La habitación era amplia, estaba muy limpia, y era digna de un hotel (pero con cocina, también impecable) Demasiado caro para un apartamento, y demasiado «extraño» para un hotel: reformas ruidosas en otras habitaciones, olor a «todo a cien» (plástico) en los pasillos, personal muy profesional, pero con aspecto de no tener tanta seguridad laboral como debería...

• Schoular (4/5): - Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to the metro and in a quiet area with close access to shops and restaurants. The photos are very deceiving. There are not two seperate rooms, so when you are staying with a baby who goes to sleep early, the light and sound from the kitchen travels over the partial wall into the bedroom. Not a place to stay with babies or more than 2 people. Also, it's called premium suites, nothing premium about it. Hot water didn't work in the shower, you can tell the place is old and they just put a coat of white paint on everything. Nothing special about the hotel unfortunately and very disappointed that it wasn't two actual rooms, made our 4 night stay very very difficult.

• Pierpaolo (9/5): - Il quartiere è molto bello e tranquillo. Fermata metro a 50 metri. La struttura era pulita ed il personale molto gentile e disponibile. In cucina c'era tutto l'occorrente (lo stretto necessario). I letti, compreso quello nel divano, erano comodi. Tutto perfetto. Premetto che è difficile trovare qualcosa dj negativo. Le finestre sulle camere erano bloccate completamente per sicurezza (è bastato chiedere di sbloccarle alla reception). Un po di rumore di un motore elettrico entrava (dalla piccola finestra del bagno) la notte. Nella strada antistante stanno facendo dei lavori che però terminano la sera.

Ils ont également gardé nos bagages en attendant l'heure de notre train - personnel adorable, à l'écoute, maîtrisant très bien les différentes langues Nous avions un appartement très confortable avec ascenseur, et de quoi faire à manger une permanence est assurée toute le temps si problème nous avons eu une première chambre bruyante. ( voisins indiscrets, portes lourdes claquant en permanence à une heure avancée, et surtout fenêtre donnant sur une artère très passante, avec des noctambules s'esclaffant bruyamment jusqu'à 1, 2 heures du matin: je l'ai signalé, et, très bon point, on m'a proposé immédiatement un autre logement de l'autre côté, côté cour, qui nous a changé la vie!! merci au personnel très compréhensif
• camille (5/5): Décevant et hors de prix pour un 4 étoiles !! - La propreté et le personnel C'était une suite vraiment de niveau très très moyen pour un prix exorbitant ; prévue pour 3 mais les chaises et la vaisselle uniquement pour 2 ! Ensuite les plaques éléctriques ne marchaient pas, pas de restaurant , pas de bar, aucun lieux chaleureux pour se retrouver, le petit-déjeuner était dégoutant et bas de gamme; pas de produits offerts pour un 4 étoiles ; aucun accès aux services comme Netflix ou autres chaines .

• Oblak (8/5): - Zajtrk prinesejo v sobo po naročilu prejšnjega dne, ker nimajo restavracijskega dela. V apartmaju ni skodele za kosmiče ali kompote. Oprema za kuhinjo je osnovna. Vsi pripomočki za čiščenje v kuhinji so dani.Vse je zelo čisto in odlično deluje.Odlična lokacija za transporte, ker je postaja metroja oddaljena samo 100 metrov. Apartma nima dobre zvočne izolacije od okolja.Hotel je v obnovi in se bo morda to izboljšalo.

• Alexandra Vanessa (1/5): Precio muy alto y lo único bonito era recepción - El espejo del baño es muy grande, se puede estar mas de una persona, el personal estaba bien. El apartamento muy pequeño, separan los habitáculos por un trozo de madera, iluminación pésima, los enchufes en cada punta del apartamento, escaso. La cocina: la hornilla calentaba y no calentaba, 3 horas para hacer un arroz, la nevera no funcionaba, no enfriaba nuestras bebidas. Con la calor que hacía, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado porque según ellos, hacía frío, pero tampoco había calefacción, asi que no hay nada, la solucion que nos dieron fue abrir las ventanas, dos ventanas que había en el apartamento, una no abría y la otra si, por la mañana un ruido insoportable porque Justo delante había una obra. Para el precio que pagamos, los servicios pésimos, no volvería. Nada que ver con las fotos. Horrible.
