• Laura (7/5): Didn’t live up the expectations of the photos. Everything costs extra - Location was good for my conference at the 02 but poor for tourism. It was a good ten minute walk before you reached public transport too. 20 minute walk to the 02 There was a small selection of gluten free products for breakfast. The bread was without any option to heat or toast, so really inedible. They had an allergen sign showing you all the different allergens but didn’t apply it to the signs for the food in the buffet. For example are the sausages gluten free?

• Reece (1/5): Honestly run pretty but staff laugh at your misery - I’d say the spa and massage but we never got to go because we were waiting for them to get back to us and then they sent us to the wrong place with a smile and giggle We were told we got upgraded and with the way we were treated, I wouldn’t want to be downgraded. My mother opened her freshly packaged dressing gown and there was a hole almost the size of her hand in it. We called reception and they wanted my mother who requires a walking stick to walk down and show them. My mother who struggles to open her can of soda was then accused of tearing the hole which was very much frayed and clearly has been before and when she tried to explain why she could’ve not possibly have done it they laughed in her face. When we got room service, just don’t and go out to eat. It would be a better value for money. Nachos with not even a 4 chips with cheese and a pizza with ingredients shown with no care and picked way too early. When my mother finally got a new room, the woman who gave it to her told us that the massage we had booked was down the hall and to sit there and wait. The sign said not to knock on the door and someone would be out. We waited 45 minutes before going down to reception where they laughed in our face again and told us that we were on the wrong floor and it was our fault. The next day when checking out we were promised to talk to the manager about the rude behaviour of the Night Shift staff we were told they’d be there at eight but that was another lie that was told to us. That night my mother had to go without eating and we barely got anything in return not even a real apology. The bath my mother drew to make herself feel better after the rude behaviour thankfully went cold and I’m very grateful my immune compromised. Mother did not get into this water as none of my family can work out what exactly was in the bottom of the bath after it drained the water. They asked us for our information for the manager to contact her or me when they were finally in to talk to us about the disgusting behaviour that was given to us. It has been 5 days and we haven’t heard a word.

Jāņem vērā, ka viesnīca atrodas pilnīgi blakus vilciena sliedēm. Ir troksnis no garāmejošiem vilcieniem. Vannasistabā nebija šampūns matiem, bet tikai ziepes ķermenim. Halāti spa zonas apmeklējumam bija jālūdz speciāli. Numuriņā tie sākumā nebija. • VASILEIOS (10/5): - Cleanliness, interior design of the rooms and the reception lobby with the piano and chess tables. The breakfast buffet is top level with huge variation of warm dishes like omelette, eggs, beans , bacon and even fresh pancakes . There was a huge selection of cold cuts as well with local cheese and sausages. Last but not least we had the most enjoyable check out ever as we hot a free magnet, two small bottles of water and a sale for the partner hotels .

Ranajky rozneho vyberu. Bezpecny parking. Jedine co by som zmenila na chode prevadzky je eliminovat- regulovat public plavanie na ukor hotelovych hosti. Celkovo siet hotelov hodnotim nadpriemerne a radi sa tam vratime opat. :)

• Nick Pierags (10/5): Ein super Hotel zum Sport machen und relaxen. - Wir hatten hier ein schönes großes Zimmer mit separaten Schlafzimmer Bad und Wohnbereich und Zusätzlich einen großen Balkon. Die Aussicht war gut da es toll ist Prag von oben zu sehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent und empfängt einen mit einer Erfrischung. Die Sport und Wellnessanlage ist natürlich das Highlight. Großes Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft und verschiedenste Sportanlagen. besser geht es nicht. Preis Leistung top.

Location , top of hill with lots of steps, lots of train noise at nighttime ( ear plugs provided) no tea and coffee facilities in my room but others did. So seems hit and miss with what you get. • Kateryna (9/5): - Великолепный рецепшин, особенно ребята которые разговаривали на русском языке, они вывезли всё, кухня в ресторане потрясающая, было очень вкусно, и официанты которые разговаривают на чешском, русском и Английском, завтраки тоже было очень хорошие, тайский массаж потрясающий!!! Заехали на 3,5 дня, и к сожалению за 3 дня у нас никто не убирал, на третий день я уже сама попросила хаускипинг мусорные пакеты, дополнительную бумагу и одно полотенце, и вынесла из номера 3 пакета мусора( среднего размера) к сожалению, уборка номера испортила все впечатление об отеле, но за такие деньги можно было снять номер в другом отеле)) и да когда ещё просишь бутылку воды в ресторане они автоматически пробивают самую дорогую, не спрашивая подходит ли по цене))

Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Hallenbad war auch super. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war etwas umständlich.

Schwimmbad und Wellness-Bereich groß, sauber und warm.

• Orsolya (10/5): Very nice stay, friendly staff - Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the room. The breakfast offered an exceptionally wide selection, and the staff was very friendly. The room was extremely clean and spacious enough for our family of four. Unfortunately, it wasn’t made clear at the time of booking that the hotel consists of two buildings. We were not assigned a room in the main building, which meant we had to go outside to reach the main building both for breakfast and for access to the wellness facilities that is not a quite comfortable solution, especially while wearing a bathrobe. However, we felt that building B was perhaps quieter and more peaceful in return. We received a voucher for two hours of wellness access each day, which seemed strange at first, but actually turned out to be plenty of time after sightseeing. A free, enclosed parking lot of sufficient size is available. We did have a few minor requests, such as smaller pillows and an issue with the safe, all of which were resolved within 10 minutes. The in-room safe is large enough to fit a laptop as well. There are great entertainment options available at the basement of the hotel until 1 a.m., including bowling, billiards, table football, and a bar.
