Fermate del treno Lalylaan e fermate del tram verso il centro un pochino scomode da raggiungere a piedi la distanza dalle stazioni dei tram, ci vorrebbero delle bike a disposizione dei clienti

The location is excellent - very easy to get to the city center, with both a tram stop and metro station nearby. We also had the opportunity to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Additionally, we were checked in at 10 AM even though regular check-in is usually after 3 PM. The hotel also has a restaurant, bar, spa, and its own area for walks, which is definitely a big plus. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the interior was stylish and cozy There was a little dust on the shelves, and there were no slippers. But overall, everything was fine and comfortable

Jednak w tym przypadku najbardziej komfortowe było to, że mogliśmy wypożyczyć rowery z hotelu. Były w dobrym stanie i bardzo wygodnie się na nich podróżowało. Nie było problemu z przechowaniem bagażu po wymeldowaniu z pokoju.

- Philvb (8/5): L'hôtel est agréable et parfait pour un séjour à Amsterdam - Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Il était excellent. La chambre était propre, fonctionnelle et de bonne dimension. Une petite saleté a toutefois été oubliée dans les toilettes. L'emplacement n'est pas optimum. Certes le trams est à 5-7 minutes de marche mais il faut compter encore 15-20' de trajet jusqu'au centre. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurant dans les alentours.

Mi e’ piaciuto molto la spaziosa sala per i pasti e la qualità del ci o che abbiamo mangiato a colazione e cena. La posizione di questo hotel e’ lontana dal centro città e dobbiamo spostarci diverse centinaia di metri per raggiungere la più vicina fermata del tram. Farlo con la valigia risulta particolarmente scomodo perché ci sono delle scale da fare e tutto il percorso da fare non è al riparo dalla pioggia.

- Corenthin (9/5): Très bon hôtel - Le personnel est très accueillant, la literie est confortable ainsi que la chambre avec douche à l’italienne et baignoire. La salle de bain est spacieuse. L’emplacement près de la ligne 17 du tram vous emmène directement de la gare centrale vers l’hôtel et de l’hôtel vers le centre avec la même ligne (500 mètres à pied de la station à l’hôtel). La piscine et la salle de fitness sont également appréciable. Profitez aussi du skyy bar au 10ème étage. Il y a un restaurant, cependant je n’y ai pas mangé! Je n’ai pas séjourné assez longtemps pour trouver de point négatif!

Juste avec la date de naissance , cadeau dans la chambre pour le sejour . Seul soucis rencontré c'est au resto .... on a donné nos plats a la table voisine , en contrepartie ils ont offert un verre pour s excuser .... mais sinon le reste est tjr au top vraiment . Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable .... j attend toujours impatiemment ce moment . Merci on reviendra car qualité prix top et l endroit top :) On devrait avoir un tarif pour les personnes qui s y rendent regulierement

- Bas (8/5): - The bed, pillows and matrass were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great in terms of options, flavour and value for money. Especially that part really stood out. Also appreciated the wellness centre, but unfortunately the sauna was out of commission. I really like the area of Amsterdam where the hotel is situated, as it is adjacent to the really nice non-touristy side of Amsterdam (access through Vondelpark). Lastly, compliments to the hotel staff, as their politely jovial attitude really was a breath of fresh air compared to the average Dutch hotel service. being woken up by people in the hallway at night leaving for their flights. It seems the sound isolation in the building could be improved upon. Also, our tv did not work. But we did not mind that tbh
- karenmZ1308WW (10/5): First class stay! - Stayed here for 3 days / 2 nights in order to explore Amsterdam. 15 min Uber ride from Schiphol Airport approx costing €15. The hotel is large, modern & has spacious, comfortable rooms. The reception staff are lovely, very professional but friendly & approachable. The food in the restaurant is great & drinks prices very reasonable. A large glass of wine is €6. It’s around 3 miles on foot to Centraal Station, but a really interesting route. You get to see stuff you might otherwise miss should you take the tram or an Uber. An Uber back from the Red Light area is around €30, the same price as regular street prices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Tram stop is 5 mins walk from hotel and get you to downtown core. We loved every single things at this hotel and we highly recommand it. There was nothing to miss or complain

Ужинали в ресторане при отеле, ни разу не пожалели, все по- взрослому - вкусно и чинно. Исходной точкой для поездок по городу был трамвай, до остановки минут пять пешком, Surinamplane, кажется, точно что в честь Суринама площадь названа. Вскоре опять поеду в Амстердам, другого отеля искать не буду. Мусор на улицах Амстердама. То ли из-за выходных, то ли из-за праздника Дня Короля. Правда, к отелю это не относится. В нем все было ОК.

- Maryna (10/5): - Отель имеет удобное расположение между аэропортом и центром города. В номере чисто, белье идеально, кровати удобные. Понравился чайник и утюг в номере, маленькая кофемашина и все необходимое для приготовления нескольких чашек чая и кофе. Звукоизоляция хорошая, хотя было слышно как хлопала дверь у соседей. Самое замечательное - завтраки, берите номер обязательно с завтраками, не пожалеете! Яйца, выпечка, несколько видов сыра и ветчины, колбас, грибы, бобы,сосиски,молоко с хлопьями, фрукты: мандарины,яблоки, бананы, дыня, арбуз( в мае). Это было прекрасно! Любезный персонал и хорошее отношение к гостям. Жаль, что не воспользовались возможностью поужинать в ресторане отеля, так как это гораздо удобней, чем бегать по городу в поисках еды, где всюду туристы. В целом, хочется поблагодарить персонал отеля за хороший прием. Соотношение цена/ качество вполне адекватное. Близость двух прекрасных парков скрасило наше пребывание. Сначала мы не знали как воспользоваться лифтом, но потом разобрались. Было бы полезно узнать эту информацию от персонала отеля.

- Lorenzo (6/5): Non ci ritornerei anche se non mi sono trovato male. - Molto pulita e begli ambienti. Posizione fuori dal centro, quindi silenziosa anche se su strada trafficata e vista sul traffico La sauna non era in funziona ma in ristrutturazione e nessuno ha detto nulla. Lo abbiamo scoperto in ascensore. In piscina ci sono pochissimi lettini (3?) e posti dove stare e l’ambiente è molto piccolo. In camera il vetro del bagno era completamente trasparente nonostante fossero stati richiesti due letti separati, il che vuol dire che magari non soggiorna una coppia. Non c’era un appendino nè in bagno nè nella camera. Non c’era un tappeto in bagno per l’acqua. Posizione fuori dal centro con fermata a 5 minuti a piedi, ma comunque biglietto non economico. Il check in è stato veramente veloce e sbrigativo. Colazione extra a 22 euro a persona. Bicicletta a parte a 14 euro al giorno.

- Lorna (8/5): - Lovely hotel and friendly staff great facilities Location is a bit far from centre of Amsterdam and they took full payment off my credit card before my arrival and didn't transfer it back until 3 working days later. Which is not good as we booked with pay at hotel this was not good as I booked 4 rooms on my card and they took money for all.4 rooms leaving me with a lot less spending money

The wellbeing centre is nice and relaxing. The rooms were quiet and night and beds comfortable will be highly recommending.
- Kathy (10/5): Would stay there again- much cleaner and quieter than historic part of Amsterdam where we also stayed. - The area it is located in is clean with a beautiful park and small lake. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant is very good in the hotel. Wish there were more restaurants near the hotel but the tram is close to get into the heart of Amsterdam.

- Tiehoua Khadidja (10/5): Superbe hôtel - L’hôtel est magnifique, hyper bien décoré et les chambres sont grandes et très confortables. Ma salle de bain avait une baignoire et une douche ! Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais et était très agréable et serviable. La piscine en intérieur, bien que prisée était très agréable. L’emplacement, éloigné du centre et de la gare centrale :( 2 sur 3 des cabines de sauna étaient en panne et dans la 3e, il y avait deux hommes nus, je n’ai donc pas pu y aller

Had lovely breakfast an bar area up stirs with music which is say is better in summer moths. Over all great stay. Small tram ride from dam square.

- Mercedes (9/5): everything about my stay was perfect - Breakast was incredible! My room was the best, but honestly i found the doorknobs difficult to open. The staff was truly amazing, especially Christina. I ordered roses and they arrived right on time. Thank you for everything! If only there were a tram stop a little closer. Obviously that cant be changed. But it is a little difficult to get around from there, love the nearby park though!
