• KOK POH WINSTON (3/5): Pay a penny, get a penny. Don't expect more. - The hotel is located near the BTS station. The air-con leaked on the first night. I was then moved from 2nd floor to 4th floor. Hotel has NO lift. The air-con could not worked in the morning at the new room. The table lamp in the new room had no bulb. Both rooms had no windows. Hotel is old.

• Emily (6/5): Did the job but you can definitely find nicer for the same price - Location was great - on the opposite street to Tichuca rooftop and close to the BTS. Comfortable bed. I had one night alone before my boyfriend arrived and I felt safe. Shower was a cold drip, luckily I didn’t have to wash my hair in it. After using the shower the entire bathroom floor was wet. Felt very lived in and run down (there was tape holding a light in place).

• Hugo (7/5): - I paid heavily discounted price of 27EU so it was fine. Comfortable bed, good location. But originally 70EU I would never pay for the room: Old noisy AC, rooms looks dated, no view, room cant be locked from inside but only with a hook.

• Kim (8/5): Ich werde wieder kommen. - Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft echt super. Preis zu Leistung passt. Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Handtücher waren auch sehr abgenutzt und Bettwäsche teils verfärbt, aber sauber. Sie waren frisch gewaschen. Das sie nicht getauscht werden, ist eine andere Sache. Kühlschrank geht nicht wenn man nicht die Karte stecken hat, deshalb werden alle Getränke warm.

• Michael (10/5): It pout me in a good mood instantly. I was very tired when I got here but it was so peaceful, I was able to rest and rec - I loved this hotel. It is right in the middle of Sukhumvit yet has the feel of a quaint country hotel. Everything is oldy worldly but it works so well. It is worth paying $2 extra for the windows because my room had two sides windows and looked out onto the nice street outside.

Breakfast was not included in my room package, but this was acceptable as there are plenty of dining options readily available nearby. Location & Accessibility: Highly convenient. Cleanliness: Moderate standard. Value: Reasonable Dining: Despite no in-house breakfast, external options are abundant and satisfactory.

• andrew (7/5): No frills great value in a superb location. - It's a basic hotel but clean. Shower and AC worked fine, bed was comfortable. The staff were tired but friendly. Location is great. We stayed in lots of other posher rooms later in out trip but this was the only one that gave us complimentary coffee sachets to make ourselves a morning coffee, really appreciated - thanks ! The standard room we booked didn't have a window, so no natural light. However, the receptionist was happy to change our booking to a room with a window for an extra THB100.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 立地と設備の相殺で価格は見合ったものだが・・・・。 - 立地の良さと設備の老朽化、レベルはコストを考えるとタイであれば見合ったものと思います。ただ、窓も無い部屋でありながら発生源、侵入箇所不明の蚊が次から次と部屋に入ってきて寝れず。この対策だけ徹底的にやれば寝るだけ、タイのローカルホテルを理解していれば全く問題ないのですが・・・・・

• Rishab (5/5): Not more than a couple of days. You have been warned - Small cosy but only for a couple of days. Location, access to the main road 2 mins walk. The cleaning lady was friendly :) The receptionists, they make you feel like you are here to steal something. A bit crude. The room was small but enough for1 person to stay, no kitchenette, no washing machine or ironing facility. The door was useless as it was not even upto the slightest of the noise outside, people walking or talking etc can be heard quite easily. No lift facility so beware. No cupboards too so I spent my 2 weeks living out of a suitcase, literally. Small minibar, not enough if you have to keep something. The AC.. omg the noisiest i have heard. Kept rattling on and off.

• Chandrafulham (4/5): Value for money but.. - I have stayed here over the last 8 years on 3 occasions. started of well but the building has deuterated with no proper refurbishment. The staff try to do their best. Free bottles of water, coffee, tea. Bed sheets changed daily if requested. The sink in my so-called superior room was blocked and the water did not drain away. When reported the manager just said use less water. It was also coming off the wall. During heavy rain the water gushed down broken down-pipe It is value for money. Close to thong Lor station and some good eating shops. esp Fifty Fifth. There is also a fantastic Sticky rice and durian / mango shop. Good laundry close by. TV in room but can only watch news. WiFi did not function for a couple of days. Looks like the place could be closed down if a good offer is received.

The room airconditioning was also odd - it felt like it didn't work for most of the night, it's also located near the bathroom door so it takes some time for the bed area to cool

• Raoul (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic! A lively sophisticated neighbourhood with a great selection of restaurants, Thai and Japanese. The street has an old world feel with an early morning food market. Below the radar, in a quiet culled sac, this hotel is a cosy no frills place but with all the amenities you expect, large comfortable bed, big fridge, good shower , large tv etc.. with a fair price. No breakfast but there are plenty of choices in the area to choose from and to get a taste of a nice Thai neighbourhood. Close to the Sky train.

• Toshio (6/5): - パタヤから戻ってきて飛行機が7時出発の便なので空港で荷物を預けるかはたまたどこかホテルを頼むかを悩んだ。 パタヤのホテルのチェックアウトが12時→そこからナースパタヤのバスターミナル→空港かエカマイという選択肢の中でやっぱあったほうが便利かな、と思ってホテルを選択した。 正直、寝てもいないので可もなく不可もなくで荷物置場として利用したので特に気に入るとか気に入らないとかはない。
