Очень хороший персонал. Не дали тапочки, нет пробки на сливе раковины, поэтому я туда упустила свое кольцо, но его достали, спасибо. Не пылесосят при уборке

Preis-Leistung ist für Frankreich und Paris gerade nicht mehr akzeptabel. - Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und konnten sehr gut in englischer Sprache helfen. Das Interieur im Zimmer ist ungepflegt. Das Mobiliar ist sichtbar schlecht oder gar nicht repariert. Im Badezimmer sind Renovierungen und fachgerechte Reparaturen dringend erforderlich.

Если возникали какие-то вопросы, персонал с готовностью всё решал. Мы очень довольны. Расположение шикарное — в тринадцатом районе Париж. Вы попадаете как будто на Манхэттен: вокруг современные и очень красивые здания. В пешей доступности, буквально 2–3 минуты, находятся McDonald’s, метро и супермаркет. Мы очень довольны.

- Stéphanie (9/5): Un très bon appartement bien situé dans Paris - L'emplacement est top (à 5 minutes à pied du métro et du tram). La taille de l'appartement. Le personnel est sympathique. Peu de vaisselles pour cuisiner. Quand on arrive au petit-déjeuner 1 h avant la fin, de nombreux plats ne sont pas suffisamment renouvelés.
- SYLVAINE (7/5): Séjour en appart'hôtel pratique et fonctionnel. - Le petit balcon. La propreté. L'accueil ouvert 24 h sur 24. C'est calme et bien insonorisé. Le quartier est facile pour accéder au centre de Paris avec la ligne 14 et il y a des restaurants et des commerces à proximité lorsqu'on n'a pas envie de sortir le soir. Le studio est très petit et exigu. Le matelas un peu fin et mou. Pas assez de cintres dans la penderie. Pas de casserole dans la kitchenette et très peu d'assiettes et d'ustensiles.

- Isabel (7/5): Hotel Nähe UBahn - Nähe UBahn. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Musik an der Rezeption war sehr angenehm. Die Terrasse mit Garten bietet die Gelegenheit draußen zu sitzen. Wir waren nicht draußen. Von der Ausstattung einige Sachen waren so: Schau mich an , aber fass mich nicht an. Einiges muss repariert werden, das habe ich in der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Sehr wichtig: es fehlten Wandhaken für die Handtücher, Garderobe oder wenigstens Wandhaken für die Jacken.

- Tomasz (7/5): Bardzo udany pobyt całej rodziny - Obiekt położony w spokojnej okolicy bardzo blisko stacji metra i pociągu RER. Szybki i łatwy dojazd do wszystkich atrakcji Paryża (kilka minut jazdy do katedry Notre-Dame. Apartament wyposażany we wszystkie udogodnienia - lodówka, mikrofalówka, płyta grzewcza, ekspres do kawy. Miła i pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Jeśli już wskazywać wady - apartament wymaga renowacji. Widać po nim lekkie zużycie. Sofa w salonie raczej odpowiednia do spania dla dzieci. Dla osób dorosłych niezbyt wygodna. Poza tym naprawdę wszystko w porządku. Obiekt godny polecenia.
- Magdalena (5/5): Hotel ma wiele plusów, ale potrzebuje, aby ktoś o niego lepiej zadbał - Pokój dobrze wyciszony. Nie słychać hałasów, mimo okien wychodzących na ulicę. Bardzo przyjemna strefa restauracyjna i lokalizacja hotelu. Woda do picia dostępna przy recepcji. Pokój ciasny. Zepsuta hydraulika w łazience: raz leciał z kranu wrzątek, a po wymianie armatury bywały okresy bez ciepłej wody. Bardzo słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Zepsuta lodówka mroziła jedzenie na kość. Personel sprzątający w niektóre dni nie sprzątał wcale albo ledwie poprawił łóżko.
- Chalupný (9/5): Celkově jsme byli spokojeni. - Hezky hotel na dobrém místě. Metro C 2 minuty od hotelu a z něj se dostanete na všechna zajímavá místa aniž by jste museli přestupovat. Asi tak 300 metrů, když se vyleze z hotelu, tak je na levé straně market s jídlem a hned u hotelu je MC Donald. Asi mě trochu mrzelo jelikož jsme tam byli ubytovaní 6 dni, že snídaně byly každý den stejné. Žádná sebemenší změna.

- Domenico (7/5): Soggiorno gradevole con piccole problematiche - Staff cortese e disponibile metro vicinissima negozi e ristoranti vicini. Camere datate e troppo strette per mangiare (la camera ha la cucina) bisogna spostare tutto il tavolo è inutilizzabile per come è posizionato, manutenzione poco accurata per tutta la durata del soggiorno non ha funzionato la luce principale, a dire il vero non abbiamo avvisato la receprion del disguido altrimenti sono convinto che sarebbero intervenuti. Balconi strettissimi in due ci si sta a stento in piedi.

- Dzenita (9/5): - La propreté nickel, très calme même si la chambre donne sur une grande avenue. Bon accueil à la réception. Sur le site Booking sur lequel j’ai fait la réservation sur les photos des chambres on voit clairement une machine à café du type Nespresso et les capsules. Du coup j’ai apporté mes capsules préférées. Or il y a en effet dans la chambre une machine à café mais Malongo, les capsules ne sont pas compatibles, pas du tout du même type. Selon une employée il y avait de ces machines avant mais plus maintenant. Les employés étaient très sympathiques, ils m’ont dit qu’ils pourraient m’apporter autant de doses de Malongo que je voulais, vraiment très gentil de leur part, mais je pense qu’il serait utile de faire une mise à jour des images sur les sites de réservation.

- Luca (8/5): La consiglio. - La struttura è molto accogliente. Lo staff è veramente molto gentile. Le stanze, almeno la nostra, molto belle e pulite. La struttura è ben collegata: ha vicinissimo la metro 14 (per arrivare e andare all'aereoporto) e la RER C. Ha vicino anche alcuni supermercati. .
- steven (5/5): Excellent location, decent price but didn’t get a good nights sleep. - The location was excellent, busy during the day and quiet at night. The room was small but functional but unfortunately not too clean, which wasn’t ideal. The mattresses were uncomfortable and had no support, whereas in contrast the pillows were very hard, this combination made it difficult to get a decent nights sleep. However it would be an easy fix to change both and just clean a little better. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff but when I did they were pleasant. The mattresses and pillows.

- Tafrina (5/5): Good location but some issues - - Location was good. Close to Metro and in a nice part of Paris - everything nearby - The kitchenette was useful to have in the room. We had a fridge for some refreshments. - The room size was good - glad we upgraded because the regular room would have been too small - The tall Canadian man on reception was very nice and helpful - The 6th floor room had a balcony so we could keep the doors open to cool down - On arrival we got there early and dropped our bags off. When we returned to collect the bags, we handed the woman on reception our tags, but instead of getting our bags, was quite abrupt in demanding the outstanding tax amount, rather than a warm welcome. It was a little unfriendly and she even forgot to give our bags back - we we so caught off guard by her manner we went to our rooms without the bags! - There was no iron or ironing board in our room for some reason. We had to take 6 floors down to reception to iron clothes which was very inconvenient despite us being in a superior room. We were told it was because we were in a room that had not been refurbished - this felt like a poor excuse for not having an iron and ironing board in a room. - There was not enough cutlery in the room for two people and utensils were broken - The shower seemed to have a mind of its own and would get very hot by itself and burned us a few times - There was no thermostat in the room so it was very hot

- ANA MARIA (8/5): Perfecta - Muy buena ubicación , excelente el personal, hablan muchos idiomas, y pude comunicarme con ellos en español perfectamente. Todo muy bien y lindo. Buena conexión con los subte , todo a 1 y dos cuadras. No hay nada que no me hayas gustado
- Isabelle (10/5): Un séjour agréable surtout quand la journée a été intense 🌟 - La gentillesse efficace à l’accueil puis le confort, la cuisinette, le balcon super agréable avec ce beau temps et le soleil dans la chambre dès la fin de matinée jusqu’au soir…un pur bonheur!!! Rien🤗
