- Alberto (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Hotel molto pulito con personale attento e disponibile. La terrazza è stupenda con vista sul porto. Camera: piccole disattenzioni che potrebbero migliorare il soggiorno. Nella mia camera ho trovato una sola piccola saponetta, nessun bagnoschiuma,un solo spazzolino da denti (ma siamo in due?!), carta igienica non logata, e di bassa qualità, mancanza di un menu’ cuscini. Couverture fatta un po troppo presto. Colazione: deludente nonostante la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Caffè servito senza piattini (dove metto il cucchiaino?) e prodotti non all altezza del blasonato nome .

There were issues with the bathroom! We called reception who addressed the issue. Unfortunately it wasn’t resolved even though they tried to fix the issue.

It was our first time in Naples and this hotel made us feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The Spa facilities was very complete and the treatments we received were excellent! We highly recommend their Michelin restaurant with nice views of Mount Versuvio for dinner and breakfast.

- Georges (8/5): Great staff and comfort, but overall not great value for money and missing a bit of its spark - Romeo Hotel — Very welcoming front desk, excellent and knowledgeable concierge, and a friendly, helpful portier. The bed was very comfortable. Location is great! What I didn’t like: the lobby feels like it’s missing a bit of soul, despite features like the water fountain. Breakfast was just okay—croissant and pain au chocolat were fine, but I expected more given there’s a 1★ Michelin restaurant in the same hotel. Everything is à la carte, and the staff could be more attentive. Overall, the value for money isn’t really there. it feels like the hotel has lost a bit of its spark. I also asked to extend my stay for 3 more and requested a better rate abut the response felt a bit rigid and not very accommodating, so I decided to check out.”
- Adrian (8/5): Very Acommodating staff with High End Design in Decent Location - The property is immaculate and very clean. The decor is captivating in the lobby area. The staff was very welcoming and made sure we were happy and taken well care of. There are more than enough places to eat nearby as well as shop. Most places to shop are no more than a 20 minute walk. The city is pretty dirty but at least this hotel is a gem. The pool's view of Vesuvius is nice. The port can be an eye sore but for those wanting to be near the port this is the best choice. The bathroom design is highly dysfunctional. There are a series of steps to perform just to turn on the shower. The door to the shower cuts in front of the bidet. There are more than 5 light switches to control different keys of the room and bathroom. I can understand being creative and innovative but it can be stressful just figuring out how to take a shower and when going to sleep what switch controls what light in the room.

Breakfast à la carte nice idea but quite basic and a lot of sweet items. Mould on some fruit in the berry bowl. Lack of personality/no interpersonal skills with some breakfast staff. There was an issue with the large overhead shower head not working, this still had not been fixed despite an engineer being called to look at the issue

We loved the modern and upscale rooms, staff was incredibly friendly and rewarding, the rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool was a fun addition, and it was walkable to the ferry port (our primary reason for booking). We felt very safe at this hotel, despite Naples being quite urban. We'd absolutely recommend this hotel!

Restaurant Ducasse trop guindé. Pas assez d'offre de petite restauration simple. A part le bar du rooftop. Offre de restauration cuisine typique italienne qui n'était pas au rendez-vous. Il faudrait prévoir un restaurant plus simple pour dîner, surtout pour les séjours de plusieurs nuitées.
- Marek (6/5): Not worth this price. - Clean rooms. Very nice view from the rooftop. Really tasty breakfast. Overpriced „sea view” is just a view at the warehouse that obscures the port and sea. Bad rotten smell at the reception. Add to that just-decent staff that added 50E tip to the checkout bill without asking(!) If I didn’t check the bill, they’d just charge it by default. Place felt like a rip off.

- Name-birthyear (10/5): Amazing Stay - I stayed in the Romeo Napoli while on vacation and could not have been more impressed! I chose the hotel because it was near to the water (and had incredible views!) and close enough to be easily walkable to many places around town. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even being right next to the elevator. There’s hotel has a wonderful onsite restaurant, along with a heated pool and bar on the top floor. But my favorite part of the hotel was the staff - from the second my car pulled up the staff were friendly and attentive. My bags were taken from my car to my room without me having to ask, the front desk was so generous with wonderful recommendations for food and places to see. They even went so far as to have a delicious cake sent to my breakfast table on my birthday (even though I hadn’t informed anyone that it was my birthday)! Honestly, this hotel was perfection and I can’t wait to visit again!!

Es gab keinen Platz zum Verweilen. Lobby war nicht geheizt, die Bar war geschlossen. Bar im 10. Stock war auch kalt und leer, gar nicht einladend. Frühstücks Service nicht aufmerksam, man musste alles mehrmals sagen.

- Rainer (5/5): Laut, Zimmer zu klein und kein Stauraum, Frühstücks-„Service“ funktioniert überhaupt nicht. - Tolles Design im ganzen Hotel, Toller und sehr großer Gym mit top Geräten. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Lage und wegen des Dachpools, Gym, Parkplatz fürs Auto und wegen des tollen Designs gebucht. Leider ist die Straße sehr befahren und es scheint, als wären alle Zimmer zur Straße hin gelegen. Für ein DZ über 1000 €/Nacht nicht OK. Im Deluxe Room Seaview kaum Schrankfläche und Platz für die Koffer; so räumten wir die Koffer für 3 Tage erst gar nicht richtig aus. Frühstück gab es für jede Wahl nur auf Bestellung, d.h. das Personal kam nicht hinterher, vergaß ständig etwas oder alles kam unpassend zeitverzögert. Unverständlich, warum man es so umständlich macht und sich somit viel Unzufriedenheit einholt.

If you want to have dinner or a drink, go somewhere nearby. Two nights in a row we waited half an hour at a table and finally had to ask for service. Will not try it the third time.

- UCFalum (10/5): Fantastic Base for Trip to Napoli - We stayed here for three nights while visiting Napoli and loved our stay. The staff is exceptional! The hotel itself is ultra-modern, super clean and definitely stylish! Location-wise, it's very close to the cruise ship terminal, a short walk to the Metro station (subway), and a 15-20 walk into the heart of Napoli's historic area with great cafes and bars. The front desk team was always eager to assist with directions and helpful suggestions. The rooms are very modern and clean wit lots of techy upgrades including extra power outlets and USB outlets. We didn't eat dinner in the dining room, but did have breakfast there daily and it was fantastic. Lunch on the pool deck was also very good, but pricey. I really don't have anything negative to say as we really enjoyed our stay!

- meghandZ7507OH (10/5): Incredible Team of Employees - What an incredible visit we had to the Romeo Napoli Hotel. We were initially greeted by an incredible Front Office Team, Doorman, and Porter. Chiara was our on-property hostess, and she was phenomenal. We had the Penthouse Suite and a Harborview Suite. The penthouse suite was the absolute best room I've ever stayed in. The sitting area, bedrooms, shower, sauna, etc... Front office team was Floriana, Marta, Valeria, Sara, Federica, Filippo, Davide, Andrea, Leandro, and Danilo. Doormen and Porters were Gianmarco, Roberto, Renato, Pasquale (strong as a bull!), Domenico, and Maunuel. Finally, Dinesh and Alessandro kept us full of beer, champagne, wine, and aperol spritz daily! We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Napoli!

The services by the pool were remarkable especially the delicious cocktails prepared meticulously by the skilful barman Dinesh W. Thank you so much for making my experience so enjoyable and memorable while I was there ! Also the Michelin stars dinning experience at Alain Ducasse was truly amazing ! For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the arse of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! The pollution these Behemoths chugged out would have blotted out the Sun but fortunately for us the wind was offshore, otherwise, I doubt I would have faired better than the locals of Pompei!

Our interconnected rooms had three toilets and two showers! We had an interconnecting room with our teenage children. The bathrooms/toilets had frosted glass. There was not much privacy when using the shower. Would have preferred a separate bathroom with a lockable door.

We stayed in the standard room - we do tend to agree with another reviewer that the layout of the room isn’t the most functional. It is true that if someone uses the bathroom during the night the light switches itself on and wakes up the other. The breakfast is al a carte and everything we had was great. Much prefer the Al a Cart breakfast instead of buffet. The waiters working at breakfast are so nice and welcoming, really rate Adolfo (I think that was his name, apologies if I didn’t remember correctly). The gym is excellent! We’ve would stay here again, but perhaps in a bigger room.

The staff is consistently friendly and professional, going above and beyond to accommodate us even when we arrived before check-in time. The rooftop bar is fantastic, the food is exceptional, and the pool is nothing short of magnificent. The restaurant is outstanding. We enjoyed the tasting menu and had two to three servers who were simply excellent—accommodating, sweet, and incredibly attentive. This was my second visit to Hotel Romeo, and I am certain it won't be my last.
- Nathan (2/5): The worst overall service ever received. AVOID! - * None of the rooms had shower gel supplied. When I asked for shower gel, there was a shrug and sigh from the receptionist and they reluctantly asked for house keeping to bring it. 45 mins later I returned o reception as it had not arrived. * The room was missing its directory card so I didn’t know which phone number to call for reception. * The taps were very loose, the cupboard door was hanging off and half the shower head jets were blocked and clogged. * House maid removed one of my wifes beauty products. We were accused by Marta of placing it near the bin and therefore confusing the maid * First morning at breakfast, pastries were provided for my wife and I. My daughter later joined us and asked for pastries, however Antonio told us that “we had enough to share”. * Second breakfast, order was incorrect and arrived all together despite ordering in 3 logical steps (pastries/fruit/hot). Only one set of cutlery was provided for all of the breakfast and no plates were provided. The coffee was cold and old, indicated by low temp and lack of crema (looked like filter coffee). Antonio was completely miserable and not interested in us and was walking off whilst we were still giving the order-this is why it was wrong as he was not listening. No waiters were smiling at all. * Dinner on the terrace was met with the same miserable, bored and disengaged waiter. This turned out to be the F&B manager. The list goes on and on- emailed hotel with complaints and not a single acknowledgmen.

- willmE3391DP (4/5): Fancy but not functional - This hotel has a very "modern" design, unfortunately, it makes little sense in terms of functionality. For example, the lights in the bathroom are on a one minute timer, and it's just glass between the bathroom and the bedroom, so if someone uses the restroom in the middle of the night, everybody wakes up. Additionally, the sliding glass door the separates the shower, sink, and toilet is just a sliding glass door. So you can select privacy for one, but not more than 1. The sink is I suppose "modern", but that means its just a flat basin, so when you turn the water on it splashes all over the place. The hot water did not work. The front desk did offer us another room, but we were just staging for a flight and thus it was already late. We booked the nice hotel trying to guarantee a nice place with nothing to worry about, and it failed to deliver.

- kevin (8/5): - We finished off our wonderful Italy trip with a couple of nights in Napoli. We took some time deciding where to stay and whilst the ROMEO was the more expensive option we really enjoyed our time there and the main feature was the pool / bar area on the 10th floor which had fab views of the port area and Mount Vesuvius. The overall hotel set-up is really cool and the staff were very courteous and helpful. We upgraded to a Deluxe Harbour View room that are on the 5th and 6th floors giving better views of the port but I suggest you push for 6th as we were on the 5th & still had a view of a warehouse
- Keith (8/5): Very good - The hotel was very nice, the front desk staff were very helpful. The manager was helpful dealing with a problem with noise. From the rooftop bar you can see Vesuvius and the bay of Naples BUT in the area in front of the hotel is a six lane busy and noisey road, two tram lines, a car park, a lorry park, a derelict building, a working port loading and unloading ferries all day and up to four cruise ships.

- 620renauds (8/5): A good choice - One of the best in Naples. Rooms are a bit small for the price. We had one overlooking the harbour but the view on mega cruise liners is not so good. The breakfast is fantastic, the roof terrace splendid and the Ducasse restaurant excellent. Centrally located. Friendly staff.

- 692brantw (10/5): Beautiful hotel staffed by a great group of people focused on making your stay a pleasure. - From check-in to check-out, the hotel experience was lovely. The restaurant is a treat. So much attention to detail. Be sure to visit the rooftop bar! Dinesh made us feel at home in the beautiful surroundings. We won’t ever forget his hospitality, delicious beverages and the amazing snacks from chef Alex. Thank you both for making our stay special!
