• Igor (7/5): - Lokacijao odlična, doručak vrlo dobar Istrošeni madraci, indiferentnost osoblja...samo jedan stari gospodin je bio gostoljubiv, očito "stara škola" ugostiteljstva...wi fi vrlo loš, TV signal je imao stalne prekide. Hotel nije u skladu kategorije za koju se prodaje, živi na nekadašnjoj staroj slavi i zbog odlične lokacije

• Monika (7/5): Ich werde bestimmt irgendwann wieder kommen. - Das Führstück war sehr vielseitig, für jeden Geschmack war etwas zu finden. Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Badewanne ist recht hoch...., macht älteren Personen bestimmt Mühe.

• Dvir (10/5): Perfect hotel when visiting in Prague - I have been in Michelangelo hotel for a 5 days, and I am very recommend on this hotel. First of all, the location is the best, near almost every attraction in Prague. In addition, the breakfast was really good a lot of stuffs to eat and a great machine coffee. The cleaning service came every day, the room always being cleaned and it’s very satisfying. The room looks really great, very recommend!

• Ellen (10/5): Toplocatie als uitvalsbasis voor mooie dagen in Praag! - Heerlijk, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt , fantastische douche, lekker bed. Prima locatie naast metro en tramhalte . Spa in hotel was alleen een Beer spa, dat vonden wij jammer.
• Natalia (6/5): - Frühstück war ok, war alles dabei. Die Lage war auch gut. Es war ruhig, direkt neben der Installation Franz-Kafka-Kopf vor dem Quadrio-Zentrum. Nach Gulli riechendes Badezimmer. Wenn man die Lüftung einschaltet, war der Geruch weg. Wenn man jedoch lange unterwegs war und das Badezimmer somit nicht gelüftet wurde, roch es schon stark nach Abwasserkanal, unangenehm.

• Giuseppe Marchese (10/5): G. H. Michelangelo e Praga... Top - Grand Hotel Michelangelo, assolutamente impeccabile. Perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! Si trova vicinissimo a due linee della metropolitana: la linea A (verde) collega direttamente l’aeroporto a Mustek e viceversa. L’hotel è bellissimo, la camera spaziosa, comoda e perfettamente pulita, con letti davvero comodissimi. La colazione è super, con un’ampia scelta sia dolce che salata, e tutto è davvero molto buono. Non volevo più andare via: è la soluzione perfetta per visitare Praga, in pieno centro e con tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Che dire… assolutamente perfetto!

• Cornelia (10/5): Ein prächtiges Hotel in der prächtigen Stadt Prag. - Sehr elegantes Hotel. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Blick zum ruhigen Innenhof. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Bequeme Betten. Es ist perfekt gelegen zwischen Altstadt und Wenzelsplatz. Bequeme Betten. Angenehm leise Klaviermusik im Frühstücksraum. Frühstücksbüffet mit viel Auswahl und Liebe zum Detail. Freundliches Personal. Für uns alles top. Ein Schrank oder Kommode im Schlafbereich wäre schön. Das hat uns aber für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt nicht gestört.
• Ariel (5/5): טעון שיפור - המיקום. פעם שלישית או רביעית במלון, ולצערי ניכר שחלה הדרדרות רצינית. רמת נקיון נמוכה מאוד, לא החליפו סדינים רק אחרי 3 ימים שבקשתי, חדרניות השאירו מגבות על הרצפה בכניסה לחדר לפני שבאו לנקות, לא הגייני ולא סטרילי בשום צורה. סבון ידיים נגמר, ביקשתי מספר פעמים עד שפניתי למנהל כדי לטפל בזה. אחד הדברים האהובים עליי הייתה ארוחת הבוקר במלון, שגם כאן לצערי כבר לא אותה האיכות והרמה כמו שהיה. פניתי עם התלונות האלה לצוות הלובי, אין באמת עם מי לדבר.. בנוסף אחרי כל החוויה הזו חוייבתי ב50 אירו נוספים על צק אאוט מאוחר(ב17:00), היה נחמד מאוד אם היו לא מחייבים על זה לאחר התחושה הלא נעימה. מקווה שישתפרו, כנראה שבפעם הבאה אבקר במלון אחר..

• NedzerNolan (7/5): Great location - Excellent location, close to the old town and tourist spots Clean Good buffet breakfast This isn’t a five-star hotel and is more likely a 3-star at best. The staff are fairly indifferent and service is pretty basic rather than attentive or personalised. The facilities are also quite simple, covering the essentials without anything extra. On the positive side, the location is very convenient and close to everything you might need, so it works well if you just want somewhere central to stay.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, unterstützt gern. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl. Viele Junggesellenabschiede und Bachelorparty-Gruppen auch rund um das Hotel unterwegs. Laut und alkoholisiert.

• Riezy09224 (9/5): wir kommen gern wieder. - sehr angenehm überrascht über die Qualität der Zimmer un die Ruhe trotz Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Organisation eines Stellplatzes fürs Auto in der Garage eines kooperierenden Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Belüftung des oberen Maissonettzimmers könnte besser sein. Die Klimaanlage hat nur die verbrauchte Luft abgekühlt.

• Heidi (7/5): Good stay, great location and fab breakfast with something fir everyone. - Breakfast was great, staff very helpful and great location for all attractions being in walking distance. Storage in room and bathroom very poor, no mirror at dressing table, no drawers, open style wardrobe next to bed, everything on display and made room feel untidy. Coffee machine but no kettle, so water out of machibe asn't hot enough to make tea. No where to place wash items in shower. Room wasn't cleaned properly just the bare minimum bins emptied and bed made only, no surfaces wiped and floor not swept. Hotel communal areas felt dated and tad shabby.

• Martin (7/5): Excellent location and breakfast, rooms OK, but not exactly to my expectations. - Room were quiet even in middle of city center. Breakfast was excellent, could not have been better. Room was slightly smaller than expected. Some pictures on booking.com indicates sitting space with extra chair(s), and some with a small extra table. One room had neither. The other room had one extra chair. Room is supposed to be 23 sqm. I did not measure exactly, but I find it hard to be our room was that size.

The room was quiet and had a large, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was truly excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
• Carlos (2/5): Un hotel de 5 estrellas pero en realidad ni 3 le daba yo. - El sitio. Teniendo en cuenta que era de 5 estrellas, no tenía nada especial. El personal cuando llegamos no se dignaron ni a salir del mostrador para llevarnos las maletas pero era eso un hotel de 5 estrellas?????

• sophiemP746IA (8/5): Good stay, a few key things to improve - Hotel is in a great location with most things in walking distance, there is also easy transport links near by if needed. The rooms are nice and comfortable, staff were friendly, atmosphere was generally okay, and value for money was also quite good. Cleaniness was a slight issue, we had a stained robe and towel which were unused by us, the tv remote was filthy, and the menu had coffee staines on. I told reception who said they would get it sorted, but nothing happened from there. The breakfast was also definitely not 5*, very small selection and not the best food. Overall, I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5* but it is in a great location for exploring Prague.
