El personal muy amable y atentos. La pieza tiene poca luminosidad de noche. El baño con olores que se juntan, quizas no tiene suficiente ventilación o desagues mas limitados o antiguos medio tapados. Se sentia una cañeria que corría en la noche, pero tarde se eliminaba el ruido. No se de que seria.

O quarto bastante confortável e silencioso. Serviço de arrumação e limpeza muito bom. Cardápio do restaurante com poucas opções e frigobar com poucas opções de bebidas. O serviço de massagem não é eficiente, ficamos 3 dias hospedados e não conseguimos horário para nenhum dos dias.

- HENRIQUE (10/5): Excelente experiencia. - O hotel está muito bem localizado. O quarto é amplo, boa cama, lençois bons. Banheiro grande, tudo funcionando perfeito. O café da manhã é farto, com muitas opções, suco de laranja natural, muita variedade de frutas. Tudo muito limpo e todos os funcionários bem treinados e atenciosos. Nada.

- Michelle (10/5): 1 Semana en Diplomatic Mendoza - El tamaño de la habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. El desayuno súper completo y para los celíacos tenemos mucha variedad. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno, consideren usarlo para almorzar y cenar. Personal súper amable. La ubicación excelente. El gimnasio muy completo. Sería excelente si tuvieran sauna húmeda.

- Rosiane (9/5): Hotel com atendimento superior - Do atendimento, do café da manhã, do tamanho do quarto, da localização. Do colchão que é muito mole. Acho que o hotel merece colchões mais firmes e confortáveis.
