- Stephen (10/5): - Multiple restaurants in this hotel, if you have deep pockets the have a restaurant on the 52nd floor were steaks is £200 a pop if you can afford it why not, the staff were amazing in this hotel we had traveled in from Nanjing via the train and my 8 year old had gone and left his phone on the train, this was a nightmare for us but the staff was very helpful calling the train company which luckily someone had handed in the phone and we was able to get it back.the room was great we stayed in one of the suites on the 12th floor breakfast and afternoon tea was included as well as use of the pool and gym. The restaurant on the lower level B1 was great the all the can eat Monday to Thursday couldn’t fault it. The only thing we had an issue with the AC unit not heating the room up other then this no issues and we would highly recommend this hotel

Não era defeito, era o ar central limitado em uma temperatura quente para não gastarem energia. Tive que reclamar e então no ultimo dia me deram um upgrade de quarto, que em teoria tinha ar condicionado melhor. Resumo: economizam no básico. Estão longe de um nível internacional de atendimento e conforto.

Breakfast was excellent -the choice available and the quality were superb The shower was pathetic - so disappointing. Also the showers in the spa were equally disappointing- with worn floor mats,tired and grubby mosaic tiling. Such a sham when the rest of the place was so good. Location rather disappointing- it’s not in the French concession as I thought it would be.

They went to on the central heater just because it was raining outside which makes the room so hot and it unbearable to sleep even when we off the heater
- Hakim (9/5): Sehr entspannter und komfortabler Aufenthalt mit starkem Service und top Frühstück. - Wir waren über Silvester dort und hatten eine richtig gute Zeit. Frühstück war überragend, große Auswahl und alles fresh. Zimmer groß, sauber und gemütlich, eher comfy als ultra modern, aber genau das hat den Vibe ausgemacht. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auch top. Wir hatten ein Executive Room mit Lounge Zugang, das hat den Aufenthalt nochmal aufgewertet. Bad ebenfalls nice ausgestattet mit Badewanne, perfekt zum runterkommen. Grüße gehen raus an unseren Freund Ben mega nett und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben 🫶🏽 Gab nichts, was uns wirklich gestört hat.

If you can please get yourself a room as high as possible 😉 When I checked in, no one told me where the breakfast was being served, what were the opening and closing times for the restaurants. I figured it out by looking at the instructions in the elevators. Also, it might help if we can pay in us dollars or euros.

We used Pullman Central as our base to move about in China with ease by storing our luggage and ensuring our return check in’s were smooth. Rooms were spacious, we stayed in the Deluxe King and then Executive rooms throughout our stay. House keeping staff were very attentive and provided all the necessary amenities as required. The breakfast buffet each morning a good range of food, and drinks. A good way to start off the day. The team of Gary, Stephy and Ben was simply amazing. Most importantly Stephy and Ben were both amazing in meeting the exceptional level of service with attention to detail. I would highly recommend the Shanghai Pullman Central hotel.

- Osei (9/5): My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay and will certainly return. - I traveled to Shanghai with my 7 year old daughter for business and leisure. It was our first time in China. Mike and Ben made our stay so comfortable. They made us feel safe and welcomed and made sure everything we needed to be comfortable as a mother with a minor was within reach. I cannot say how thankful I am of both of them. I'd always prefer to stay at Pullman whenever I'm in Shanghai ONLY because of those two. We stayed for 5 days, left for Harbin and came back to stay at Pullman for another 2 days. We were so well taken care off I recommend anyone going to Shanghai to stay at Pullman for ultimate comfort and satisfaction. Mike and Ben will make sure ALL your needs are taken care off so you can be as comfortable as you desire. Oh and the breakfast at the restaurant is very good too. Nothing major. Language barrier I guess but that's not a problem as you can always use your translator. Mike and Ben will also sort you out so long as they're not on leave or break.

- smk2026 (10/5): Great stay, friendly staff - I stayed at the Pullman for work and it was enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and the buffet breakfast was great. All staff were lovely, especially Ben who was always cheery and chatty at the entrance. I will book here again for my next trip.

На завтрак предлагается как классический европейский завтрак, так и китайский вариант. Два минуса: 1) Номерной фонд довольно староват и ванная выглядит не свежо, но это не критично. Единственный минус - даже свежие блинчики были сухими и вместо нутеллы была жидкая какао паста.

Asked them to attend to clogged shower drain hole and the staff came quickly. Asked for additional towel and they sent it less than 15 minutes. Another guy on duty at the lobby by the name Ben was very helpful and greeted us every morning whenever we reached the lobby and help carry and load our bags into the XL vehicle that sent us to the airport.
