- Concernedmonkey (10/5): Greta hotel. Amazing area - Lovely hotel in a great part of town. Modern and clean with huge rooms and lovely bathrooms. The cafe downstairs is buzzy at all times and serves great coffee. I know some people criticised the breakfast but it is very good and let’s face it you’re all going to eat huge amounts later in the day anyway. Quiet and very easy to sleep

- Thiago (10/5): satisfatória - O breakfest é numa cafeteria comercial anexa , mas os hóspedes tem direito ao menu cortesia bem variado, porém todas opções vegetarianas e veganas, porém receitas sofisticadas e em boa quantidade. Tem um mercadinho bem na frente e pelo bairro bastante pubs, restaurantes, cafeterias e kioskos 24H. Não usei a sauna e nem a piscina, também não aproveitei a taça de vinho cortesia no fim de tarde pois estava calor na viagem. Tem frigobar e eles trocam as garrafas d agua diariamente. TV com canais locais e Netflix. por se localizar num bairro movimentado comercialmente não é tão silencioso , mas fechando bem as janelas e ligando o ar condicionado se resolve.

- Krystle (8/5): We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. The place is modern and in a great location, walking distance to the best restauran - The location and breakfast is the best! Front desk guy when we checked in was very rude. Other staff were nice. My kids were looking forward to swimming however the pool was green and moldy.

- MELISA (10/5): Relax asegurado en Palermo - El hotel está en una ubicación fantástica! Las instalaciones son nuevas y la decoración muy linda! Perfecto para relajarse unos días, recomiendo ir al sauna y los masajes de Gloria que son espectaculares. El personal es muy amable y en especial Alejandro que atendió todas nuestras consultas. El desayuno es muy sabroso y la cafetería está ambientada muy linda también.

- jose (5/5): Un tal Krista hotel, que de boutique no tiene nada - Hola, sin duda la ubicación es lo mas rescatable del hotel Primero que todo el hotel no debería llamarse boutique ya que no cuenta con ninguna característica que lo acerque a esta denominación, partiendo por el pésimo servicio, nunca vi a alguien a cargo del hotel solo un par de recepcionistas que ni se molestaban en saludar, el check in fue pésimo, nunca se nos recibió ni menos se nos explicó el funcionamiento e instalaciones del hotel, por otro lado el aseo deja mucho que desear . Por una de las cosas que también elegimos este hotel fue por su calidad de desayuno publicado, nos encantan los desayunos naturales a la carta, aunque no fue de mala calidad el servicio no fue de los mejores, entiendo que esta área es externalizada y por ende esta abierto a todo publico, que no me parece lo optimo, pero se debería tener mayor exclusividad con los huéspedes ya que todos los días tuvimos que tomar desayuno en el exterior con un sol muy molesto( favor poner un toldo y se evitan este problema, no es mayor inversión). Las habitaciones cumplen con lo básico de un hotel 4 estrellas, pero me parece poco practico y poco elegante dejar solo 2 toallas por persona ,se ve pobre y mas pobre un frigo bar vacío solo con dos botellas de agua recargada de la llave, intomable ( que verguenza) Los invito a darse una vuelta por Chile para que se empapen y conozcan el termino hotel boutique que al parecer lo desconocen.

- Ashe (10/5): Fantastic location, facilities and breakfast - Great location in Palermo SoHo, so many amazing restaurants and cute shops in easy walking distance. Easy check in, nice clean comfortable rooms. Shower was excellent with great pressure. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Good blackout curtains. Didn’t make use of the facilities, but loved that there was a pool, sauna and gym. Staff were very accommodating offering to turn the sauna on even if no one was booked in the spa. Breakfast in the café downstairs was excellent as you just order off a limited menu. Everything we had was excellent and coffees good too. There is also complimentary happy hour every afternoon (although the wines, I’d be happy to miss) still nice to have that option. Only slightly frustrating thing was no iron as I like to be more presentable when in a city.

- angelika (9/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Rundum perfekt! Würde meine Freunde und Familie hinschicken. - Das Frühstück wird im dazugehörigen Kaffee serviert. Man kann aus vier verschiedenen Bereichen wählen. Es wird frisch zubereitet und entspricht hohem vegetarischen Standard!! (Auch Veganer werden zufrieden sein!!) Ausserdem hat man die Option von hausgemachter Pflanzenmilch die ausgezeichnet ist. Es wird immer sofort ein grosses Wasser in der Flasche serviert, wahlweise mit oder ohne Kohlensäure. Die Poolarea ist wundervoll. Nur 5 Liegen. Aber ansonsten viele tolle Sitzgelegenheiten umgeben von Grün. Der Pool ist 11 Längen lang und die Liegen sind bequem. Ich habe auch immer Platz gefunden, war teilweise allein dort. Der Innenhof ist schön und es weht immer ein leichter Wind, was bei 30 Grad sehr angenehm ist. (Ich war im Februar 26 da.) Insgesamt gibt es sehr viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch gegen die Strasse, wenn man Leute beobachten möchte. Da das WLAN sehr gut ist, ist es auch super für Digitale Nomaden geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und grosszügig. Mit einem grossen Safe im Zimmer in dem auch der Laptop Platz findet. Es gibt eine Badewanne mit Dusche inklusive, sowie ein WC und ein Bidet. Der Platz neben dem Waschbecken ist ausgiebig. Die Pflegeprodukte riechen gut. Ich bin sehr empfindlich wenn es um die verwendeten Putzmittel in Hotels geht. Und hier waren keinerlei unangenehme Gerüche wahrzunehmen. Und es ist alles tiptop sauber! Die Lage ist genial und es hat zwei ausgezeichnete vegetarische Restaurants in 15 Minuten Fussweite. Das Puerta (vegetarisch) und das Mudra (pflanzenbasiert). Zum japanischen Garten sind es auch nur 45 Minuten. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht English. Das Taxi wurde mir gerufen und beim eintreffen wurde sofort nach mir gesucht. (Ich sass im Kaffee.) Das einzige was ich mir noch besser vorstellen könnte wäre, mehr lokale Früchte im Fruchtsalat. Und mitten in der Nacht, ist der Schirm einer der Lampen neben dem Bett herunter gefallen. Es wurde am kommenden Morgen sofort perfekt repariert.

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones fue rápido, eficaz y flexible en el horario El desayuno es algo escaso y el tiempo del servicio larguisimo. Demasiado tiempo para dos sencillos revueltos de huevos con la cafeteria medio vacia. De hecho sólo utilizamos el desayuno incluido en la reserva, uno de los cuatro días de la estancia.
- Jli267 (10/5): Would definitely return! - Very friendly and responsive staff. Room was clean and well maintained. Great shower! The breakfast venue was welcoming and the food and coffee great! The location was perfect for me with lots of bars and restaurant walkable. I checked out at 4am for an early flight which ended up cancelled… I returned to the hotel a few hours later- was welcomed back into the room I had vacated and I was able to book an extra night. The hospitality was much appreciated!

- Marcel (8/5): Great hotel, location and staff were excellent. - Really great property, the attached coffee shop Hobby for breakfast served the best coffee ever! Friendly concierge, really helpful. Comfy rooms, good location and right in Soho so could walk to the bars and restaurants. The pool was passable, but didn’t use that much as so busy out and about exploring.

Regrettably we did not discover Krista Boutique Hotel until our last night of holidays. What a fabulous place. Food, staff, location, value. All perfect. Absolutely nothing to report.

- Sveva Tabarrani (7/5): Room in Soho - Veeeery comfy bedsheets and overall very nice looking room / hotel Good breakfast The gym has a very weird treadmill - a went on a few miles run and i felt legit like it was breaking down while using it Communication with the staff was a bit odd - we had an early flight and asked for a "to-go" breakfast which seemed very hard to get, and only received old medialunas and yogurt, despite them having their own in-house coffee bar, with inlimited cake and cookies for breakfast (?)

Pool was empty half our stay and very dirty the other half. No umbrellas at the pool. When we checked in at 15h30 our room was not yet ready, we had to wait to 16h, although official checkin is at 15h. Not good service.

- Babiker Beck (9/5): Great choice to enjoy and explore the city. Recommend - Great location, felt like a real hotel, after traveling for long. Very nice vibe, great choice of hotel. There was a sewer smell comes and goes a specially in the night, it’s hard to ignore! The breakfast served in their Cafe is really not as good as the menu and you get not as good service as the paying customers! We did leave tip every time but the system just not working for my opinion. On the other hand the hotel has a nice coffee/tea corner at the lobby, was enough for me.

The pool and sitting areas are quiet and relaxing. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was at the coffee shop on the first floor and was very good. It was a popular place for people not staying at the hotel as well so it had an upbeat vibe to hang in throughout the day. It gets a bit noisy in the room late afternoon from all the people.

A máquina de café estava quebrada em um dos dias, e não havia nenhum café durante o café da manhã, o que foi um pouco decepcionante. A estrutura geral do hotel poderia ser melhor. Quarto não tem frigobar, serviço de quarto restrito, academia incompleta. Para um hotel que se diz Boutique, e para o valor que cobra, deixou um pouco a desejar. Precisa de mais atenção aos detalhes do quarto e das áreas comuns em geral.

- Sara (4/5): This is not a hotel - The best thing about this place is Gabriel at the front desk. Very friendly and kind. This is not a hotel. And it’s definitely not a boutique hotel. Just say what it is. It’s an apartment complex with a concierge. There’s no coffee in the room. There’s no amenities, no restaurant, no spa, except the ones that might be in some other part of the apartment complex…why hide it? Just say, this is an apartment complex. I’d like to be able to choose instead of being mislead.

- Relax21152147221 (10/5): Krista is great hotel - Krista is located in Palermo section of Buenos aires, they serve guests a limited breakfast in the morning, eggs toast and coffee. they serve lunch and dinner inside or outside. they have a pool and steam room and sauna. the hotel is very clean the beds are comfortable and the hotel has a modern look. highly recommended.
