• Sarah (6/5): it was pleasant - We catered for our own food Housekeeping only came through once during our 5 days stay Housekeeping only came through once during our 5 days stay and we had to do our own cleaning for the rest of our stay
• Zane (4/5): - The location was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was nice. Booked the apartment with a aircon but when we got there no aircon and also no fan. The bedding was outdated and to big for the size of the bed, the matrass also needs to be replaced. The bedside lamps had no light bulbs. The shower head is broken and didn't spray the correct way.

Do facto de que o apartamento não tinha agua nas torneiras, desde o dia em que chegamos numa quinta feira, até ao dia em que saimos no sabado. Chegamos de noite e não podiamos tomar banho, dependiamos de pequenos containers de 5litros, e na casa não havia condições criadas para tomar banho no balde, tivemos que nos ajeitar com um pequeno balde usado para fazer a limpeza da casa. Foi muito constrangedor, um verdadeiro pesadelo. Depois descobrimos que todo o.predio tinha sido informado sobre obras no sistema de agua, desde o dia 15 até o dia 18 de Julho. Em todos os momentos deste constrangimento que tranaformaram o nosso final de semana num pesadelo,.o anfitrião não veio se desculpar pessoalmente, tendo na sexta de noite mandado um Uber com mais containers de agua, que queria que nós fossemos para baixo carregar a agua...enfim...nao recomendaria este alojamento.

• Nonofang (3/5): Disappointing - Hosts were very responsive. WiFi was strong. The view from the room wasn’t bad and the location of the apartment was convenient. The kitchen amenities were plenty. Collecting of keys was simple and efficient. One of the rooms had bed bugs, forcing me and my daughter to sleep on the couch which wasn’t comfortable at all. The hosts tried to clean the bed bugs after night one but they returned the second night and we had to move to alternative lodging for the rest of our stay. When i requested a refund, the hosts expressed understanding and yet no refund has been issued.
