Die Lage war für uns sehr gut und der Pool groß und sauber. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und der Ventilator auf kleinster Stufe immer noch verhältnismäßig stark.

- Sherwin (8/5): Prima voor een paar dagen. - Vriendelijk personeel en ruime kamers en prima ontbijt. Het mag wat uitgebreider. Je kunt wel bepaalde gerechten van de kaart bestellen zoals wafels, pancake of gebakken eieren. Rustige locatie maar wel op 5 minuten lopen van BTS Skytrain Ratchadamri. Het uitzicht was op een bouwplaats waar ochtends bouwvakkers bezig waren met werken en zo onze kamer binnen konden kijken waardoor we de gordijnen gesloten hielden. Het zwembad is mooi maar moet echt onderhouden worden. Het is niet helemaal schoon. De zwembad tegels hebben bruine vlekken. Het hotel is niet 5 sterren waardig. Ik zou het 4 sterren geven.

- Parinda (10/5): We like this hotel - I like the location as it is far away from crowded areas, buildings, and shops. Even though there was some construction noise, it was not too noisy or disturbing for us. The only inconvenience was that the 7-Eleven was quite far away to buy some necessities. However, the BTS station is nearby, and all the places we planned to visit were also not far from the hotel. The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. We truly appreciated their service and would highly recommend this hotel. We took the extra bed, but the mattress was quite thin, and we could feel the springs pressing against our backs when lying down. However, the housekeeping staff were very helpful in finding a solution by bringing an extra mattress to place on top, which made it much more comfortable for my husband to sleep.

While we initially had an issue with a loud humming noise from the outside air conditioning unit in our first room, the management handled it perfectly. They offered us an upgrade as a solution, which we truly appreciated. It was a professional and generous gesture that made our stay much more comfortable. The staff's quick response and hospitality were impressive. We really enjoyed the rest of our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service! Alles gut

- Lewis (8/5): A very lovely place to stay with huge rooms, very comfy bed, great breakfast & lovely staff - The rooms are huge & very clean. Had great facilities. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good with so options to choose from & the staff were wonderful. The pool was a welcome relief from the hot days! It was a little bit out of the way for where we needed to be but it’s only a short walk to the BTS

- Jalal (10/5): Great quiet location with excellent facilities and only a short single BTS ride to Central Siam. - The hotel was walking distance from the Ratchadamri BTS, which is a very quiet area but then only one BTS stop from Central Siam BTS with plenty to do. The breakfast was excellent and had some nice changes every day. We had a great view overlooking the city and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool was fantastic and is mostly shaded, which was so important during the hot month of April. In the evening, there was happy hour with free Singha beer and soft drinks from 6-8 pm. We loved our stay there! Nothing.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, next to a BTS station, walking distance to Lumphini, Dusit Central and the MRT! The breakfast was excellent but best of all the breakfast staff were all amazing. The pool was actually fantastic and was very welcome during this period too. A special nod to the concierge Keng, so professional, friendly and attentive! Some comments say the hotel is ageing, but although it is not a new hotel the facilities are still wonderful......

Hotel extremely clean, rooms are spacious and very neat. All shopping malls are walking distance. Great value for money! I lost my gold necklace and when I asked at the reception they found it and kept it for me, and I would like to thank them for their honesty and professionalism! Nothing!

- Edward (7/5): A hotel in a good location, with helpful staff, but one that did not meet our expectations - The staff were helpful when problems occurred The water temperature was hard to adjust in the shower and sink. When we arrived, we could not get the TV sound working, and I could not connect to the Wi-Fi. It took many calls, several staff visits to help, and 2 days to find a solutions.

Why was i charged £25 per night more than my ex wife when we booked at same time, paid same for first 4 day stay but i had to pay extra for 2nd part of stay. This is a booking.com issue.

- Muhammad Gulraiz (10/5): Incredible hotel with authentic hospitality - The staff was authentically kind, hospitable and went out of their way to help you. From the manager, Julie, to the front desk reception, the staff at breakfast buffet, the cleaning person, the staff at the pool and the gym, everyone was diligent and left a positive impression on you. The complimentary snacks during the day, the complimentary happy hour in the evening, and the affordable wash and fold service were a plus! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was a bit sad to leave the warmth of the people who run this property. There’s nothing I can think of that tbh.

- weekenderMumbai (8/5): Lovely rooms but a little isolated location - We booked a 1 bedroom suite at this hotel & we’re luckily upgraded to a 2 bhk suite at check in. It is a lovely apartment type room with 3 balconies. Nice & clean with excellent service at front desk & the restaurant also. Only downside is that everything is a little bit far , even the nearest 7/11 is a 10 min walk. Even then , i would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a top class service apartment with balconies for your stay in Bangkok

- Alma (9/5): Perfect for a restful stay during a business trip. - Excellent location, giant clean rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent staff, amazing breakfast. The couch in the room was a bit dated/damp-ish, and the excercise machines in the gym were a bit dated - some on the brink of feeling safe to use.
