We just got back from a 5 day stay to celebrate our engagement.We got upgraded to a corner suite due to renovations going on in our original booking, and it was stunning! With such an Amazing view. The hotel is clean, gorgeous and in a great location, right by the beach. Literally plenty of options of amazing restaurants to choose from within the hotel, or right outside the hotel. Each and every stuff member in that hotel has been well trained! The customer service they give is absolutely top! They go far and beyond to make you feel at home. I made use of the spa and had an amazing massage treatment too.We were really sad to leave, and we already plan to come back again! Thank you to W Barcelona for making our stay perfect!! Nothing

Ce fut donc très laborieux! La lenteur du Check in m’a empêchée de me changer avant de rejoindre l’événement qui avait lieu sur place. - Erki (10/5): It was probably the most expensive hotel stay for us, but every moment spent there was worth it!!!!! - We were very satisfied with our stay at W Barcelona and truly enjoyed the experience. In particular, we would like to compliment the Fire Team breakfast service and the quality of the food. Honor and praise to the kitchen team and chefs. I would also like to give special thanks to Nelly from the Fire Team for her excellent service and kindness. She is definitely one of the gems in the hotel. It is very difficult to ask for anything more, honestly. Especially considering that renovation works were taking place on the upper floors of the hotel. We had originally booked a standard room on a higher floor mainly for the view, but the hotel renovations took longer than planned, and therefore we were unable to get a higher floor room. However, the hotel handled our concern thoroughly and offered us a suite instead, with views in two directions — from the bedroom there was a view of the open sea, and from the other room a view towards the beach and the city. Superb views and a superb room!

- Steffi (10/5): - Man kann es kaum in Worte fassen, so ein frisches,nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal,man fühlt sich von Anfang an bis zum Ende einfach ganz herzlich aufgenommen. Unser Blick vom Fenster unseres Zimmers einfach atemberaubend (3 Etage,R 323), die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück....es geht einfach nicht besser, wir sind so froh,dass wir diese eine Nacht dort auf unserer Zwischenstation gebucht hatten. Die Pool/ Loungeanlage wird so höflich und professionell geführt,wie alles dort,ein gelungenes Konzept.Danke dem W Hotel Barcelona Personal für dieses tolle Erlebnis.

- Josef (10/5): Einer der beste Hotels, wo ich je war und wirklich die Aussicht sensationell, wirklich perfekt, sollte man unbedingt mac - Die Aussicht war wunderbar. Eine der beste Hotels, wo ich hier war. Und das Personal sehr freundlich super Frühstück und wirklich sehr sauber. Wenn Barcelona, dann ist das das beste Hotel Alles hat mir gefallen. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles super kann nichts schlechtes sagen.

- Elisa (8/5): - L'hôtel est magnifique et la vue depuis les chambres est à couper le souffle ! Le service laisse vraiment à désirer, surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing. Nous avons été complètement ignorés au bar malgré plusieurs signes et tentatives pour attirer l’attention. Je me suis même déplacée à plusieurs reprises pour signaler que nous souhaitions passer commande, sans succès. Après plus de 30 minutes d’attente, nous avons finalement dû nous plaindre pour que quelqu’un vienne s’occuper de nous… Je trouve cela vraiment déplorable et indigne d’un établissement de ce niveau.

- Dino (8/5): - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Service auch super Die Zimmerausstattung war teilweise kaputt oder einfach nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Bei diesem Preis darf man bisschen mehr erwarten.

Hôtel devenu impersonnel La chambre réservée avec vue sur la baie ne nous a pas été donnée Après réclamation nous avons eu une chambre avec la vue demandée mais avec 2 lits !!! La porte des toilettes ne fermait pas !!!
