- Heady (8/5): Perfect place to stay and not have to leave the premises for anything. - Beautiful lobby, awesome pool, kids splash pad section and bar with food. The location is conveniently located by great restaurants and a cvs pharmacy which was within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was also good. Our tub didn’t look very clean and my daughter found a toenail on the bedsheet. Seems like this room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

- Singh (7/5): - Location I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of hospitality I experienced during my visit on March 19 2025 in the evening particularly at the reception.i was attended along with my husband by a African American Lady. She was racist . As soon as I arrived and was introducing myself she interrupted and asked for I D did not let me finish and then interrogation as to why we came to Orlando, for reference I stayed at 335 room no. From the moment I arrived, the behavior and attitude of the reception staff were far from welcoming or professional. I encountered a lack of basic courtesy, delayed assistance, and an overall indifferent approach toward addressing my concerns. As a guest, I expected a warm and respectful interaction, but unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. Such treatment not only caused inconvenience but also left a negative impression of your establishment. Hospitality is a key aspect of the hotel industry, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure better training and conduct of your front desk staff so that future guests do not face similar issues. - MMILEZ (10/5): A Long Drive - Wife and kids drove 17+ hours to Orlando. Although not our final destination the Faifield Inn did it's job. It's property is attached to the Spring Hill Inn so they do share services. The ourdoor pool looked tempting for all ages and the the buffet breakfast although organized chaos (I mean that in a good way) it is plentiiful. Definitely a W (win) when staying in Orlando!

The only thing I didn't like was that they only cleaned the room every two days. There's nowhere to put bath towels to dry, so they need new ones the next day, and I had to ask for them every time.
