• Jujeczka (10/5): - Clean accommodation with good facilities. The fans in the rooms were a great bonus during the hot weather. Comfortable stay and everything was well maintained. .
• Oliver (1/5): Awful - One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. On arrival, staff (over the phone as there is no presence at the property) refused to give me my room key until I explained why I was staying there, apparently because I have a registered London address. Completely inappropriate and frankly bizarre. The hotel itself was awful. Constant noise from footsteps overhead made it impossible to relax or sleep properly. The whole place is desperately in need of renovation - it feels like stepping back into the 1970s, and not in a good way. Worst of all was the smell. The room absolutely stank of mothballs, which was completely vile and lingered throughout the stay. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

• Paolo (7/5): - Le logement qui nous avait été attribué initialement était au rez-de-chaussée, sur rue et le bruit dû à la circulation était très important pendant la nuit (même avec de bouchons d'oreilles). L’hôte nous a proposé une autre structure pour la nuit suivante. La deuxième structure avait une chambre plus petite, mais nettement plus confortable (calme, lits avec des bons matelas...). Enfin on était satisfait, mais il a fallu revenir sur place pour changer de structure. Dans la deuxième structure le calme et le confort. Bons matelas.

• Zara (9/5): Great acommodation for lovely stay in London - Really good place to stay in London. The bed was comfortable and spacious enough for two people. Bathroom was clean, only thing maybe could be good to have are some hangers for towels. Water pressure and heating were working perfectly. Kitchen was also clean and well equipped (fridge, microwave,toaster,induction stove), the only thing that could be improved is to add a bit more cuttlery. Location was perfect, totally recommend. Also communication with the reception prior to arrival was great and entering the apartment was really easy. Really appreciate earlier check in. Definitely would recommend. Could add a few extra cuttlery pieces in the kitchen and also some hangers in the bathroom. Also, might be nice to have plug power adapters for non UK visitors.

Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Nette Wohngegend drum herum. Übergabe der Schlüssel per Türcode und Box hat wunderbar funktioniert, war besonders bei unserer späten Ankunft ein Plus. Küchenzeile komplett, Ausstatttung mit Geschirr exakt nur für zwei Personen. Handtüchertausch, Müllentsorgung zweimal während 5 Tage Aufenthalt. Enges Treppenhaus zu oberen Zimmern.

• Vanessa (8/5): PRIMA VOLTA A LONDRA - La struttura è una tipica casa inglese, al di fuori sembra l'entrata di una casa. La posizione è ottima, il quartiere tranquillo, ci sono tutti servizi intorno comprese ben due stazioni della metro. La stanza seppur piccola ha l'essenziale, il bagno con la doccia grande era un plus. Check online semplice. Lo staff non c'è, per il check in ti inviano una email poco prima con dei codici per accedere, per chi è avvezzo con gli smartphone è semplice, ma non tutti sono avvezzi alla tecnologia. La stanza potrebbe essere più pulita e le finestre più insonorizzate

• Palfrey (8/5): - The apartment was lovely but very warm. A great location, great facilities and great value for money. The staff were rather rude. The cleaning lady turned up a little early which is not a problem but she just stood at the door smoking a cigarette staring at us which made us feel rushed. When returning our room keys I was aggressively told to just put them into the box inside the reception building by a man who I assumed was carrying out maintenance in the building.. the whole experience was quite intimidating.

Reception gentilissima! La stanza troppo piccola, bagno senza una finestra e la finestra nella camera da letto non rimaneva aperta, quindi quasi impossibile far arieggiare la stanza.

• Francesca (7/5): Perfekte Lage, idealer Ausgangspunkt. - Wir kamen etwas früher an und die freundliche Putzfee hat direkt geklärt, ob wir bereits unser Gepäck früher ins Zimmer bringen können, um direkt flexibler die Gegend erkunden zu können. Das Bett war total bequem. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Hyde Park und hat direkt 2 U-Bahn-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem gibt es eine riesengroße Auswahl an Restaurants. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und ziemlich alt eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist wirklich klitzeklein, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Wir waren wirklich nur zum duschen und schlafen dort.

O apartamento fica numa rua paralela à rua dos principais restaurantes e pubs, com inúmeras opções gastronômicas. O bairro é bonito, tranquilo e seguro. Muito próximo também do Hyde Park e do Kensington Gardens. Hi-fi funcionou bem. Bom custo benefício. O quarto é confortável, porém minúsculo. Não tinha espaço nem para abrir as malas direito. Há um espaço pequeno entre a porta do banheiro e a cama.

L arrivée et départ en autonomie est un plus. Je recommande cet endroit. Le simple vitrage et le manque de place pour poser les produits dans la salle de bain. Mettre plus de cintres et une machine à café dans la cuisine serait un plus.

Noi per fortuna eravamo a piano terra. Ma si sente tutto appena scendono le scale. Stanza piccola ma accogliente: a Londra non si va per dormire

• Areti (10/5): - Our stay at the hotel was excellent, and we would like to sincerely thank you for your hospitality. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. The regular change of towels every two days and bed linens every four days greatly contributed to our comfort. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We were especially grateful for the assistance with storing our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which made our travel plans much easier. We would gladly choose your hotel again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

• Sara (8/5): Estancia acorde con lo pagado, repetiría - La ubicación la verdad que muy bien. La zona tiene muchos sitios para comer y supermercados. Lo único que no me ha gustado ha sido que no había espacio en el baño para poner el neceser y el armario de la habitación para 3 personas enano ya que solo una balda y una barra con 3 perchas. Pero lo volvería a coger, ya que estaba todo limpio y la cocina tenia todos los utensilios, a falta de un tenedor ya que éramos 3 personas.

Su ubicación es buena, tiene fácil comunicación con el centro de Londres con dos estaciones de metro a menos de 5 min caminando(central y circular)y hay muchos servicios en la zona. En nuestro estudio: las sillas para comer eran de barra y teníamos mesa, fue incómodo, no tenía cafetera, y la taza del wáter era demasiado alta. El diseño del estudio.

Piso con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Piso muy pequeño. Escaleras complicadas para subir con maletas, pero en ambos casos nada que no me hiciera repetir, si se diera el caso. Fue una buena experiencia.

Nos cambiaron las tollas el segundo día. Hay mucho silencio. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Londres ! Se oyen los vecinos cuando pasan por las escaleras pero es inevitable y la habitación es pequeña pero para dormir no se necesita mas.

El detalle de las botellas de agua, pastas y para hacerte un café o infusión estuvo genial. Cerca de las entradas de metro y autobuses. En la calle paralela al apartamento tienes supermercados y restaurantes 😊 Una zona muy tranquila. Quizás algún enchufe en el baño....
