- chikako (7/5): - スタッフの方、外国人の方がとても多いと思いました。どの方も親切丁寧でした。 部屋にペットボトルのお水があり良かったです。 シャワーの水圧もしっかりありました。 心斎橋駅から近いのも良いです。 モーニングでパンを食べたかったけど 種類少ない、パンコーナー狭すぎる、 前の人が焼いてるとなかなか空かない。 これが残念でパン食べませんでした。 あとは 古いことですかね… ドライヤーとか… 綿棒とか欲しかったです。 お風呂上がりの耳拭きに。 有る物と思い持って行きませんでした。

- xuejing (5/5): 在住过的hotel里性价比并不高 - 地理位置还可以吧 离地铁站6-7分钟 说不上特别近但也确实不远 周围药妆店便利店咖啡厅很近 比较方便 没有洗衣服务非常不方便 并且棉签化妆水乳液一类的东西也都没有 也没提供咖啡or茶 可以说是住过为数不多没有这些东西的hotel了

- Gilbert Hailue (7/5): Won't be my first choice next time in Osaka, but would stay again. - Location was decent, close to 7/11 and short walk away from metro. Staff was helpful, especially when we had to discard a damaged suitcase for a small fee. House keeping staff made sure that we were left with fresh towels and bottled water by the door, when we had do not disturb for the day. There were no laundry facilities. The cleaning could use significant improvement, there were small amounts of sunflower seed shells under the desk, when we checked in. The bathroom had a consistent minor, but noticeable odour throughout the stay.

- Rita (7/5): - 就在心齋橋及長堀橋站中間，可步行至心齋橋。 酒店房內會供應2支水及拖鞋。 酒店房間偏小，而且設備有點老舊，房間不太隔音。 能看到的地方有做清潔，看不見的都是塵。（床下底） 另外，浴室沒有防滑墊，很易滑到。 床比其他商務酒店更軟，有點過軟。

- Yoshiaki (2/5): メンテナンスが出来ていないホテル - 特になし ユニットバスの排水が不調らしく疲れて戻りお湯を湯船に入れて入り気持ちよくしていてふと横をみると排水が逆流？したのかゴミらしき物と共に床一面が水浸しで出るに出られずとても困りました。 水が引いて翌朝トイレを使うとウォッシュレットの電源が入らずでした。受付にクレーム入れてもスタッフは外国人で話が通じず2度と泊まりたくないホテルでした。

El servicio de limpieza muy deficiente, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia! la recepción pasable, un hotel de esta categoría no debería de permitirse una recepción con capas de polvo enormes

- Checkque (8/5): Great location and good value - Great location—within walking distance to three different train lines and very close to Shinsaibashisuji, which is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself is clearly dated and could use a renovation. The room size is typical for a business hotel in Japan. Staffs were friendly. The best part of this hotel is the value—it offers excellent pricing compared to other hotels in the area.

- Prithivi Raj (4/5): Very disappointing room and poor standards. - For the price I paid, this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my life. The room was the smallest. Hardly had space to walk or keep any stuff we had. The fridge was not cold at all. We bought few boxes of yoghurt and all was spoilt the next day. We did not have any hot drinks in the room. The tv was all in Japanese language only. There was no chair to seat in the room. We could hardly even walk around the bed in the room. This is one of the most disappointing rooms I’ve ever booked considering the amount we paid.

Another staff is VU, he also very helpful, so we already the same hotel again. And , my kids like the hotel very much, the room is very big and the hotel location is very convenience, We like it very much.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 心斎橋駅付近で雰囲気もお値段も良いホテルです。ロビーフロントはアンティーク調でとても素敵でした。室内は所謂ビジホにある作り。使い勝手は良いです。エアコンがオートロックと連動してないのもよかった。また心斎橋エリアで宿泊するときはお世話になります。
- Verified traveler (8/5): IP CITY HOTEL OSAKA - 패밀리 스위트에 묵었습니다. 패밀리스위트는 후기가 별로 없는것 같아 남겨봅니다. 장점 1. 엄청나게 큰 방 - 거의 작은 방 5-6개를 합친 크기 입니다. 어른2, 아이2 갔는데 엄청 넉넉했고 대형 욕조가 있어 좋았습니다. 2. 위치 - 신사이바시역이 있는 대로를 기준으로 남쪽은 도톤보리부터 유흥가가 이어져 아이와 지나다니면서도 좀 민망했는데, 대로 북쪽은 한적하고 좋았습니다. 메인 쇼핑로드와도 매우 가까워서 편리했습니다 - 주변에 유명 와인샵들이 있어 가족여행중에 잠깐 방문하기 좋습니다 !!! 단점 1. 배관문제 - 많은 후기에 있었던 배수 및 악취 문제가 살짝 있었습니다. 기타 1. 약간의 해프닝이 있었는데 직원분들이 성심성의것 해결해 주셨습니다.
- Yasuki (10/5): - 繁華街とは少し外れたビジネス街にあるので静かで治安も良いです。歩いてすぐ商店街に行けるので荷物を一度置いてから遊びに行くことも出来ます。スタッフさんは丁寧です。部屋も清潔でコーヒーと天然水が無料で付いてます！どうしても、一つマイナス点を上げるとすれば、ユニット風呂のお湯と水の調節が難しいくらいです。値段の割にめちゃめちゃ良いです！大満足！

- Yui (6/5): - 設備は古いものの小綺麗に手入れされていました。 ただし、ユニットバスのシャワーカーテンがカビで真っピンクに、、、 残念でした。 またフロントはゆったり腰掛けてチェックイン、チェックアウトができるようですが、ビジネスの人とかお急ぎの方はちょっと煩わしいかも。 フロントスタッフが座ったままこちらを見上げながらのチェックアウトでした。
- ANNA (8/5): - Good location. The lobby looks impressive but the rooms are very basic . Nice reception staff. Room service/cleaning was very basic: bins were emptied daily and towels were changed daily. Room was not vacuumed for two weeks during our stay. Free bottled water was provided daily and some green tea bags which was lovely. There was a kettle in the room and a fridge. Bath tub was lovely and deep ,great shower. We didn’t come to Japan to stay in a hotel so it did what it needed to do - to provide us with a base for out stay.

- Camilla (2/5): - Opholdet var på 6 nætter og der blev ikke ordnet seng eller skiftet sengetøj en eneste gang. Afviste selv rengøring 1 gang, men ellers kunne de komme ind hver dag. Der blev skiftet hndklæder hver dag, men havde indtryk af at de bare blev lagt sammen. En af sidste dage havde jeg ikke fået mascaraen helt af og der kom lidt på håndklædet og det var der også da jeg kom tilbage, det var bare hængt ordentlig op. Komfort havde været en del bedre hvis de ikke havde smidt en seng ekstra ind som der ikke var plads til og heller ikke passede med lys og stikkontakter. Service. Ved indtjekning fik jeg ikke noget at vide om hotellet eller servixe de har. Da jeg snakkede med receptionen ang. manglende skift af sengetøj fik jeg at vide at jeg kunne ligge en seddel på sengen/døren var de lidt ligeglade. Snakkede også med recptionen ved udtjekningen og der var de bare mere ligeglade og forstod heller ikke engelsk selv om der står de er flersproget. Så alt i alt en lidt dårlig oplevelse.

- Cha (6/5): - Friendly front desk staff but having had problem; hard times to get information re: how to get around city etc. If was however fact that DENNI, person who was working in the afternoon was very much helpful when having trouble with refrigerator in the room. I would use thisfacility again if I would come.

- WorldTravellerSoon (10/5): 2 minutes to Shinseibashi !! - Ip City Hotel is just 2 minutes walking to Shinsaibashi shopping area and metro station. It is super convenient if you enjoy shopping. The hotel and rooms are a bit older but very clean. Our room is about 270 sq ft which is a good size for us. It is very quite at night. There is shampoo, conditioner and slipper in the room. Coffe and tea are in the lobby. You need to bring your body lotion and other amenities. We brought a streaming stick to watch youtube at night.

- Pamela (1/5): Bad - Staff, especially the Indian guy was rude not accommodating at all. Beds were tiny...we are 6 foot tall people. Staff were just ignorant and not accommodating. Will never recommend.
- Kevin (7/5): Okay Inn - Only the reception landing has good interior British style design. Initially we were given smoking floor. We had to change and then was given family room. Family room is just two double-beds crammed in a normal single room. No space to open luggage, etc. Also, seems they don't vacuum or tidy under the beds :(

- Boban (8/5): Günstiges, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit SERVI - Günstiges und dementsprechendes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal, dass uns größere Betten zur Verfügung gestellt haben und insgesamt den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet haben

Even though I went during autumn when the weather was around 7-16 degrees, I still felt hot, and the room air conditioning did not function properly. I had to keep the window open all the time, which resulted in a lot of noisy sounds
