- HAYASHI (8/5): お風呂と立地がよかったです。 - 御堂筋線からほんとにすぐでとても綺麗なホテルでした。 大阪の前に東京のホテルに泊まったのですがお風呂が使いにくく今回はどうかなと思いながら泊まったのですが とてもお風呂が入りやすくて 髪の毛もとても洗いやすかったです！！！ 一つだけ チェックインの際に担当して下さったスタッフの方 きっと新人さんだったので 仕方ないと思いますが 説明して下さっている時に 説明が不足してる部分やごにょごにょと話されており 何を言っているかが聞き取りにくかったです。

- Igbinazaka (9/5): Great value for money, very comfortable room - The room was spacious, clean, came with a lot of amenities (even new pyjamas every day) and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was very convenient for onward transport, and the staff were lovely. The optional buffet breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Overall a very good hotel and great value for money. There was no laundry service for regular clothes - only suits and specific outer wear. The bathroom was a little bit small.

- Fumiko (9/5): - 設備は古いですが綺麗に掃除されていますし、受け付けも清掃の方も親切でとても感じが良いです。使い捨てのスリッパは2泊めも使うつとりで捨てなかったのですが、新しい物が用意されていました。御堂筋線の出口から直ぐでコンビニも近くにあります。 ロビーが2階にあり、下りのエスカレーターがありません。エレベーターで駐車場側から回れば良いのかもしれませんが。

Commerce et restaurant à proximité. les chambres sont mal insonorisées, ce qui était gênant la nuit lorsqu’on entend le voisin ronfler. Mal dormi les premières nuits.

When i didso nt have my room cleaned they left a bag with towels etc on my door which was a nice touch. to get up to reception there is no lift, stairs only. there is a downstairs escalator. may be different if you are driving in but I came by train

- Mugdha (6/5): Location...Location...Location - The hotel's location is great. It is close to the train station and a few good restaurants. The room was a decent size and clean. The room had three separate beds, which came in handy for my family. We had some issues with the room's air-conditioning. Apparently, the entire floor was set to heating function. It was extremely hot in the room. We tried to change the settings, but it didn't work. We called the reception at 1 AM to ask how to change the setting to cool the room. We were told that it was not possible and asked to open the window. This was really uncomfortable.

- Stefanie (9/5): - It's located like 2 breaths away from Shin-Osaka station, which is super convenient to travel around or access the Midosuji-Line. Even though the hotel is not the newest but you don't feel it at all. The atmosphere is classy and the rooms are super clean. Check-in was possible even though I arrived in the morning. I could access my room after 4 pm and my suitcase was already brought there. Top-notch service! I missed a bit of space in the bathroom but that was a minor problem:)
