from major attractions and public transportation, the Overall Experience: In conclusion, my stay at Delta Hotels Istanbul West exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent facilities make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting the area.

- Ahmet (10/5): One of the best hotel in Istanbul - One of the most secure and clean hotel i stayed in turkiye. Rooms are very large and soundproof beds are extremely comfy and service is excellent. Hotel manage is super nice and she is one of the best in industry.
