Throughout our trip in Japan this girl was the only one not friendly.

Stanza abbastanza grande per la media giapponese. Bagno confortevole e spazioso. Mancanza di un armadio. Le valigie vanno risposte sotto i letti, altrimenti non c'è spazio per muoversi.

- Milioli (5/5): Não recomendo. - Localização muito boa Atendimento na recepção horrível, sem qualquer sorriso ou gentileza para quem está chegando cansado de viagem. Além disso, a acomodação era em prédio diferente do da recepção, necessitando levar todas as malas pela rua até um prédio nas proximidades. Por fim, quarto praticamente sem janelas, pois as aberturas não tinham vista, somente as paredes de outros prédios muito coladas. Não recomendo. Nesta faixa de preço, há opção bem melhor.

- Hae Won (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Einziger positiver punkt beim hotel war die Lage. Wir haben es gar nicht verstanden warun das hotel beim booking.com so gut bewertet wurde. Das personal (ein jünges mädel) an der rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Sie hatte uns noch nicht einmal begrüsst und auf unsere Fragen nur knapp und reserviert geantwortet. Auch beim auschecken hatte sie uns noch nicht einmal tschüss gesagt. Die erste erfahrung, die wir Japaner so unfreundlich erlabt haben. Und die Bettbelagen waren ziemlich alt. :(

- kuma (9/5): 非常棒！ - 浴室太舒适了！给满分给到浴室！卫生间很大！浴室也很大！总之浴室超出预期!! 地理位置很棒，离新宿御苑电车站很近，附近便利店很多，去新宿走路也是十分钟路程，非常方便，还有世界堂就在附近。但毕竟离二三丁目比较近，小路区域人员比较杂乱。但是也有警察署在附近，还是很有安全感的 基本无～

- Alyuspe (10/5): - Lo que mas me gustó fue la atención en recepción y la ubicación, cerca de combinis y de una parada de metro. Cada dia te cambiaban tanto toallas como lo que hubieses utilizado (cepillo de dientes, toallitas de ducha...). Además el último dia nos arreglaron los papeles para enviar las maletas al siguiente hotel (15€) solo les dimos los datos y se hicieron cargo de todo. Nos dejamos una cosa el dia que nos fuimos y dijeron que no la habían encontrado, cuando sabemos que estaba ahí. Supongo que la atención termina cuando termina el servicio.

Te cobraban si querias dejar una valija en depósito por falta de espacio en la habitación. Nos dieron una botella de agua el día que llegamos y después nunca más, estuvimos 6 noches. - Hiraani Aija (10/5): Amazing stay, highly recommend! - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. It was absolutely spotless and room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bathrobes. The room was incredibly spacious considering it’s in Tokyo (larger than most hotels in UK/Europe). Fridge freezer also included, along with hangers for clothes which many hotels don’t have. Location is excellent - 2 minute walk from cafes, 7-Eleven & train station (not the main Shinjuku station). If we re-visit Tokyo again we will definitely re-book this hotel. Thank you!

- Chantal (7/5): Privates Onsen - Man hat ein persönliches Onsen im Zimmer, das war herrlich. Super Ausgestattet mit Kosmetik. Das Zimmer ist Minikleid und wir haben direkt auf eine Wand des Nachbargebäude geschaut, sprich fast kein Lichteinfall. Das Personal erledigt ihre Arbeit gut, ist aber nicht sehr freundlich.

- eunhee (8/5): 만족스러운 숙소 - 위치는 신주쿠역에서 15분~20분 걸어서 갈 만한 거리였습니다. 신주쿠교엔마에 역은 3분 거리에 있어서 자주 이용했고, 근처에 편의점이 많아서 좋았습니다. 숙소 체크인할때도 친절히 도와주셨고, 시설도 좋았습니다. 트리풀룸을 사용했는데 방 크기는 4명 가족이 묵기에 적당했습니다. 화장실 넓고 욕조가 있어서 피로 풀기에 아주 좋았어요. 침구가 살짝 오래된 느낌이긴 했는데 불만스럽진 않았습니다. 창문을 열 수 없어서 환풍기를 계속 틀어놓았는데, 환풍기 소리가 약간 컸어요.

Lage sehr schön, Nähe Park, Nähe Shinjuku Bahnhof (2 U-Bahnstation, aber Fußweg auch gut möglich), nette Restaurants in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Eine einzige sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, alle anderen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- 苑緋 (7/5): 離新宿御苑前站很近、可寄放行李隔天再取 - 1.離新宿御苑前站很近，附近有好吃的烏龍麵(切麦や 甚六) 2.他可以寄放行李到隔天再取(500日圓/件)，我們去箱根住一天非常方便不用拖著大行李跑 3.走到新宿逛街也不算太遠 4.因為無障礙空間所以浴室很大，但也為了做無障礙空間入口處是個斜坡不好利用空間 因為是標準雙人房-附加床，所以空間非常小，三個人要攤開行李有困難，放了行李後連走路都有點窄道不方便

- Gerald (6/5): It was ok, other cities we stayed in those accommodations were much nicer. - Close to all the areas we wanted to go to. Convenience store, transportation and laundry were very close by. In our room there was only one sink which was multi use for the kitchen, bathroom and shower. The bathroom had no privacy so you had to change your clothes on a wet floor which was where the drain was at. The iron they initially gave us didn't work then they gave us an iron that leaked and didn't work until we finally got an iron that worked three days in. When we checked in it wasn't clear on the booking site that we had to walk down the street to another building which was noticeably different than the original building which was nicer.

- Glen (9/5): - We got a twin room. Really surprised by the size of the room, way bigger than we have experienced before! Queen size double and king single. The facilities were great. We were on 5th floor. Quiet. No house keeping during our stay, not sure if that's standard but didn't worry us. Nice location but not at Shinjuku station about a 10min walk away. We had our own Sim but we couldn't get the wifi to work. Never asked but unsure if there is actually free wifi or not. Pillows are hard but beds very comfortable.
- Florian (8/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt mit kleinen Störfaktoren - Sehr sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Gepäck kann vor Check in abgestellt werden. Zwar wird dies in eine Garage neben dem Haupteingang gestellt, die etwas chaotisch aussieht, aber sicher ist das Gepäck dort auf jeden Fall und das ist die Hauptsache. Großes Badezimmer bestehend aus Vorzimmer mit Waschbecken und moderner Toilette und seperaten Waschraum mit Badewanne und Waschbereich. Ausreichend Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Zimmergröße. Großer Fernseher, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Kostenloses WIFI war immer schnell und zuverlässig. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ruhige Gegend, wodurch man von Menschen keinen Lärm erwarten kann. Die Kopfkissen sind sehr prall und lassen sich nicht wirklich den persönlichen Vorlieben anpassen. Die Matratze war eine der weniger harten, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, obwohl sie trotzdem noch relativ hart ist. Die Rollos am Fenster dunkeln das Zimmer nicht ausreichend ab, da sie einen leichten Abstand zur Wand vom Fenster haben. Hier also auf jeden Fall eine Augenmaske mitbringen. Fenster sind relativ hellhörig, wodurch man Hintergrundrauschen von außen mitbekommt. Allerdings ist die Gegend relativ ruhig und sollte wie bei uns zu keinem Problem werden.

- Jacob (9/5): Great stay. - Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable, loads of amenities provided. Hotel was in a great location, nearest station only a couple of minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I’d say is it’s slightly expensive for what it is, but you’ll find this is mostly the case in Tokyo.

- Angela (5/5): You get what you pay for - The location and price were great, the bathroom was huge! The bedroom was tiny, the staff were unfriendly, the water was highly chlorinated, the bedrooms walls were dirty, sheets were dirty. Towels were yellow (supposed to be white)

- Crowe (8/5): Enjoyed the facility and location - Location is great, near Shinjuku’s main entertainment areas without being tight in the craziness. The sheets on the two single beds in our triple room were not large enough to be tucked in so by morning the people in those beds were sleeping on the mattress cover. Minor issue but worth mentioning.

- Megan (6/5): Dissatisfied with quality. - The location was okay, there were a lot of things nearby and it was easy to walk to the main city. Our room was located two blocks away in a random apartment building. It was inconvenient to lug all of our luggage. Room was dirty and nothing like the pictures advertised. Beds were uncomfortable and being in a two twin/one queen bedroom one twin bed honestly shouldn’t have been there, it was SO tight. As our last hotel in our two week trip through Japan, we couldn’t wait for check out.
- SZE WAH (8/5): - 酒店位置非常方便，就在丸之內線新宿御苑站３號出口附近，車站出口上來就有超市跟便利店，從車站走到酒店也僅僅數分鐘，酒店徒步走到新宿也是１５分鐘左右，有點靜中帶旺的氣氛 附近街道有不少食店及居酒屋，酒店街口轉角還有一家人不太多的米芝蓮拉麵店 喔還有，浴室是澡堂式、有洗身體區域跟浴缸的大浴室，可以先放水在慢慢洗真是意外享受 第一天感覺很正常，但第二天住宿時清潔人員非常馬虎，留下換走的枕頭套在床頭、將我的衣服隨處擺放，本來特意留下做塑膠瓶回收的膠袋被收走了（裡面有放幾個空瓶，還特別綁在固定地方），廁所該換的毛巾卻又沒有換 回房的時候大部分東西的位置都跟我離開房間時不同，差點還以為被偷東西，幸好檢查過後沒有任何損失

- Ross (7/5): Well situated hotel with only a short walk to transport and activities. - Large room was suitable to fit a family of four. Washing machines on the same floor were also very handy. Hotel was able to organise baggage transfer to Osaka and staff were very friendly. Easy walk from Shinjuku station if catching the N’EX, but also a convenient Metro station just around the corner. Not many facilities in-house, but plenty of shops and eateries nearby to make up for it.

- Kevin (10/5): A bit of everything - Perfect location, close to one of the biggest stations in Tokyo but (oddly) also a few minutes away from quiet streets that feel like you're in a village. We were in the "annex" which meant 24 hour reception desk access like a hotel, but a cooker and a pretty private entrance/exit. Shop opposite also was one of the best for snacks we found anywhere, better than a Lawsons or 7-11.
