- Kristi (4/5): No Service At All - Close to airport This was the most disappointing Marriott stay I have ever had. The front desk literally said 4 words when we checked in... "You are all set" No welcome, no thanks for being a card holder, no directions... I had to look up on the website for when breakfast was. We also tried to get someone to pick us up at the airport 9 times.. 2 were answered and told to call back, 6 hangups, 2 never answered. We had to take $25 cab ride for less than 2 miles (plus tip).

- Tawana (1/5): Terrible Experience Do Not Recommend - Upon arrival we were told that my rooms, which I had reserved 2 had been moved to a different location. I had not received any notice about these changes via email, call or text, prior to arrival. We had family that had arrived earlier to the same hotel and had checked in already. All of our plans had to be changed due to their decision to change our location. The other hotel was over 40 min away with traffic. The letter we received said we would receive a refund for at least one day for each room for our inconvenience. We NEVER received that refund. I will not be booking with Fairfield Inn and Suites ever again.

- TOMAS (10/5): Buen hotel, funcional y agradable. - Su ubicación y buen trato del personal. para ser un hotel de paso, es muy recomendable si necesita quedarte cerca del aeropuerto de Miami. Siempre que nuestro itinerario lo exige, nos quedamos ahí. Nada que mencionar, no es un hotel con lujos. Es funcional y cumple con lo que uno necesita si la estanco es cort.

- Isabel (8/5): Buena alternativa para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto. - El personal súper amable y excelente ubicación. A minutos del Aeropuerto con traslado gratuito, de Coral Gables, Dolphin Mall. Habitaciones limpias pero estructura muy antigua. Tuvimos una pequeña filtración de agua en el frigobar y no fueron a revisar. El desayuno cumple pero no sorprende.

BEFORE I made the reservation I call Fairfield to ask if they had a shuttle to Port Miami and was told they work with a 3rd party and to call back to register when I booked - so I did just that - when I called back the lady at the desk looked up my reservation and confirmed it was there and I told her how many were in my party only to arrive in Miami and be told my reservation had been cancelled!! No fault of my own.
- ianmP334EO (2/5): Truly awful beds - The hotel location is ok and the staff was nice, but sleeping here is terrible. Loud air conditioners, worn out pillows, and quite possibly the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I barely got any sleep. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.
- 451tereasah (10/5): Karen was amazing!!! - I excited ship with a terrible virus. I could not fly home on Friday so my husband booked Fairfield Inn and changed my flight to Saturday. Karen at the front desk (2/27/26) was so kind. She helped me get into a room early, offered me tea to take to my room and gave me an extended checkout the next day since my flight was at 4:00. She offered me takeout delivery menus and made sure I was well taken care of. Thank you Karen. Excellent employee who truly cares.
- Joan (1/5): - Got to hotel and was told there was no room available for us, even though I paid in advance and called that day to confirm. We were sent to another hotel in Doral Fl. Had to walk 10 minutes to find a place to eat since there Was no restaurant at the new hotel. Very disappointing.

- grlskas (4/5): Not a good day at this Marriott - To start, the hotel is very comfortable, great breakfast, parking underneath the building, quick shuttle to airport. That is where it ended for us. We stopped to check in and leave our luggage before we dropped our car at the airport. It was 2:50 p.m., check in is at 3:00 p.m. She had a list of people that had tried to check in and couldn't mine was added to that list (which we don't know why and it was never mentioned again) She said the system was down, but she typed in all our information for check in anyway ??? Ok, I get that, come back in an hour...She told us where the shuttle picks up and to call if we want to know when it was was arriving....bad information. So we dropped of the car and went out to the shuttle pick up areas and stood there as the shuttle drove right by....I called the hotel and she asked if I had called before...apparently you have to call when you get to the pickup so they STOP to pick you up. First time in all my travels I have ever had this happen. So then we waited another 30 minutes...fortunately by then our room was ready, however since we had prechecked earlier with all our information, we had to give it to her again... Needless to say their processes were horrible and so was the service. Were they nice, yes, was it a long long long mess of issues, yes. Come to find out the ONE person at the front desk was trying to check in all the people, that 'couldn't check in before' and she also was handling the Shuttle calls. So she had no help. Our Shuttle driver Miguel, who couldn't speak English, was less than kind. To top it off when we were leaving in the early morning, the person that finally walked out from behind the 'curtain' was rude. I know help is hard to find...but come on Marriott your members deserve better. Also, I had called the hotel a week before my arrival to get instructions on how to find the shuttle and the process...guess what while on the phone she answered one question then ignored me and talked to someone else that was there..without saying one second...then I waited 5 minutes and hung up! There are plenty other hotels in the area that provide shuttle service, check them out.
- H5351QLkevinf (2/5): Awful to the point of comical - We arrived at Hotel and were told our reservation was cancelled. The front desk was very rude about it and gave us no help. We called site that we booked room, hotels.com. Hotels.com repeatedly attempted to call property as my wife and I watched the front desk employees repeatedly picked up the phone and hung it up without answering. All we needed from the front desk was a confirmation that our room had been cancelled(or sold to someone else) so that hotels.com could get us a new room. This went on for 30-40 minutes while we sat in the lobby laughing. Needless to say I will NEVER Stay at a marriot again, ever.

- patmct (6/5): Close to airport, pretty average for this price class - This hotel is very close to the airport. Returning a rental car from here is very easy. That said, there are several hotels right in the same area, so you have choices. Our room overlooked the street, which was very busy and somewhat noisy in the early morning hours (4am, 5am). If you want peace and quiet, I'd suggest asking for a room at the back of the building. The breakfast is fine. I thought the coffee was actually pretty good (although they did not have whole milk, only 2%). I was disappointed in the exercise room. There was a sign there saying mats were available at the front desk, but the staff said that is no longer the case. There was one ratty old mat available, and the towels weren't replaced reliably. I was trying to keep up with some PT exercises while away and I gave up after the second day. The hotel's website says that they offer housekeeping service every other day, but we were disappointed to come back from a full day out our second day there to find housekeeping had not been done. They were quick to send people when I brought it to their attention, but they first tried to say we left the "do not disturb" sign on, and that was definitely not the case. We just really wanted the trash emptied and some fresh towels. Like I said, quickly resolved, but I was disappointed I had to ask. We did enjoy Catch of the Day, a restaurant just across the street. The music was a little loud, but the food was good and reasonably priced.

- Christopher (5/5): Comfortable and quiet and all you need from an airport hotel. - Large spacious rooms and free breakfast if you wanted it. Hotel shuttle from the airport was disorganised. Despite calling the hotel to follow up after I initially called to request to be picked up from the airport, I was always put on hold and ended up spending 30 bucks on a Uber! It turns out the shuttle was full. If you arrive late then you might want to keep in mind the shuttle from the airport might not have many if any seats left.

Restaurant the amenities and the lobby the hotel staff they are incredible the lady they cleaned the room. They held me with everything I needed in my room to recover from my surgery The ladies on the front officer, they are the best very nice they went out and beyond. The hotel front area was under renovation. It made it look subpar when you walked in. I don’t like hotels that have rugs in their rooms. The rug looked dirty but at least it did not smell.

- ioana (2/5): - Breakfast! The bathroom was dirty, the bathtub didn't drain properly, I stayed for one night and we couldn't shower the next day precisely because the bathtub wasn't draining well. My room was 535; the bathtub was dirty, especially the front part, the toilet was dirty, the iron was extremely cheap and stained the clothes with rust-colored water, the elevator area needed to be vacuumed, the hallway carpet wasn't entirely clean, I would give the parking lot a 5 out of 10, and on top of that, you have to pay an extra $18 for parking! Honestly, I wouldn't stay there again!

Quarto e hall bastante limpos, e com um custo/benefício bastante bom. Horário de check out flexível (até meio dia - ajuda bastante em certas ocasiões). Café da manhã poderia ter o mínimo que o café da manhã americano oferece em todo lugar: bacon, ovos mexidos e Waffle. Destes, só tinha o waffle. Garagem bastante "bruta", como se fora um depósito. Nosso quarto não foi arrumado de um dia para o outro. Sei que muitos hotéis tem essa prática do chamado "dia sim, dia não" para arrumar o quarto e trocar roupas de cama e banho, mas no nosso caso, eram 2 diárias, e ficamos sem.

The property manager was onsite later that morning when we were preparing to leave to board shuttle to cruise terminals. My daughter noticed that we checked in with her twin and they both were so bubbly. NA
