- jayanteet (6/5): Syay at Grand Continental kuala lumpur - We had a very nice stay at Hotel Grand Continental Malaysia, Jalan Belia. The reception staff, especially Mrs. Abisha, was very helpful, always smiling, and took the time to listen and advise. The food was good, and the service throughout our stay was pleasant. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality!

- 619majedi (4/5): Good Potential, But Needs Major Upgrades to Be a True 4-Star Hotel" - While our stay had some positives, there are several areas that need urgent attention to match the hotel's 4-star rating. The Good: - Rooms are clean and well-maintained. - Restaurant staff are nice and helpful providing good service. - Great location with a lot of potential for a premium experience. Areas Needing Improvement: 1. Hygiene & Cleanliness: - The toilet floors need proper sanitization—they often felt sticky and unclean. - We spotted a cockroach near the toaster machines, which were also dirty and in need of replacement. - The kitchen hygiene should be inspected, and pest control may be necessary. 2. Food & Dining: - Limited food choices—adding waffles, pancakes with chocolate sauce, and Teh Tarik flasks would be great. - Bread options are lacking—please include whole wheat and brown sliced bread. - Vegetables are dry and portions are too small—they should be served in larger plates to prevent them from drying out quickly. 3. Unfriendly Reception Staff: - The receptionists were often aggressive and unapproachable, making simple inquiries feel like a burden. - A smile, patience, and polite communication could drastically improve guest experience—hospitality is key! 4. Outdated & Cheap Decor: - The plastic flowers and fake trees look tacky and should be replaced with classy vases or modern decor for a fresher look. - The plastic bottle "artwork" in the reception is hideous—it resembles a school project, not a 4-star hotel centerpiece! Final Thoughts: This hotel has a great location and foundation, but attention to cleanliness, food quality, staff training, and decor upgrades would make a huge difference. With these changes, it could truly shine as a 4-star destination. Would I stay again? No, only if significant improvement were taken to be qualified as a 4-star hotel.

- YCTey (8/5): Recommend to stay. - It is a hotel with some years so it does not look very luxury. But it is still a clean and nice hotel Room is clean and comfortable, all basic and standard facilities is provided. I book the room with breakfast, food not bad and recommend Location is nice as near to monorail, it is only about 400meter away from monorail. They provided parking facility with flat rate of Rm3.00 per entry. Credit card or TNG valididated is required in order to enjoy flat rate.

- Desmond (6/5): - Security personnel efficient, helpful and courteous. Put my luggage into the taxi. Did not expect anything. Very helpful in getting me a taxi by grab all the time. They arranged a limousine for me for 3 hours.Felt sorry gave the person a tip on the last day,who seemed surprised. The reception was good all the time. What I did not like was the toilet was not cleaned properly. The floor had some scraps of toilet paper under the wash basin the whole time, The wash basin was dirty and blocked the whole time. Had to use the shower. The grab rail in the bath was loose and unsafe. The distance from the bed and table so narrow that the chair in between blocked me walking to the window. No proper armchair to relax and read. Room too cramped.
