• Gorazd (8/5): - Prenovljen hotel, lepe sobe, bazen, fitnes. Osebje se trudi in je prijazno. V sobah ni mogoče odpreti oken. Klima deluje nezanesljivo. Wifi zelo slab. Kakovost zajtrka niha (kak dan ni niti jajc, opicije brez glutena omejene, alergeni niso označeni).

• Logan (1/5): Not very good at all - I honestly didn’t like anything about my stay. The hotel was unclean, which made it very uncomfortable, and the staff were disrespectful and unhelpful throughout. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The petals and balloons that were supposed to make the stay special were an absolute shambles and looked rushed and poorly done. The hotel itself looked extremely run down and deprived, nothing like what was expected or advertised. Everything was overpriced for the quality provided, which made the experience even more frustrating. The cleanliness was also unacceptable — our room was not cleaned once during the entire stay, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, the staff were disrespectful and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome rather than valued as guests. Overall, there was genuinely nothing good about this hotel. Between the poor condition, lack of cleanliness, overpriced services, and disappointing customer service, I would not recommend staying here.

Air con was temperamental first night so staff came to help and when wouldn't work opened up the locked windows, and fixed following day while we were out.

• Asmir (8/5): Tutto era fantastico 👌 - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Mailand, besonders als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Ein großes Lob an den Rezeptionisten Momo – er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles schnell gekümmert. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto reist und nicht ins Zentrum fahren möchte. Die Metro ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, alternativ gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus alle 30 Minuten. Man kann auch günstig direkt bei der Metro parken (ca. 2 € für ein paar Stunden). Das Hotel war sauber, die Betten bequem und der Pool war ein schönes Extra am Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Im Hotel hat man uns gleich geholfen zur Polizei zu kommen und die Scheibe notdürftig zu verkleiden. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man konnte auch immer mach Wasser fragen. Selbst Pizza wurde für uns geordert nachdem wir gefragt haben ob dies möglich wäre. Leider gab es keinen englischen oder deutschen Fernsehsender am TV

• FarAway32306832543 (2/5): Not a 4-Star Hotel – Huge Disappointment - My stay at Best Western Plus The Hub Hotel was extremely disappointing. This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. The location is in the middle of an industrial area with constant traffic, and mornings come with additional noise from nearby facilities. The hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. The room was dirty, with damaged furniture, very hard beds, and non-functioning air conditioning. There was also constant noise from housekeeping early in the morning, making it impossible to relax or sleep. The pool area was unhygienic and looked nothing like the photos online. Paying €25 extra for a very basic spa is simply unreasonable. Overall, not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.

As a Best Western Diamond member I has been upgraded from standard to premium room as well as early check in has been offered and room has been ready. Reception: free welcome amenities such as water, fruits, candies has been provided 24/7. Reception staff are friendly and helpful (printing, answering questions, extra amenities and iron) Room: 5th floor (premium) corner room. Bathroom with walk- in shower, bidet, hairdryer. Towel - dryer has been working all the time. Stonewall decorated, teak wood floor. Cleanliness: excellent. All towels has been changed daily, bed - linen changed daily. Intimate hygiene gel for bidet, cotton buds, shower caps added daily. Room amenities such as tea, sugar, coffee capsules has been added daily. Toothbrush and razor has been requested from reception by request (free). Iron and ironing board has been quickly delivered by staff on request. Breakfast: continental with usual assortment of hot dishes (omelette, sausages, bacon), wide range of pastries, fruits, yoghurt, fresh fruits (apples, bananas, pineapples). Staff renew buffet quickly as soon it’s finishing. Pots with filtered coffee, unlimited espresso -cappuccino-latte on demand. Waiters are quick and friendly, serving coffee and cleaning tables fast. Swimming pool and gym: 14 floor, free access for all guests. Water are clean and warm, gym facilities such as: dumbles, running machines, cycles. Cooler with fresh water available. Free towels are available on gym and sunbeds near swimming pool, renewing buy staff on time. Checkout: has been surprised by free take-away water and snack. Location: good for travellers by car, underground parking available for 10€/night or lot of free spots around the hotel. Hotel located near Villapizzone bus station and frequently hosts a lot of international bus drivers (FlixBus, Marino Bus), they are parking the buses around hotel so I think it’s a safe place. Btw, underground hotel parking has a few free Tesla destination chargers 15kw so it’s convenient for electric car owners.

Na ovládacom paneli som mohol nastaviť čokoľvek, ale teplota sa nemenila. V toalete rovnako nešlo odsávanie. Okná sa nedajú otvárať. V izbe nebola ziadna skriňa na oblecenie ani župan

• Grâce (2/5): Grande déception et très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Je ne recommande pas. - Seulement le personnel qui était à l’écoute. Très loin du standing attendu d’un 4 étoiles. L’établissement tombe littéralement en ruine. La taxe de séjour est exorbitante et l’hôtel est très loin du centre. La navette en panne nous a gâché complètement le séjour. Nous avons dû prendre plusieurs taxis qui ont considérablement augmenté le prix du séjour.

• raymondgonzales1978 (10/5): The Hub Made Our Olympic Trip to Milan Smooth and Stress Free - I came to Milan for the Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Winter Olympics and was so happy to have chosen The Hub. During major international events like the Olympics, choosing the right hotel makes a huge difference in how smoothly your entire stay unfolds. The service on arrival was exceptional, and it was clear immediately that the staff were experienced in handling guests from around the world. The rooms were large and offered lots of amenities, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. But one stand-out is the free local shuttle that takes you to the subway station. This was really a game changer for us since we did not know how to navigate the area properly, and it made accessing central Milan simple and stress free. The hotel has a gym and pool too, which added to the overall convenience and flexibility of the stay. I was able to walk to grocery stores within 15 minutes as well, which made longer stays much easier to manage. This hotel quietly delivers a level of practicality and comfort that becomes even more valuable when you are visiting for a major global event. Overall, The Hub is a great hotel in Milan.

The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. I didn’t experience any issues during my stay, and overall I was very happy with how well we were treated. The only issue I had was that the toilet flush didn’t work immediately after use and needed some time before it would flush again. I think this may need to be fixed in the specific room I stayed in. Also, the hotel isn’t located in town, but they do provide a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Just note that you need to book the shuttle at reception in advance.

You need to walk through a long underpass to reach any amenities and yesterday I saw a guy cooking heroin in the tunnel. The pool at the hotel has been ‘temporarily closed’ for 3 weeks now with no sign or word of reopening from reception.
