The hotel provides a great breakfast with a good selection for all types of appetites. I did have a problem with my hair dryer and this was resolved super quickly. We had a double bed and my side of the bed, the mattress and been packed out with towels?? Not sure what this was trying to achieve but perhaps to hide the dip in the bed? However the dip was far more comfortable than laying on multiple hard towels. Also the shower leaked badly so the shower room was flooded after each use.

Colazione appena passabile. Ci sono macchie in tutta la moquette, si sentono i vicini di camera urlare e fare rumore, il doccino del bagno era difettoso e si muoveva non appena qualcuno nelle camere vicino apriva l'acqua, sbattendo contro il vetro della doccia. Tutto era lurido e pieno di macchie. Il letto era sfondato. Mi sono lamentata con booking, mi hanno risposto che la struttura aveva provveduto a cambiare la camera (cosa non vera). Quando ho fatto check out, l'hotel mi ha pagato il taxi per aeroporto. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Foto assolutamente non realistiche.

- Lisa (9/5): Top voor als je comfort luxe wil en op doorrijs bent - Het was netjes en schoon en zoals op de foto’s ja het kan hier en daar wat beter. Tot nu toe nog geen enkel hotel gehad wat niet gehorig was. Top locatie je bent zo bij de ben market en zoals op bij de drukke straat. Maar alles is druk in Ho Chi Minh. Personeel echt super lief. Te lief gewoon. Voelde soms beetje ongemakkelijk maar dat hoort bij het hotel. Het ontbijt was zo uitgebreid dat ik gewoon niet kon kiezen. Echt top en lekker. Het zwembad zat op de eerste verdieping en niet echt zon daarom. Dit had ik uiteraard van te voren kunnen zien. Maar was voor ons jammer. Je had niet echt het gevoel dat het een zwembad was.

Walking distance for the markets , Bin than and underground Sense market. Vry clean and nice spread for breakfast. The receptionists Daisy & jodie were very helpful for us. All the other staffs are very nice. I've to mention only one thing. Not accessable for disable people. There's some steps to climb to enter the hotel even for breakfast buffet. But for us it was fine.

It's aged and needs renovating to keep to the standard of a 4 stars hotel. The swimming pool is indoor and smells not so inviting. The whole floor of gym, swimming pool and spa doesn't smell like a place where you can spend relaxing time there. The breakfast is poor. The bathroom is old smelly.

I am sitting up, it is 23:06 awake at the noise, it seems like someone is dragging furniture around the room. This is my second night and the noise is persistent. I called reception to report the noise, nothing was done. If you value your sleep and relaxation, do not book.

The room had great features and the indoor jacuzzi bath was a real luxury. Service was generally excellent, particularly Rachel in the restaurant team who was waiting every morning with a smile and couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea each day. The location was perfect - close enough to all the central sights and restaurants either to walk or use Grab taxi. Whilst the room has great features, the bathroom in general could do with some updating. The outside jacuzzi whilst also a real attraction for us to book this hotel/room does also require some refurbishment/ updating to give it the luxury feel you expect. Given is the premium room in the hotel, it can be a little noisy from the hotel air conditioning units and the restaurant chairs upstairs.

All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was well equipped and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast on the 12th floor was plentiful with a wide choice of hot and cold options.The pool bar offers a good choice of drinks and snacks- it’s open to the street but sheltered from the sun. Reception staff and doormen were particularly good.

Breakfast was rich enough and we had possibility to schoose from variety of dishes. The pool is really small, and you get sun just for an hour or two (if you want to relax by the pool lying in the sun). Sound isolation between rooms could be improved.

- N8733EXtomh (6/5): Average - My wife and I stayed for three nights in February 2026. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. However, there was significant street noise both during the day and throughout the night, which made it difficult to fully relax. One concerning experience was with one of the ddoormen who offered us what was described as a “good deal” on currency exchange — but the rate was approximately 25% below market value. I would strongly recommend avoiding this and using a reputable exchange service instead. The rooms and elevators are quite small, which may be an issue for some guests. The restaurant and bar on the 12th floor were unavailable for use. On our every night, the restaurant and bar access was completely restricted due to very loud private parties that could be heard on the floors below. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 — a great location, but with some notable drawbacks.

- TracyH537 (10/5): Lovely stay super friendly staff - We stayed for 3 nights in a City Aura room. It’s was a decent enough room with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. The bed does take up a lot of the space in the room. We requested a walk in shower as some rooms show shower over bath. The bathroom was a bit tight but for a short stay it’s fine. Free mini bar is a nice touch. It was a bit noisy on one of the nights but that was a Saturday night. The breakfast is delicious with enough selection to suit all. We ate in the restaurant in the evenings and the food was excellent. Maybe a bit more expensive than eating outside but worth the extra. The restaurant staff are simply lovely. So friendly and always happy, welcoming and smiling. It was my birthday and they were really sweet singing happy birthday and prepared some cakes. Really nice hotel in a central location, we had a super stay

Special mention to Kaiser who was always waiting for us with a towel when we got out of the pool and to Joyce for her fabulous bar tending skills. - Diane (7/5): Hôtel qui aurait besoin d’amour - Le hall d’entrée est magnifique, la salle à manger vitrée est très lumineuse avec une vue (12e étage) sur la ville , les chambres sont propres et le personnel est accueillant et gentil. Les corridors et les chambres auraient besoin d’une rénovation. Les tapis dans les corridors dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Le mobilier est vieux, il manque d’éclairage dans les chambres et elles ne sont pas très bien insonorisées… on entend les portes qui claquent, les voisins qui parlent et qui utilisent les toilettes et les douches. De plus, le plancher de la salle de bain est inondé chaque fois qu’on prend une douche.

- Stefan (3/5): Sub par at best - The location and the room were as expected I submitted a request for late check out which was approved for 6pm, which was then rejected upon arrival at check in. I then asked to book an additional night, which was met with an offer to upgrade to a more expensive room otherwise all other rooms were apparently booked. I later found a room online that was available at the same hotel and for the same room as my initial booking... Essentially a scam run by the hotel to force upgradeds. Very disappointing. Staff were not helpful and hung up when I called about a laundry request. Staff also called our room at 12:30pm to inform us that we had put an odd number of socks in our laundry... Later they called again to say they couldn't complete our washing on time, which was then corrected in the same call. Overall very unorganised and poorly managed.

What really put us off was the end of our stay. My brother and SIL booked a seperate room as well but we were staying a day longer. When they checked out their,flight was late afternoon, so they came to our room to store their bags. We went to leave the room, opened the door and there was a staff member listening at the door. Very uncomfortable and weird. Our least fav hotel in Vietnam.

My wife had to rebook and pay again, I have not received the refund on the initial booking as promised either. Would not recommend for any business travellers or companies who need to book for their employees.

We booked this as our one night of a treat hotel, for NYE. More than 6 times than we paid anywhere else in Vietnam. Our room was so disappointing. The “huge window” advertised, looked straight into the brick wall of the neighbouring building, 8 stories up. No natural light at all. Like a prison cell. It was really misleading and dishonest. The reception staff were totally uninterested in rectifying that. The pool was great for the kids but the water was freezing. The restaurant was closed for a private function so no food available in house. The worst place we stayed in Vietnam. Read above! Terrible room with no window.
