• lesley (9/5): - The size of the room was bigger than any typical japanese hotel room. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and there was free coffee in the lounge. It was a bit far from shinjuku center. Thus, a bit far from JR shinjuku station / airport bus terminal.. If you don't mind the walk, then this propeety is really worth every penny.
• Lea (9/5): - בסוף הכל היה נפלא מציוון. חדר ששדרגו לנו מהיום השני כי לא היה חדר פנוי כפי שהזמנו ביום הראשון שהגענו הייתה בעיה יום אחד ישנו בחדר קטן מאוד וזה היה קצת מאכזב וכמעט ולא ישנו בלילה מלחץ שלא ימצאו לנו חדר נורמלי אבל הבעיה נפתרה מיד בבוקר התקשרו שנבואו יש חדר ואף שדרגו לנו החגר לגדול והודעתי על קושי בגישה הצוות בבלני והמהלת והבחור שטיפל באנו היה מקסמים חד קצת קושי עם האנגלית שלהם

• Ayala (9/5): Great hotel, wonderful location, highly recommended - Great hotel, wonderful location- 5-10 from the subway close to Shinjuku but not at the loud noise part, a welcoming team, the room was convenient and wide enough. The toilet and the bathroom were in the same room
• Inmaculada (9/5): Sitio bien ubicado en el centro de Tokio, habitación cómoda con cocina y excepcional servicio de habitaciones ( reposici - Esta súper bien ubicado, a 15 min de Shinjuku station y por tanto muy buena comunicación. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, tienen cocina, que es genial para desconectar de tanta comida japonesa, al menos en la cena y desayuno. No se escuchan apenas ruidos de la calle ( alguna ambulancia quizás), tienen servicio de transporte de maletas, cambio de divisas, lavandería y opción desayuno. El cambio de toallas, reposición de productos de baño y cocina, excepcional. No tengo nada que indicar.

We expected a bit more from our room, which was very clean but at the same time very basic. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom and next to one of the beds, which was not ideal. The location is good, but it is 10 minutes away from the subway, which, sometimes, when coming back tired, seemed a bit much Too basic room. Sink outside of the bathroom next to a bed

• Elisa (10/5): Excelente! Indico! - O quarto é excelente e muito espaçoso. Nem parece que você está em Tokyo! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e nos deram ótimas dicas de restaurantes na região. O hotel está a 2 pontos de ônibus do movimentado bairro de Shinjuku, mas fica preservado da bagunça por estar a esta pequena distância da área mais cheia de gente. A academia é um pouco pequena e ao lado do lobby, o que não a torna tão convidativa.

De vez en cuando venía olor a comida supongo que de las habitaciones de al lado. El baño, podría mejorarse para la categoría del hotel.

• Rik (9/5): Great staff and happy to have stayed here - Friendly staff, spacious room and we loved the ability to cook for ourselves. The (Western) breakfast options were more than in other hotels we have stayed, but we preferred to make our own. There is a very good food shop in the side street just opposite the hotel. The room was a bit pricey, but we booked last minute.

Je reviendrai! - Tout! la surface de la chambre, le lit très confortable, très propre, le personnel serviable et bienveillant et arrêt bus à proximité. Rien, le Check in à 15 h est un peu difficile mais c’est la pratique de tous les hotels à Tokyo malheureusement !

• Christof (9/5): Für unseren Aufenthalt in Tokio das perfekte Hotel - Das Zimmer ist sehr gut geschnitten und geräumig, die Betten sind sehr bequem (habe selten in einem Hotel so gut geschlafen), das Raumklima sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum (Schränke). Es ist toll, dass das Leitungswasser auf den Zimmern Trinkwasserqualität hat. Das Frühstück ist gut und flexibel buchbar. Den 24x7 Kaffeeautomat haben wir häufig genutzt, der Kaffee ist außergewöhnlich lecker. Die Lage war für uns optimal und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Auch unsere beiden erwachsenen Söhne fanden das Hotel super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Tokio werden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

• Alexandr (10/5): - Комната хорошего размера, подушки отличные, конечно же раковина находится вне ванной комнаты, но это не испортило впечатление. Есть небольшая кухня, микроволновая печь и все необходимые приборы. Уборку и замену полотенец делали каждый день. В отеле имеется прачечная, где можно постирать и высушить вещи самостоятельно за отдельную плату. Завтрак хороший, но каждый день одно и тоже. Хотелось бы разнообразия.

• Krista (8/5): Spacious room in a quiet location - The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a quite location conveniently located near a 7-11 and one of the subway stops. It was also fairly close to Golden Gai. Although it is conveniently located, it is still a bit of a walk to the main area of Shinjuku and the main railway. We used the main railway station most of the time to connect with other areas of Tokyo so it added more time to our day-to-day activities.

• meaningremission (8/5): Return after many years - We stayed here couple of times, however it was many years ago. Back here again and this place remains the same, as per my memory. The main different is it is now being managed by the Ascott group. Rooms are clean and front desk staffers are friendly and helpful. There is a small gym with 4 exercise machines at the lobby. There is also a laundry room with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers.

• Chen Idan (9/5): Great option for a reasonable price - Great hotel at a great location, not in the heart of Shinjuku, but still a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and about 7 minutes walk to a metro station. The room was very functional with a great bed, nice kitchenette and a good shower (a bit small compared to a classic Japanese shower, but still quite spacious). The baby bed was also very good, and having a separate space to sit while the baby was asleep was really nice. Not the most central location and the design was pretty basic, but honestly for that price and size of a room we couldn't care less

• Samantha (8/5): Would stay again. Would recommend to friends. Excellent location. - Location, we wanted to stay in Shinjuku, but not in the city centre. Citadines Shinjuku was close to two, metro stations, and a 20 minute easy walk to the central station. Great local restaurants close to hotel. Some rooms faced other hotels walls, therefore rooms dark with no view.

I rarely get a good night's sleep but I did at Citadines Shinjuku. The staff were super helpful. I appreciated having the smoking area in the car park, the free coffee etc Just 5 mins walk to the nearest underground station, close to a beautiful park and central Shinkuku. The surrounding streets had a village feel with nice restaurants etc Nothing. All was great.
