- Kevin (9/5): Comfortable stay with good value - The hotel was clean, comfortable, and good value for a short stay in Prague. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The room had everything needed for one night and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Some areas of the hotel felt slightly dated and there could have been a bit more variety with the breakfast options, but overall nothing major affected the stay.

- richardtU639XP (2/5): Misleading and disappointing – Certainly not a 4-star experience - Quite possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked this for the April bank holiday thinking a spot outside the city center would be a quiet retreat; we were sadly mistaken. The information provided online is generally misleading, and this is categorically not a 4-star hotel. * Thin Walls & Noise: The soundproofing is non-existent. We could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations and phone calls, as well as their bathroom use. Heavy doors slam loudly throughout the hallway, and while we were lucky not to be on the side of the building facing the railway, the internal noise was constant. * Poor Room Conditions: There is no air conditioning, making the room incredibly stuffy. The thin curtains offer no protection from the morning sun, but even if the light doesn't wake you, the housekeeping staff certainly will with their early morning noise—even on a holiday weekend. The room itself was dirty with visible marks on the walls. * Hidden Costs for Facilities:Be aware that the sauna and pool are not included in your stay. They are only usable if booked in advance and require an additional charge, which feels like a hidden tax on top of an already poor-value room. * Gay-Friendly" Claims:The hotel is marketed as gay-friendly, but there was absolutely no indication of this during our stay. It felt like a "quick win" marketing tactic for bookings rather than a genuinely inclusive or welcoming environment. * Limited Dining & Misleading Location: Breakfast was incredibly basic. The hotel suggests the O2 is very close, but it is at least a 30–40 minute walk away. Since there are no other coffee or breakfast substitutes nearby, you are stuck with the hotel’s subpar options or the reception coffee machine. **Verdict:** Do yourself a favor—spend a little extra and stay somewhere else.The "savings" aren't worth the lack of sleep, the poor hygiene, and the misleading descriptions.

- Uwe (3/5): Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Zustand des Hotels - Wir waren vor zwei Jahren bereits einmal in diesem Hotel. Auf Grund der Lage (nicht im Zentrum, aber fußläufig von Straßenbahn und U-Bahn erreichbar) haben wir dieses Hotel gewählt. In den letzten zwei Jahren ist das Hotel sehr viel schlechter geworden. Die Zimmer und Bäder benötigen eine Renovierung und Modernisierung. Die Betten waren sehr hart, von Gemütlichkeit weit entfernt. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zum letzten Mal eher spartanisch.

- hit_mann_1982 (5/5): - Laut, dit Tür knallt jedes mal und wir konnten nicht schlafen . Das Zimmer erinnert mich an die 80er Zeit. Bad ist sauber aber sehr eng. Parkplatz war locker für einen T6 Budäs und wir wurden geraten, in der Umgabung einen Platz für unseren Minivan Alhambra zu suchen. Am Ende parkten wir trotzdem im Hof von Hotel und am Morgen sah ich einen viel größeren Bus neben meinem MiniVAN. HMM da stimmt was nicht mit der Aussage. Mitarbeiterin ist nett und und hat bisschen Problem mit der Kommunikation. Sonst war sie ganz ok.

- Renata (1/5): Absolútna katastrofa hotel - Absolútne nič Špina, zdesenie, toto bol top najhorší hotel. Na raňajky sme prestali chodiť aj keď sme to mali zaplatené, pretože sa nám doslova hnusilo. Okrem toho, tam ani nemali vôbec nič. Reálne sme si tam nemali čo dať. V jedálni nebolo ani vidieť cez okno také bolo špinavé na izbe ani nevravím. Príbory si pamätajú ešte Tomáša Garrigue Masaryka. Pod posteľou sme mali od predchádzajúcich turistov hodené smeti ktoré ani neupratali. Steny špinavé obité. Odporúčam hotel zavrieť. Neviem či má hotel oficiálne hviezdy ale im ich treba vziať všetky a urýchlene. Určite Vám tento zážitok neodporúčam.
- Jens (4/5): Wir waren enttäuscht. - "Relative Nähe" zur O2 Arena - 30 min Fußmarsch. Zimmergröße war OK, Beim Einchecken eine nette junge Frau, die zwar kaum Englisch sprach aber sehr freundlich war. Das Frühstück war zumindest sättigend, aber nicht überragend Die Ausstattung entspricht eher zwei als vier Sternen, die Möbel waren abgewohnt und die Türen nicht schalldicht. Für das "Relax-Schwimmbad" sollten für ein 3x5 m Becken zusätzlich pro Person und Stunde 12 Euro fällig werden, für die Sauna 15! Nachdem wir bereits eine Nacht dort geparkt hatten (zum Glück mit dem kleinen Wagen meiner Frau, denn es ging sehr eng zu!!) wurde wir angeraunzt, das wir "Parkplatz 5" zu unserem Zimmer zu nutzen hätten - aber wie hätten wir das wissen können??? Im Nachbarzimmer hausten Teenager - eine nette Altersgruppe, aber sie lärmten bis nach Mitternacht und wir hörten jedes Wort in unserem Zimmer. Alles in allem keine schlimmen Dinge, aber eben auch nicht angenehm...

- Binder (5/5): - Lage in der Nähe der O2 Arena und der günstige Preis waren der Grund für die Buchung. Super war der wasserkocher im Zimmer Wie erwartet ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Es würde alles eine Renovierung benötigen.
- Kathrin (6/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut zur O2-Arena, sehr netter Frühstücksservice Die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers, unserer Ansicht nach besteht Renovierungsbedarf, die Wände müssten dringend gestrichen werden und die Türen besser gedämmt werden. Im Bad ist kaum Platz, es gibt kaum Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher.

- Z7632ICdianec (8/5): A good hotel, but slightly far out of the centre, not far from the O2 Arena - For the most part this hotel was acceptable. It was clean, breakfast was the basic continental breakfast with cheeses, meat, various breads, jams etc. However, the mattress was too thin on a hard bed frame, probably okay if you're a lighter person - sadly not for me. Given that the temperature outside ranged from -6 to +3c, the room was warm. To get to central Prague, it was a busy (2 stops), then the metro (about 6-8 stops). The best option was a 72-hour pass, which was easily purchased via the PID app. It cost about £10. A 30min ticket was £1.30; 90min = £3.20 The app showed all available routes and time to the next train/tram/bus. All you needed to do was search for the destination required. The museum at the top of Wenceslas Square was an interesting place to spend time with the cold weather. Lots of things to see and a lovely building. Also on the square was the railway restaurant, where drinks and food are delivered on a train. Dinner for 4 with wine came to £160. There were several other restaurants/bars that we visited, all good value.

Ale zbytek na zamyšlenou...parkování hororové,rozbytá televize.v první cimře,co jsme museli vyměnit,ani světlo nefungovalo.snídaně hodně slabá.káva hnusná,párky jakoby z plastiku.jenom ty fazole ok. Na 4 hvězdičky...hmm.jakoby dobrá ubytovna. co je zvláštní,že v těch místnostnech to něčím hodně divným smrdí,když otevřete dveře.fujl A smrdí to vždy,když zavřete okno. Kdyby auto nebylo v servisu,tak tady asi nejsme.ani nikdy nebudeme :-(

- AndyLUFC1962 (4/5): Horrible Hotel - I've stayed at hotel's all over the world and always give my honest reviews, it advertised as a 4 star hotel I've stayed in lots of 4 star hotel's and this hotel definitely isn't it's lucky I've rated it 2 stars we was only here for 3 nights stay never again mold in the bathroom, bedroom walls the bet was rock hard on the second day sat on the edge of the bed and it broke you'll see on my photos couldn't eat the breakfast, if thinking this hotel is near to the old town think again cost of uber between £6 and £11 each way, I do believe there is public transport catching two things to get you there as I'm not confident we used uber, prague is amazing but go to another hotel

- Kikina1993 (9/5): Spokojenost ve všech směrech:) - Paní recepční večer, ale i její kolegyně ráno byly velice příjemné a milé, byly ochotné a vstřícné, usměvavé a pozitivní - takový personál by si mohl každý zaměstnavatel přát.. SNÍDANĚ NAPROSTO SKVĚLÉ !!! Nebylo takřka nic, co by se nám vyloženě nelíbilo, vše bylo fajn :)
