Room was spaces for paris and also very comfortable I had the heat nights sleep The lift was a little unpredictable however it wasn’t a problem for us as it encouraged us to get our steps in.

Stanza piccola senza comodità Im bagno non vi eta un appoggio nemmeno per uno spazzolino! Stanza senza frigo e illuminata con una sola portalampada. Pulizia scarsa Fuori alla nostra stanza per tutto il soggiorno è rimasto il carrello delle pulizie che impediva anche l'entrata e l'uscita. Colazione scarsa. Spesso cornetti finiti ed anche le sedute poco comode. Visto quanto abbiamo pagato sinceramente valutazione pessima!
• carole (8/5): très bon court séjour - le personnel est très agréable, la situation géographique est parfaite, très centrale et en même temps très calme, beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques autour, ainsi que des sorties culturelles petit déjeuner simple mais très correct, petite salle agréable. chambre petite et en sous pente, avec accès escalier très étroit pour y arriver (heureusement nous n'avions qu'une petite valise sinon cela aurait été compliqué), commentaire valable uniquement pour le dernier étage, les autres étages beneficient d'un ascenseur

Elevador quebrado, um morador que me ajudou a entrar em contato com o proprietário para pegar senha da porta, ar condicionado não funciona direito qq temperatura gelada o quarto, café da manhã fraquissimo, só pão de forma, pelo preco que paguei nao recomendo.

• Luis (8/5): Lindo hotel, muy bien ubicado en el Distrito 1 cerca del Louvre - La ubicación y trato del personal La habitación no era la que muestran en las fotos, pequeña y oscura, pero la aceptamos porque estaba en el primer piso y durante gran parte de nuestra estancia no funcionó el ascensor. Era preferible a subir varios pisos por una escalera pequeña. Igualmente el personal muy bien y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades.

До всех значимых и важных мест Парижа 20 минут на велосипеде Завтрак брали один раз — он ничего, пойдет) Ожидание реальность по размеру номера совпали. 13 м2 норма для Парижа, просто будьте к этому готовы

• Sarah (3/5): Not recommended. - The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The staff were friendly but they couldn't do much. If we put aside the location and the staff, it was literally a disaster. First the elevator worked only one day, my room was on the fifth floor, with very narrow stairs, where you cannot even go up or down with a luggage. I then requested to be moved to a lower floor, with the availabilities, they moved me to the second floor. There is absolutely no noise isolation, so you can hear the whole floor room's residents talking, and maybe some of the upper and lower floor as well. if anyone uses the bathroom in the room next to you, you'd hear it. at night you don't get to sleep because of it, in the morning you wake up as early as everyone else.. The staff were friendly but they couldn't do much given the situations they are put in.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, y bueno en si, el hotel es muy pequeño Lamentablemente mientras nuestra estancia el elevador no funcionaba y habia que subir por una escalera de caracol poco cómoda al tercer piso. quiero aclarar que gracias a la amabilidad del personal tuvimos la ayuda de que ellos subieran y bajaran nuestras maletas por esta escalera.

This time the lift was broken... which wasn't ideal being on the 6th floor. But it sounded like a very random circumstance, they tried to repair it during our stay.

• Mieke (7/5): Goed hotel voor 1 of 2 nachten verblijf. - Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en uitstekende ligging. ZE hebben ook voldaan aan ons verzoek om een kamer op de eerste verdieping te hebben. Gelukkig, want de lift van stuk. Het hotel voldoet enigszins aan de verwachtingen van een drie-sterren hotel in Parijs. Maar toch kleine kamer en badkamer . Dan is de prijs van ruim 300,00 €/per nacht ( zonder ontbijt) toch goed betaald. Maar het vriendelijk onthaal en de goede ligging maakte veel goed. En het is nu éénmaal Parijs, in het 1e arrondissement, dus hoge prijzen.

• Stephanie (5/5): c'était du dépannage de dernière minute mais je ne reviendrai pas - La proximité de mon lieu de travail, la gentillesse du personnel (réception jour / nuit) la chambre au 6ème étage et un ascenseur uniquement jusqu'au 5ème. Le très petit et très peu pratique escalier jusqu'au 6ème, limite dangereux avec une valise. la superficie, je le sais est très réduite dans cet hôtel, mais à cet étage les chambres sont également mansardées. le bruit constant de moteur (ventilation ?)

There as a party in the room next to mine that the hotel didn’t do anything about. It went on well passed midnight and the windows did not block voices or traffic from the street below.

Also the location is crazy good!! I didn’t like the fact that on my first night there was a fire alarm at 6:30 but it’s of course due to another visitor, who thought it will be a good idea to smoke in his room…of course it’s not the fault of the hotel!

La camera silenziosa, pulita con un letto molto comodo. La colazione essenziale è buona. Gli extra ci sono stati offerti (probabilmente per il disagio dovuto all'arme). Dimensione della camera un po' ridotte, bagno poco funzionale soprattutto per quanto riguarda il lavabo e pochi punti di appoggio. Poca comunicazione sulle regole dell'albergo tant'è che per ben due volte (su 4 notti di soggiorno) è scattato l'allarme antincendio a causa di presenza di fumo, procurando disagi.

• David (10/5): Our stay at the facility was lovely in every way. We'd return in a heartbeat. - You certainly can't beat the location - within walking distance to all the major Parisian destinations. The staff was unusually accommodating and friendly, while the room was comfortable and adequate for all of needs. There really wasn't anything to not like. After long days of traversing the city, the hotel was the perfect place to crash. If I had to find fault with anything it might have been the elevator - which was quite slow and small - but that seems a bit overly critical.
• Xiao Yan (9/5): Cute hotel in a convenient location - The location is very convenient, near a number of train stations, cafes, shopping and the museums. The staff is very friendly and was able to accommodate a request I made during booking. The bathroom is on the small side but the size of the room was fine for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The metal closet did make a lot of noise so I try not to use it if leaving early in the morning.
• SYLVAIN (8/5): - l'emplacement pour des visites de Paris est excellent : métro "Les Halles", ligne 4 il y a malheureusement eu un incident généré par un client fumeur qui a déclenché l'alarme incendie à 2h00, le même ou un autre a ensuite arraché un boîtier de commande qui a mis en défaut l'ensemble du système d'alarme et a fait hurler la sirène durant près de trois heures ... honte aux clients en cause Merci aux dirigeants de l'hôtel qui ont remboursés la nuit !!!
• suzanne (10/5): Great, comfy stay in a perfect location - Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was great for everything. Easy to get there from Montparnasse Station. Also easy for Gard du Nord.- can walk to the Louvre. Lots of metro lines nearby for all attractions. Beds were super comfy and we had 2 pillows each which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend. There's air conditioning too which is a big bonus

• Beeta Gabriella (4/5): Good location but overpriced - Location is perfect, staff Is amazing but the rooms are tiny, they barely have any light, like 2 side lamps, the way the rooms are laid out the toilet seat is right next to the bed where you lay your head.. I asked for an iron at reception, it was all black and burnt and when I went to plug it in my room the fuse went. My bed didn't have a headboard. I think the hotel is overpriced compared to what it offers and I wish the owners would take a bit more pride in the hotel and upgrade some of the facilities like buying a new clean iron doesn't cost much.

• Tommaso (8/5): Comodo e bell'hotel in centro a Parigi - Posizionamento perfetto, albergo carino, camere nuove. Staff molto gentile. Torneremo sicuramente qui la prossima volta! Troppo caldo in camera (nonostante il riscaldamento fosse all'apparenza spento). In bagno non ci sono appendini quindi non si sa dove mettere l'asciugamano una volta usato.

• Philippe (3/5): - En fait, alors que nous avions déjà déposé nos bagages, et que nous sommes revenus 2 heures plus tard pour prendre possession de la chambre, nous avons été informés que cette dernière n’était plus disponibles suite à une erreur. C’est inacceptable. L’hôtel nous a proposé de nous loger dans un autre hôtel proche. Nous n’avions pas d’autre choix que d’accepter.

• Schmidt Ivicic (10/5): Great location, quiet and friendly - The location of the hotel is fantastic - it is right in the center, yet the street is quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was not big, but it was very clean and well organized. Lots of things in the hotel are environmentally friendly (water refilling, organic jams, etc) which I greatly appreciate. This hotel will be our first choice when we come to Paris again.

• Tania (7/5): It was okay, no what I was expecting but nothing bad with the property, just you need to know the measurements of the ro - The location was great, the cleanliness I didn't like the room, it was too small and with a part of the ceiling that made you hit your head if you weren't careful, it looks like you were sleeping in the attic, and having to climb the stairs with your luggage wasn't pleasant at all, since it was on the 6th floor and the elevator didn't go there.
