• Joanne (10/5): The only place we'll stay in Hong Kong from now on - From the moment we checked in with Maria (who was outstanding) we had an exceptional time at the Harbour Grand. We loved everything about this hotel and won't be staying anywhere else in the future when we come back. We got the Club Room package which made our trip - the views and service are fantastic. The beds are a little hard and the bathrooms are a touch outdated.

• Marcel (9/5): A great experience that made my work in Hong Kong very enjoyable. - My room overlooked the Harbour which was really nice. I like the fact the rooms were not clinical. I was there for 9 nights and felt at home. In fact I extended my stay for another 3 nights. There a good restaurants in the area, and cafes. It's a lovely walk along the harbour as well. There was not anything that I did not like.

• Inspire13381117083 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff - An amazing shortstay (3 nights) and absolutely cannot fault Harbour Grand. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by Maria in reception and she was amazing. She provided us with a detailed map that she had put together that explains how to access all of the main locations via rail including instructions where to get on, off and transfer lines. She deserves pay rise! Andy in the restaurant on Level 41 was also awesome and a credit to the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and polite but those two stick out in particular. Thanks for making our stay memorable, hopefully we can come back and stay again! We loved it!

Even our basic room had a view over the harbour, which was nice, and from the breakfast room/restaurant it's even better. The roof has a great view. Breakfast was very satisfying. Not only Western and Asian buffet choices, but also a cooked menu to select from. The afternoon tea was delicious, and we welcomed it after a day of tourist-ing. The free Happy Hour was even better. :) Good selection of wines and soft drinks, and a menu of cocktails to choose from, and then tasty finger food. Sitting and watching the lights come on around the harbour was an extra touch. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't want room service as we were only staying a few days, and we were contacted on the 3rd night to make sure we were okay, which I thought was a caring attitude. While it's on Hong Kong Island, it's easy to get around. Fortress Hill Station is just a 3 min walk away. And there are plenty of things to walk to from here as well. There are so many places to choose from in HK, and I would certainly recommend staying here.

• Melanie (10/5): Exceptional all round. - Everything about this hotel is excellent, from the cleanliness and the ever attentive staff. The whole place is beautiful, close to the ferries, plenty of great restaurants. The hotel also provides top notch food in their restaurants. Great pool and gym. Big praise to Billy (the doorman) he made us feel so welcome. Well done Harbour Grand you are exceptional. Nothing to dislike.

• GoncaK64 (10/5): we lıved the hotel and defineteky suggest it! - we loved Harbour Grand Hong Kong Hotel, the location of the hotel is very good very close to the metro station and in a very good street, the comfort and everything about the hotel is really good. It will be our next home in Hong Kong. Special thanks to Maria who prepared a great detailed plan for touristic visits which helped us a lot and was very polite nice and comitted her job in the best way. and also special thanks to 2 gentlemen in concierge , doorman and security team who helped us a lot with patience in the 11 th May when we forgot our phone in the taxi, they helped us to find it showing so much kindness, any help and the right actions to do.

• 452jod (10/5): Top Marks for everything - fabulous hotel - Probably our best ever hotel experience… we love EVERYTHING about this hotel .. from the first class welcome we got from Maria ( including her personal recommendations and help for getting around the city) to the beautiful rooms, stunning views and first class service… we got an upgrade which included access to the lounge and it is well worth it. I come back to Hong Kong every few months for work and I am never staying anywhere else .. top marks to the Harbour Grand

• Carol (10/5): Fantastic service in a great location with stunning views over the harbour. - The best hotel check-in we have ever had!! Maria on reception gave us so much useful information on the hotel and places to visit in Hong Kong ( including best way to get there from the hotel). The hotel is an excellent location with stunning views across the harbour and very close to MTR station giving easy access to central area. We had a club room and the extra services we had were very good value for money, including complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The food in 188 restaurant was amazing too and I also loved the 27m pool! Would thoroughly recommend!

Staff there were so accommodating. Elma particularly was very attentive and professional. At busy times the staff were a little stretched to serve a large crowd. The Harbour Club reception staff were also great and gad no hesitation assisting as were the staff on the concierge desk. They were always willing to help and were very knowledgeable. I will be back. The pool closed quite early. It would be nice to have service to the pool for coffee or drinks.

• Victoria (8/5): - Great location with easy access to the MTR. Club rooms offer beautiful rooftop views and lounge access. Very helpful staff and a good breakfast. Room decor was a little tired although very clean and tidy.
• Immizuki (10/5): Upgrade to a Harbour Club room!! - We recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm, attentive, professional, and always welcoming with a smile. Thanks especially to Tiff and Management's very kind assistance, everything went smoothly, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We were also incredibly grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise for both my parents and me. The view was absolutely beautiful, and it allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our time at the hotel. My parents, especially, were so happy with their stay and returned home with wonderful memories. I would also like to thank the housekeeping, front desk, and bell desk teams for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Everyone we encountered was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. There was also a small moment when we accidentally went to the Club lounge on our check-in day, but Gigi kindly and politely guided us, which we truly appreciated. Experiences like this reminded us how exceptional the hospitality at this hotel really is. We already look forward to staying here again in the future, and next time we would also love to try the dining experience at the hotel. Thank you again to everyone for such a comfortable and memorable stay.
• Lo (8/5): Liked the Victoria Harbour view from the room - Nice location. Beautiful harbour view. Had to turn the a/c temperature very low and the fan to max in order to avoid damping on the floor due to the moist from the room under.
• Anne-Sophie (9/5): Merveilleux séjour - J’ai beaucoup aimé la variété au buffet du petit déjeuner le matin. Buffet qualitatif. Amabilité du personnel. Très bon emplacement à quelques mètres du métro et sur une très bonne ligne. Propreté impeccable des parties communes et aussi de la chambre. Le Sky bar au 41eme étage avec vue imprenable et panoramique sur tout Hong Kong! L’heure de fermeture de la piscine (18h) qui est un peu trop tôt à mon sens. Manque de quelques coussins de confort sur les transats.
