- Salima (10/5): OSAKA tu nous manque déjà!!! - Pas pris le petit déjeuner donc je ne sais. Par contre très bien situé et la chambre très confortable, spacieuse par rapport aux hotels japonais en général et très bien agencée. Autre point positif très silicieux. Au top notre meilleur hotel comparé à KYOTO et TOKYO. Je le recommande avec grand plaisir. Si je devais revenir à Osaka je prendrais cet hotel les yeux fermés....Vraiment mon coup de coeur. La TV dommage qu'il y ait que 2 langues proposées (manque le français). Et que le personnel ne comprenne pas le français, sachant qu'il y a beaucoup de touristes français, même l'anglais n'est pas maitrisé par tous les japonnais donc diffile de communiquer.

- Audrey (10/5): Magnfique ! - L’emplacement est parfait il permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pieds et sinon le métro est à 300m. La chambre est plutôt grande pour un hôtel japonais on a pu ouvrir nos 2 valides soutes au sol. En + elle est très propre et confortable. Et le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous ! Ils ont réussi à nous trouver une solution pour envoyer nos valises à notre prochain logement sans téléphone japonais ni hôtel, ils y ont passé du temps quand en France on nous aurait dit « c’est pas possible débrouillez vous » nous en avons été très reconnaissant. Vraiment une très belle adresse ! Rien !

The staff is very cold and I did not feel welcome there, like I didn't belong. They always seemed annoyed with me for some reason, and for that I wouldn't stay there again.

- Michael (5/5): Insgesamt eider enttäuschend. - Sauberes Zimmer, von der Einrichtung an sich ganz gut. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch, was sich auch durch den vorhandenen Luftreiniger nich beheben ließ. Außerdem war es extrem warm im Zimmer, wogegen die Klimaanlage nicht ankam. Selber konnte man kein Fenster öffnen, also auch so keine Abhilfe schaffen. Ferner war das Zimmer rech hellhörig. Im Bad war es noch wärmer als im Zimmer und die Lüftung dort war aus meiner Sicht wenig wirksam.

- shahrzad (3/5): I would never choose this hotel for stay - the only good thing about this hotel is that it is near to public transport and it is easy access to Dotonbori area for walk. when we booked, we asked hotel to give us high floor room, they gave us high floor but view was another building which was not safe to open the blind at all, and room was so dirty, I also asked them to check in us earlier because we came directly from Kyoto and I was sick but they ignored and asked us to charge additional for AUD 144 for just 4 hours!!! Also building is more than old

- YOKO (8/5): 利便性は良かったです。 - 心斎橋の駅からも近く、道頓堀・なんば方面にも徒歩で行けたので、お土産などの買い物も、途中でホテルに置きに帰れたりして、立地が良かったです。 また、1階のフロント前に、アメニティ・スープ・コーヒー・紅茶・煎茶のティーパックなどがあり、とても助かりましたし、エレベーター前に自販機・ホテルの近くにコンビニもあって、とても便利でした。 シングルとはいえ、2人で利用したので、ハンガーが3ヶしかなくて、足りなかったです。 また、ユニットバスのシャワーカーテンの匂いが気になり、とても臭くて、翌日フロントで言ったら、その日に交換してくれたのですが、やはり、清掃の時に清掃員がキチッと確認して欲しいと思いました。 前日は、我慢してお風呂に入りました。
