• Paul (7/5): good value for money in a good area close to subway stations, onsite restaurant. - The hotel is situated next to a subway station, very handy. Also the onsite restaurant served dinner which was great after a long day sightseeing. the decor is outdated.
• MacHugh (10/5): - The location was perfect and very convenient for different stations. The staff were so kind and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel offers many amenities like pyjamas, facemasks, toothbrushes and teas and coffee you can make in your room. The room and hotel was very clean and the size of the room was good. Would absolutely stay here again and would reccomend.

Konnten uns nachts gut erholen und sind morgens direkt weiter - Die Lage, Ausstattung, Nachts sehr ruhig man kann gut schlafen Sehr kleine Zimmer (muss man sich vorher drauf einstellen). Man konnte keine zwei Koffer gleichzeitig öffnen. Ist aber typisch für Japan, deswegen war es für uns okay. Die Duschen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Wir konnten nicht früher einchecken.

• Guilherme (8/5): Very good Overall experience. Really only used it to sleep and it served it's purpose! Recommend! - Clearly a chain for an enterprise travel side of things. Don't expect luxury or big rooms with a big view. The staff was really nice, always prepared to help. Amazing location, 1min from the subway and 15min from Shinjuku station (on foot). Very good overall, you pay what you get.

• Sarah (9/5): Awesome stay in Tokyo, great way to start our Japan trip! - Great facility, helpful staff, clean rooms, good amenity offerings, close to train station and within walking distance of Shinjuku. We booked a twin room and there was plenty of space. Excellent value for money. It didn’t bother us but you could hear sirens and outside noise occasionally. We aren’t light sleepers but was the only thing we could fault.

• Laura (10/5): ottima struttura - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 6 giorni, personale gentilissimo, gli abbiamo consegnato le valigie e ci hanno pensato loro a spedirle all'altro hotel, stanza spaziosa rispetto agli standard giapponesi con letto comodo, anche se l'arredamento andrebbe un po' rimodernato, ma la cosa più comoda in assoluto è la vicinanza alla metro niente

Laundry facilities were reasonably priced and very functional, unlike some other places we have stayed at. Staff at breakfast were very attentive and approachable for anything you might need. Housekeeping did a fabulous job cleaning and maintaining our room each day. Room was very small and dark, no room for 2 suitcases and 2 people. Bed uncomfortable. Unfortunately could be noisy at times due to traffic outside on main road, mainly ambulances and fire trucks. Breakfast choices repetitive.

Bad war in Ordnung. 2-3qm mehr wären ideal. Auf unserer Japan-Reise war ein früher Check-In von 1-2h früher nirgends ein Problem und wir waren in insgesamt 8 verschiedenen Hotels. Hier mussten wir 10.000 YEN pro Stunde, pro Zimmer bezahlen!! Das waren in Summe 40.000 YEN für 2 Zimmer und für 1h45 Minuten... Dabei waren die Zimmer bereits fertig.
