• Neame (8/5): Great location - The TV, well equipped, fridge was great lovely and cold on very hot days. Toilet was uncomfortable, temperature of the shower was off and would've been nice to be told about the construction right outside our room.

• Gabriele (7/5): Insgesamt trotzdem ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. - Das 1. Mal das Nox Earls Court gewählt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Bett groß und komfortabel. Dusche ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Mini Küche ordentlich, ausreichend ausgestattet. Air Condition sehr gut. Licht/Lampen auch ausreichend, viele Steckdosen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, da ich gelesen hatte, dass der Lift oft ausfällt/nicht funktioniert. Und man den Koffer selbst tragen muss. Für dieses Zimmer auch mehr bezahlt. Ich wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass direkt vor meinem Fenster eine Baustelle gehört. Von dieser Baustelle aus wurden Arbeiten im Hotel durchgeführt. Die Arbeiter begannen morgens 7.10 Uhr. Sehr laut. Ich musste das Rollo unten lassen, da die Arbeiter direkt in mein Zimmer gucken konnten. Das Reinigungspersonal arbeitete sehr unterschiedlich. 50% gut. Die anderen Tage wurden mal keine Handtücher gewechselt, kein Kaffee nachgefüllt etc. Auf allen Fussleisten lag eine sichtbare Schicht Staub. Das Reinigungspersonal sollte etwas sorgfältiger arbeiten bzw. besser geschult werden. Das ist für die Zukunft wichtig. Ich habe mich geärgert, dass man mich nicht auf die Baustelle hingewiesen hat und gefragt, ob ich doch ein anderes Zimmer möchte. Dafür mehr anstatt weniger zu bezahlen, ist meiner Meinung nach dreist. Ich hatte 8 Nächte gebucht. Es war schwierig, um das Bett herumzugehen, da es zu eng war. Im Bad fehlten mir Haken für Handtücher.
• Stefania (10/5): Ottima posizione e camera moderna - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima: a due passi dalle fermate della metro gialla e verde, comodissime per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni principali e anche l’aeroporto. Inoltre, a circa 10 minuti a piedi ci sono tanti ristoranti, bar e supermercati. L’hotel era in ristrutturazione durante il nostro soggiorno, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun disagio. La nostra camera al piano terra era davvero bella, moderna e molto pulita. Il bagno era pulito e la doccia ottima; mancava solo un tappetino. Molto utile anche la presenza della zona “cucina” molto piccola ma aveva frigo, lavandino, utensili da cucina, macchina del caffè e capsule incluse. Il letto era king size, anche se leggermente più piccolo rispetto a un matrimoniale standard. La stanza non era molto grande, ma per noi non è stato un problema (se avete valige grandi non riuscite a starci) e ci siamo trovati bene. Nel complesso ci è piaciuto davvero tanto, nulla da dire!

• Megan (3/5): Not great - Good location near tube stations The woman who checked us in was very rude and unwelcoming, she had dark hair but I didn’t get her name. When we couldn’t find the toilets she had a bad attitude and wasn’t happy to help at all which didn’t make the welcome very warm or appealing. The room was very small for 2 people too and we kept getting woken up by loud noises.

• Jan Arvid (8/5): - Grei beliggenhet i forhold til Circle og District Line samt tog til Gatwick. Rommet var renovert. Området er innenfor gangavstand til mange serverdigheter. Dårlig lukt på rommet. Ikke skikkelig rengjort i skap og gulv. Dårlig utlufting fra bad.
• PEPI (5/5): Nada que ver con lo que te venden. - La ubicación muy buena. Barrio tranquilo, con bus y metro muy cerca. La habitación era muy pequeña. Apenas había espacio a los lados de la cama, que es minúscula. El baño es tan pequeño que se moja todo solo con lavarte las manos. Nos dieron toallas sucias, además de ser pocas. El techo tiene desconchados por todas partes. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no se puede apagar. La habitación es muy muy muy pequeña, nada que ver con las fotos.

Además está muy bien comunicado, el metro está cerca. hay supermercados cerca y sitios donde comer/cenar. El espacio para las personas, no es ni mucho menos una habitación para 3 personas. Los colchones estaban un poco duros para nuestro gusto.

Room was well set up as well with a fridge and microwave The sound insulation was severely lacking in my room, the cleaning team starting at 9 am was like an alarm clock with the amount of noise that made it into my room. The elevator announcements woke me up several times as well. Better sound insulation on the door would have made all the difference

• Bündig (8/5): - Zimmer (Studio) war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Wir hatten kurzzeitig Probleme mit dem Abfluss im Bad, was schnell behoben wurde. Das Fenster ging nur einen kleinen Spalt zu öffnen , was mich ein klein wenig störte da ich Klimaanlagen nicht besonders mag. Aber das war ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.

The only downside to our stay was the receptionist that greeted us on arrival. She made no eye contact, no smile, one word answers, put the key card on the desk without giving directions to the room.

• Giulio (4/5): Trattamento inaccettabile - Buona la posizione, buona la pulizia, buono lo staff (ma vedi cose negative), sarebbe stato buono il rapporto qualità prezzo (ma vedi cose negative). Avevo prenotato e pagato un "monolocale intero (Studio double)" ma mi è stata assegnata una "camera doppia (double room)" di costo e metratura inferiore con doccia e cucinotto minuscoli; in realtà mi sono accorto subito che non era ciò che avevo pagato ma la ragazza alla reception (SENZA NEANCHE GUARDARE LA MIA PRENOTAZIONE) mi ha mischiato le carte dicendomi che le stanze erano tutte uguali e quindi lei non ci poteva fare niente! Solo successivamente, sbirciando in alcune stanze aperte, mi sono reso conto che non era così. Al check out, invece, un'altra dipendente ha approfondito ed ha effettivamente verificato che mi avevano assegnato una stanza diversa. Dopo tutto ciò, oltre ad avermi fatto soggiornare in un loculo mansardato e piccolissimo, non mi hanno neanche riconosciuto un downgrade. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata l'inesistenza del wifi per tutta la durata del soggiorno (e sappiamo quanto sia importante e decisivo in un paese straniero fuori dalla comunità europea). DAVVERO INACCETTABILE, NON È POSSIBILE OGGI COME OGGI SUBIRE UN TRATTAMENTO SIMILE.

Greeting from reception on arrival…I said, “Good afternoon, how’s your day going?”.. She replied(in stern voice), “ID Please!!”.. also arrived just before check in time and had to wait for 20 minutes. WiFi on 2nd floor awful.

• Bunting (7/5): Really enjoyed every aspect of the stay but unfortunately we won’t be back due to the room size. - Location was perfect and the cleanliness of the hotel and our room was very good. The only fly in the ointment was the size of the room. It was tiny. Very claustrophobic and the shower was so small it was difficult to turn around in it.

The room was compact but lovely, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchenette and huge TV. It looked like it was being refurbed, nothing major I’m sure it’ll be sorted soon. One thing they could do better with was the bedroom door was a bit flimsy and you could hear other guests but not a major issue.

• Luka (7/5): Modern, clean, good location but tiny - Location is perfect. I like the idea of transforming the traditional detached houses into tiny hotels. Modern, clean and helpful staff. The room was very tiny. Not a lot of space to open the big suitcases. The bathroom is uncomfortable because is so tiny. Not enough of space to place personal things. Fridge is small and is very loud, so we turned it off during the night. The mattress is in bad shape, could be better.
